There were 2 issues with my order #***. The engraving was not in all capital letters as ordered and I ordered a red shirt and they sent a white shirt for my order. I emailed and text the company advising of the issue along with the image of the white shirt I received. I even stated I was not even going to stress about the engraving, just need to replace the white shirt for the ordered red shirt. It has been a week and have not received a response text or email. I even called, they say leave a voice mail but the line disconnects and I could not even leave a message, alt since. If they are processing orders and shipping during the COVID-19 pandemic, they should also be responding to emails and text.

We have issued you a credit for the item you received that was incorrect. The amount of that credit is $17.00. The cost of the shirt was $20.00 less the 15% coupon you used on your order. If you would like to reorder the item, you can do so. We apologize for the mistake.

Terrible customer service. From the length of time it took to get the product to the response I received from From Customer Service on the status of my order. I first of all tried to cancel and they would not let me. I ordered the wrong sorority accidental and I was told nothing can be returned but offered a 33% discount to get the correct one. Do you think I would ever order from them again. I do however highly recommend Laurel and Olive Greek apparel on Etsy... I ordered it and did pay for express and had a quality product in 3 business days. Customer service was amazing. I explained how this was needed for my daughters “little“ reveal and they were so accommodating. Greek Gear may want to take some advise from this company. I will be ordering many times again from Laurel and Olive!!!

Terrible poor quality merchandise. I won’t be ordering from them again. They won’t respond to my emails or texts.

I purchased 2 T-shirt’s, a sweatshirt and lanyard. One t shirt was ripped on the sleeve. I emailed and texted the company asking for a potential refund/exchange. I was told they do not refund items and I can reorder for a 33% discount.
Obviously the T-shirt should never have been shipped damage but it was and they should correct it.

Horrible experience. I ordered a blazer. It is cheap material, was of lint when I got it out the bag, and the decal is a disgrace to our organization. It is just ironed on.

Their web site does not list Unisex sizes. It says Small, Med and Large (I have photos). I had no reason to think a Medium would not fit. I checked their competitors and they actually have Unsex beside the size, which makes sense.

I asked for a replacement in the correct size or a full refund. I was told:
This item does have a size chart on the link *** so the correct size can be ordered, the item ordered only comes in the unisex sizing.

We do not take returns on our clothing items they are all made to order as they are ordered, if you would like to reorder the in a different size or color we can do that for you with a 33% discount on the cost of the item.

We have reviewed the details of the complaint. We stand behind the original response of our Customer Service Manager, Betty. A detailed descriptive size chart is provided for this item. We have attached that chart to this reply. The word unisex gives no description to the actual sizing of an item and would cause more confusion than clarity. We have worked hard on our website to provide size charts and measurements to ensure that customers can make the best choice for their item. Our original offer of a 33% discount on this item if the customer would like to reorder is still available. As detailed in our original response to the customer this item is not returnable or exchangeable.

I am rejecting this response because: I disagree with their opinion about not adding the word Unisex sizes to the page description that might alert the customer that a medium is not really a medium by most standards. I think their web page and sizing description needs additional information. After reading a few of the reviews for Greekgear, I am not the only one that has had an issue with their sizes.

As to a reordering with a 33% discount, no thanks. If this is the best they have to offer in the way of customer service, I will never order from this site again.

Got everything in my order wrong. Won’t respond to my emails or texts.

I ordered 2 AKA plates on July 25th from the Greek Gear website, totaling $35.80. I have not received my order nor have they answered any phone during their business hours. The phone rings and goes to a voicemail (thats full, hence you cant leave a message).
I received a confirmation with a fake tracking number. The conformation says to "click on the link to track the package" but the link doesn't work, therefore you cannot track your package. They did not send it because my home is surrounded with Ring cameras and not once did I get an alert nor has it come in the mail.
This company appears to be a fraud.

On 8/20, the package was marked return to sender and UPS delivered it back to us on 8/23. We will credit you for the items order. I'm sorry you had a hard time getting in touch with us. We offer live chat and texting through the website. We answer the phone each business day. I'm not sure why you would have received a message stating the mailbox is full. Our voicemail system doesn't have a capacity and will always accept voicemails. Perhaps you were dialing an incorrect phone number. Your credit is being processed today. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me but find the tracking number and voicemail statement misleading and fabricated. I rechecked my survelliance camera history on the dates mentioned and no one dropped off the package (nor picked one up).I also find it ironic that the complaints for this business are all similar (incomplete orders, ficticious tracking numbers and no phone representatives).

I will settle for a refund and caution others from patronizing this company.

I am very dissatisfied with the company, as I ordered an AKA polo some years ago and had the same results.

My father ordered two items on July 3 to be gifts for family members on July 8. He paid the extra shipping fee to expedite delivery ($15.00) My cousins gift was delivered on July 9th to ***. My husband's shirt was not been delivered yet. Knowing the history I had with this company GREEK GEAR, I was hesitant to order. I only placed the orders because my father wanted the items to be delivered for birthday gifts!

In addition, when I tried to track the package using the order number given to me on the receipt, the email response I got said, "Your search - xxxxxx - did not match any products." Why do I have that as the number on the receipt?

I left a message on Greek Gear's chat as well as emailed them and I have not gotten a response yet. I am very angry and dissatisfied with the service they provide. Once this is rectified, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered and received a fraternity tee shirt for my grand son that ran small, so I texted the company since this is the only way to reach them. they emailed me with the information and address to return which I saved the email.I returned the item.
The order number was 828156 the return number was ***. I returned by the united states postal service the tracking number was ***. I did the tracking and was informed it was received at their facility on April 1,2019 at 12:33pm. I live chatted with *** on April 22,2019 and she said they had not received the item I texted all of my information order number, tracking number as well still have not heard back I requested to speak to a supervisor still no response.

*** I was not satisfied with the outcome,the size of the item I returned was wrong, my grandson wears a large in all of his shirts and that's still a little large on him it fit more like a medium. If it had fit we would have not returned it. and they charged a 25% restocking fee for something that was out of our control. That was the fourth and last purchase I will be getting from them.

I placed a order with the company and a few of the items that I ordered had iron on patches. The description of the items did not state that they would be iron on so I assumed that they would be stitched like the majority of the items that I received. The shirts also have burn marks in which I have provided photos in my review to them. As of today, 4/8 I have yet to receive a response from the company. I have have sent two emails regarding this and request information on how to return the shirts to them. The first email was sent on 4/2, follow up email sent on 4/4. Per their website, returns must be completed within 10 days but I can not get anyone to response to my emails. I would like to return these without penalty as I was deceived as their descriptions do not state that they would be iron ons.

Hello,I did not see a way to respond to you inside of the portal. I never received the message that they included within the script and I am not sure how they talked to me as you can only email or chat. I never received a response from them and it seems that this was made up as if you look at the strand it appears information is missing. They stated that I never mentioned about the burn marks but if you scroll down within the thread that they provided, I stated that I was unhappy about them being ironed on and there were burned marks. I need confirmation of what the return will entail as there are two different things mentioned within their message. I am seeking paid shipping, full return, no restocking fees.Option 1 - Their email:

Please send us a list of which items you will be returning and I will send you the total amount to be refunded once the items are received. The refund will be for the total cost of the items plus return shipping. Your original email to us stated nothing about burn marks which is why you were offered the opportunity to return the items with a restocking fee. I responded to your complaint here to let you know that we will accept the return for a full credit.

I have completed the return but just received a email from the manager at Greek Gear stating that I will not receive a refund of the shipping for the return when this was agreed upon. I guess I need to reopen the claim as it seems to still be ongoing.Please advise

I ordered a Medium hooded camouflage sweatshirt and wristband from GreekGear.com on 2/18/2018. I was specifically told that this product would take 7-10 business days + shipping time for delivery. I have not received one concrete update from this company since I paid for this product. It is now March 8, 2019. I have contacted customer service via email, text and chat to which I've received no response other than "Hello, may I have your order number?"

I simply want my product - If I would've known this customer service was absolute trash and I would not receive my product at all, I wouldn't have ordered. My order status is still in the same "in-process" order it was when I first purchased product. This was a horrendous business to consumer experience and the first time I've ever written a Revdex.com complaint, more so because of the TERRIBLE SERVICE that has been displayed from order inception.

This business failed to put my correct address on the shipping label. After doing so still charge me a rushing fee. Then when my package never got delivered told me I would have to repay for shipping. When I called them about the problem they hung up in my face.

Good Morning, *** placed her order on January 8. I am attaching a copy of the order that was placed. She did not include an apartment number when she placed the order so the package was returned to us. Our customer service department contacted her to let her know that her package was returned and also emailed her our policy for charging a reshipping fee when a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address. She then called our customer service rep Sue Ann and yelled at her over of the phone and was cursing at her using the F word etc. Sue Ann then calmly told her that she was ending the call and *** could call back when she had calmed down. A few minutes later, *** called back and said please reship my package with the address including the apartment number and charge me the $6.95 reshipping fee. The package was reshipped on 1/22 and the tracking number shows it is out for delivery today.

The following is from the FAQ section of our site regarding the fees for reshipping an order.

What is an address correction charge?

Incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house #, wrong zip, missing apartment #, etc) will incur a charge for ground packages if correction is made after package has shipped. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.
