RE: Case #[redacted] – [redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted]:
Thank you for the opportunity to address Mr. [redacted]’s concerns regarding the business practices of
Great Plains Lending (“Great...
Plains”). We appreciate the opportunity to respond.
We are sorry to hear of Mr. [redacted]’s dissatisfaction with the loan he obtained from Great Plains
Lending. As with any other credit product that may appear on a credit report, his loan does
represent additional indebtedness which he has incurred. As a general practice, lenders such as
Great Plains use data from credit reporting agencies when evaluating applications for credit and
making credit decisions. As such, credit reporting agencies generally expect lenders who use
their credit reports for making credit decisions to report back loan experience data. We are
required to report all information accurately.
The loan agreement advises that we may report any information concerning Mr. [redacted]’s
performance to credit reporting agencies. Late Payments, missed payments, or other defaults on
his loan may be reflected in his credit history.
Additionally, the Fair Credit Reporting Act requires lenders to report accurate and valid data.
We have thoroughly reviewed his loan performance, and while we are sorry for any
inconvenience he has been caused, we cannot change or remove the accurate and valid data from
his credit file. We are committed to providing excellent customer service. On 04/10/2018, we
sent a response to Mr. [redacted] addressing his concerns at the email address we have on file.
At this time, we request that you consider this matter closed. Thank you for your time and
consideration.
Sincerely,
Great Plains Lending

I am rejecting this response because:The data Great Plains Lending has regarding this matter is neither valid or accurate. Their customer service rep instructed me to send an e-mail giving authorization...
to proceed with ACH payments. I did as instructed and representatives of Great Plains Lending provided false and misleading information. I've secured a loan with this lending company prior to this occurrence and I requested the ACH auto drafts to be suspended until further notice due to insufficient funds. When I requested reinstatement of the payments there were no issues like this and my loan was paid off with no problems. I did the exact same thing last time but this time there were different results. The mistake is there's and I should not be penalized for their error.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because I do not owe them a penny. As per my previous request I am asking them to remove information from my credit report. They are doing business illegally. This company is being investigated by the CFPB I am hopeful that they are finally shut down.
Sincerely,
