the opportunity to address Mr. [redacted]’s concerns regarding the business
practices of Great Plains Lending (“Great Plains”). We appreciate the opportunity to respond. We are sorry to hear of Mr.
[redacted]’s dissatisfaction with the loan he obtained from Great Plains Lending. As
with any...
other credit product that may appear on a credit report, his loan does
represent additional indebtedness which he has incurred. As a general practice,
lenders such as Great Plains use data from credit reporting agencies when
evaluating applications for credit and making credit decisions. As such, credit
reporting agencies generally expect lenders who use their credit reports for
making credit decisions to report back loan experience data. We are required to
report all information accurately. The loan agreement advises that
we may report any information concerning Mr. [redacted]’s performance to credit
reporting agencies. Late Payments, missed payments, or other defaults on his
loan may be reflected in his credit history.Additionally, the Fair Credit
Reporting Act requires lenders to report accurate and valid data. We have
thoroughly reviewed his loan performance, and while we are sorry for any inconvenience
he has been caused, we cannot change or remove the accurate and valid data from his credit file.At this time, we request that

I reject the response of the business.
I have attached a copy of the email and my response to them to which I have not received a response.
First, they are not licensed to do business in Louisiana which, in order to do so, they must be registered with the state. Second, my contract explicitly...
states that "refinance is subject to their approval upon their sole discretion". When I first contacted customer service, they explicitly stated that no policy EVER existed. In their e-mail, they state that it was miscommunication; however, I believe what the representative told me was the truth. In order for them to work with you, they want you to go into default. Since the events of the first two, they are in breach of their own contract since no policy has EVER existed and they are not licensed to do business within the state of Louisiana. They falsified their own contract; therefore, it is NULL and VOID.
Thanks,
