Review: I went to the store looking for relieve from their product. complained that they hurt my feet the manager convinced me that it was normal and that is would only last a day or so and that I needed the entire product line and shoes also, purchased. pain got so bad I had to take off work , called my credit card company to dispute the charges because the manager of the store told me to come back in. I returned the product per his request and have the return tracking info. the credit card company recharged my account. I was misled and feel the store is a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or partial refund because I was misled to believe it was the answer to my back issues, very much a bait and switch company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am writing to let you know that the good feet store has refunded my credit card, the Manager has called after they received the complaint, although I am pleased about the refund, I still feel their business practice is unethical and misleading to the customer.
Regards,
Review: I purchased 2 pairs of good feet arches on Dec. 11,2013. I filed to have my flex account pay for them. My flex account company did not pay a penny. I asked to get a refund and was told if I returned the arches that I would receive a full refund on March 4,2014. I returned the arches on March 6,2014. They told me that the refund had to come from the main office. It is now April 15, and I have not received a penny. The amount is $717.87. I am getting tired of the waiting.Desired Settlement: Send the check a.s.a.p.. I have contacted a local tv station who might be interested in this story.

Review: April 27, 2015 at approximately 4:30 PM, I purchased a pair of Good Feet shoe inserts for $256.75. The advertisements and saleswomen expressed confidently the product would reduce foot pain. Initially the insert seemed to be working,90 minutes later my feet began to hurt. I removed the inserts. Later that night I was awaken due to pain in my feet and Achilles tendons. The pain was so severe I was awake half the night.April 28, 2015 - 10:00 AM I returned the product to the store and explained how the pain increased. I requested a refund. I was advised I could exchange for a different pair of inserts, get store credit to purchase shoes or pay a 20% restocking fee. I refused the exchange and the store credit. I also refused to pay the $47.99 dollar restock fee. I told her I would report them to the Revdex.com, that's when the saleswoman told me she had to charge me something. The best thing she could offer me was a charge of $23.95 to return the product and the corporate office would send me a check for $231.12 within 2-4 weeks. She pointed out on the receipt that Good Feet "all sales final policy" and she could not credit my master card. She also told me she could contact corporate after 2 weeks to check the status of my refund. I advised her I would return in 2 weeks if I had not received a check. I want my money back. She told me I could just call the store.

I want a full refund of $256.75. The product did not work as advertised and it caused me additional pain. Why should I be forced to pay 23.95? Why does it take 2-4 weeks to get a refund?
