Review: Sat. 4/25/15 I went into the Good Feet Store to discuss their product with my feet and back pain. I am on my feet 8-10 hours per day and I now get shooting pains in my feet. I succcently explained to the salesperson that I needed something for my WORK shoes - namely my heels not tennis shoes. He showed my a pair of high heel shoes and told me how well tthe inserts ease foot pain when in these high heels. He brought out a pair of tennsi shoes and put in the inserts and the separate rubber soles with 3 different inserts. He explained that the the really hard inserts were for wearing most of the day and then I was to swith to the less agressive insert and then the third insert was for at home in slippers. He said the three were necessary so my feet would be pressure free all day and evening. Price was never discussed. When asked if weight is a problem with pressure on the feet he said "no" weight was never an in issue with foot pain. I stated to me that Good Feet was started by Podiatrists and that they know whats best for peoples feet. He also stated that the private practice Podiatrists will tell me that Good Feet inserts do not work because they want to make their own inserts for a me, therefore discrediting Podiatrists and making inaccurate comments. I expressly let him know I needed inserts for heels. He continued to coerce me to try the tennis shoes with the inserts. I had worn a very old pair tennis shoes into the store that day and I believe he saw that and took the opportunithy to pressure me into the tennis shoes. Finally I agreed to the tennis shoes to purchase which were a bit pricey but not too out of line. He bagged up the tennis shoes, the 3 inserts and extra rubber insoles and gave me a bill for 1161.28. I almost fell out of my chair. He continued to talk and told me I could finance this for 1 year without interest. As I was still in price shock he asked for my driver's licence. I never agreed to purchase the product and was still incredulous about the price. $319.95, $289.95, $289.95 (Inserts), $139.90 for 5 rubber soles and some velcro things to keep them on my feet, Tennis shoes $159.95, they gave me a $100 credit and added tax. He said if they didn't work they will adjust them for 3 months. He never verbally stated that all sales were final. It was in fine print on the receipt. On Tues 4/28/15 I call *** and let him know that none of the inserts fit my work shoes and that was exactly what I told him I needed. He said to come in and bring 5 or 6 of my work shoes. I worked late all week and couldn't get there til Sat 5/2/15. I called 5/2/15, *** wasn't in the gentleman that answered asked if he could assist. I explained what *** had said and he said they couldn't give me any more inerts for more shoes without charging for them. I said I can't use these and wanted my money back - he stated that I siged the bill of sale and all sales final. I received 3 more calls Sat-Mon. asking me to call back. I called *** back on Mon 5/4/15 he said come in and bring work shoes. Came in Tues 5/5/15 w/ 4 or 5 of my work shoes. I was there well over an hour, *** tries every insert he had and none of them fit, my feet kept coming out of my shoes and mu feet hurt even worse. *** kept saying with each insert change, this one should help your "heel pain". I said at least 3 times, ***, I don't have heel pain, I have pain in the *** of my feet. He said he didn't know what to do that he couldn't help me anymore. I stated that these aren't working for me and to discuss a return and he ignored me. I left. I have since seen a professional Podiatrist and he was appalled at the price that was charged. He said they are not even custom made inserts. His inserts are custom made and the cost is about $400 and inserts are molded to my feet to fit in any shoe and I don't have to put in different ones for different shoes. This salesperson misrepresented the product, did not verbally explain the all sales final clause and mad untrue medical remarks that he was not at professionally accredited to make.Desired Settlement: I have received a Well Fargo Good Feet Credit card that when I receive the billing will ask for $1161.28 balance, with a monthly payment of approx. $85.00.
I am requested that that sales contract be null and voided and the Well Fargo Credit Card account be cancelled and voided. I will return all merchandise to the store. for full credit to the billing charge account.
I agree to pay Good Feet Store $159.95 + tax in cash for the tennis shoes I had worn out of the store.

I would give ***, the salesperson who waited on me, 5 stars for his helpful manner, explanations, etc.
Review: We drove up to *** on 19 June 15. Our salesman was **. He sold us a set of inserts (3) for $1,123.26 (which is extremely to much as they didn"t cost that much to make.) While wearing them back home (1 1/2 hrs one way) my feet were sitll hurting.I followed the directions exactly. My feet felt different, but still hurt even when I was working for the next three (3) weeks. On or about 6 Jun 15 I filed a dispute with Care Credit about this, since I had used my CC card for the purchase. On 10 July 15 my husband drove me back to the store in S.A. I talked to ** again. After explaining the problem and that the inserts didn't work, I requested a refund He said that the contract did not give a refund only an exchange. After trying numerous inserts, I had no choice but to take a set. Upon getting home my feet still hurt. I tried the inserts for a few days to no avail. I then made a Dr.'s appointment in ***. On 13 July 15 *** stated that I had a severe case of Planter Fascitis. She gave me steroid shots in both of my feet and a prescription for inflamation. I was also to start physical therapy. I started therapy on 21 Jul 15.Desired Settlement: This company needs to send CARE CREDIT a complete refund on my account and when it is posted , I will mail thier products back to them gladly

Review: I bought the $1500 package of inserts from the good feet store in October of 2015. I was given these inserts due to severe foot pain and could barely walk on my feet. I then wore them like I was suppose to and two weeks later, I had severe back pain. I had to go to a chiropatric doctor to get aligned. I then went back to the store to get refitted due to them being not the correct insoles. I have worn these according to their instructions in their shoes. I am now getting a pain in my knees, my feet are the same if not worse. I want to return these inserts for a full refund due to false advertsiment. I currently have been going to my doctor and have been given therapy exercise to help my feet out. These insoles are not working for me and I have switched them out. I just want to return the insoles and get my money back. thank you.Desired Settlement: Return the insoles and get a full refund for just the insoles.

Review: I went to the Good Feet Store at *** on October 4th 2014 looking to get some help with knee and back pain. I was fitted with two different inserts, one of which cost $319.95 and the other - $289.95 along with insoles that cost an additional $69.95. I have returned to the store 4 additional times because the problem with my back and knee was not corrected by the inserts that each time replaced the original ones all to no avail. At this point, I would like my money ($665.12) back. They have refused to give my money back after five different attempts to solve the problem. My feet now hurt in different spots due to the continued attempts to fit me with inserts. As a senior citizen, I cannot afford to lose $665.12 on something that does not work and I am tired of driving down from the West Bend area to the south side of Milwaukee. I realize that they have a sign in the store (not very big) that states that all sales are final but with several TV's going with testimonials on how great their products is, who would ever see that sign. It is NEVER pointed out to you nor mentioned by the salesman of which I have had several. The sales pitch is very pushy and you are all sized up for the inserts before you even are told a price. I feel that this is a bad business practice not to offer refunds when the product obviously does not work for me.Desired Settlement: I would the store to acknowledge that the product does not work for me (I would be happy to send their product back to them) and I would like a full refund via check.
