Great service, no hassle, always on. Yesterday, they sent an email about some routine maintenance between 5AM and 6AM today. That's exactly what happened. Actually had the internet back by about 5:40AM. It worked fine, no hassle whatsoever. Streaming TV, wifes graphic design business-all terrific! If you live where they have service, you'd be silly not to ditch whatever internet provider you currently have. Far and above anything else.

NetSpeed has been a welcome change from the overpriced monoliths of internet provision. I've had great interactions with their staff and my needs were met time and time again. I don't regret in the slightest my decision to get NetSpeed internet.

We love GoNetSpeed! We haven't had one issue with speed or connectivity. We'll be moving into a house and are desperately hoping they'll be in the area or come to it as we don't want to go back to any other internet provider. There are no hidden fees and the speeds promised are delivered and accurate.

I've been a subscriber since 07/2018. I am a consistent and, for the last 8 months, constant Internet user. I have experienced 2 short service interruptions in more than 15 months. At all other times, I have received by rated service (150 Mbps bidirectional) consistently. I check regularly (at least twice a week) using Speedtest by Ookla from my laptop, connecting to various servers in my area.
Since I have effectively had no problems with this service, I cannot comment on the virtues or vices of its technical support. I believe that this what we all want: service so consistent that customer service is irrelevant!
