ordered a bed on 6/20/19 it never arrived don't need it anymore asking for refund, no response.
ordered a medical bed on 6/20/19 and it has not arrived, don't even have a tracking number for it. *** asking for refund paid a total of $891.53 for is via credit card. phone number we called is an answering service and we've talked to ***, ***, ***, ***, ***, ***
and were told to leave a message and we would be called back. that hasn't happened. we would just like our monies refunded during this trying time for us. please help and advise others not to do business with them.

We purchased a ultrasound unit from the company in April. When the unit arrived it was not what was discussed by the sales person so we returned the unit. We have called and called the company to receive a refund for the money we spent on the info. We have called the company over 20 times without any response. They do not answer their phone, it is answered by an answering service that cannot do anything but take your name, phone number and email. I have never heard from the company again once we returned the unit and haven't received a reimbursement for the money. This has been going on for over a month.
