Ordered a piece of Medical equipment November 4, 2019. 1 email said would be shipped in 7 to 10 days. It has never been shipped
I ordered a stair chair for my ambulance. Paid with a credit card, *** on November 4th. Have never received the chair or any refund. I have sent several emails, none have ever been answered. Right now all I want is my money refunded

There has been no response from the seller on order status. Cannot leave a voice message through their phone number and no response to my emails.

I have ordered a case of mask costing *** including shipping cost but when I asked for the shipping date and availability of my product the company never reply.

I followed up with Gold Medical via email on October 2019 and December 2019, and the stairs still have not been received. It's now been over 5 months since this item was ordered and paid for. I purchased a special bathtub chair for a disabled 6 year old on Dec. 9. The status of this order has been "Pending shipment" since the order date. I have emailed the company 3 times concerning this with no response. I found their phone number and called directly only to have a computer answer with no option to leave a message. Through social media, I was able to have a colleague contact *** who is listed as CEO. He said he no longer works for the company and to call the owner *** His profile on LinkedIn shows him as a *** I spoke to him and told him the situation. Very nervously he said he no longer works for the company. I asked him how I get my money back and he said to dispute it with the credit card company. He also stated he believed the company is closed. However, their website is still taking orders. *** had stated that if this was a cash/check order, he would have *** send a check for reimbursement so *** is obviously involved with some financials of the company. I called my credit card company and they have given me a temporary credit while they investigate. Order #XXXXX and total payment of *** using a personal credit card. I have contacted the business multiple times via email and the contact us section on their website but have gotten no response regarding my order and have yet to receive my shipment; it has been 2 months at this point. In October of 2019 I ordered a new $2500 mobility base for his car seat - this is the ONLY mode of mobility my son has. I have yet to receive it. We purchased 4 mirrors for delivery on the 3rd of December for over *** with no delivery or correspondence when delivery will take place.
The YMCA of Greater Louisville purchased (4) 48 x 72 mobile, glass-less mirrors for delivery on December 3, 2019. I received confirmation of the order, and then I received an additional status sharing that the the order is pending shipping on the same date. That is the last correspondence I have had with the company, despite numerous phone calls and email requests for updates. I have paid *** per mirror, with an additional 344 for delivery, for a total of $*** on our company Visa Card.

Same experience as the other clients. We purchased an item on 11/13/2019 and sent an email that the order would ship in 7-10 days. It has been over a month and nothing has shipped and they will not respond to emails, or voicemail. Worst company I have ever dealt with! They have zero ethics or a fricking backbone! Please don't make the same mistake as me and buy anything through this dumpster of a company!!!!
I ordered a machine that never made it on time been trying to return have not even opened the box and with several attempts via email/phone no answer.
I purchased a CPAP (1 x XT FIT CPAP Only SFXXXXX) travel machine order number #XXXXX for my travels on October 26th for $211.43. It never made it on time so when I got back I was trying to return and can't get through to anyone. I called and sent several emails and no response. My doctor gave me a prescription for this machine and I would like to return this one ASAP since I do not need to pay for one.

this company does not communicate at all ...phone number is always an answering service and they never answer no matter what time you call also do not answer email...I placed an order and they sure took my money same day and sent email saying shipping then next day update order pendng ...its been sitting on pending shipment for a week with no update and no other email...I would not order from this company as I believe its a scam and I will be moving foward legally ...I'm tempted to go to the address since its only 2 cities over from me but address probably doesnt exist

Well, they gave me a tracking number today that UPS stated is 15 days old and ups also stated that they do not have the shipment nor has it reached or been dropped off at any of their warehouses. Tracking***. So...color me extremely skeptical, I don't buy into a 15 day delay after a tracking number is generated and UPS stated it's extremely unusual as well. This has NOT shipped according to UPS.
This company after 33 days shipped the product, it has been with UPS and now they are recalling it back to their warehouse because my dad called his credit card company and they said he should file a claim immediately. I have proof that I notified the company of this and yet they still recalled the shipment. This is outright ADA violation as it is a custom shower chair for my severely disabled mother. I do not understand how they can withdraw shipment after UPS had the package and after I explained the situation clearly to the company after a 33 day delay. I see they are not Revdex.com accredited, but isn't there something you can do to intervene when they are so incredibly unfair to my disabled mother? I am mortified that people running companies like this can take up so much of ones time and effort and yet recall the package?
