He requested warranty coverage on his BMS Avenger 150 Mini UTV on February 23rdand September 7th. Each time he filled out a... request, our customer service reps worked diligently to figure out exactly what the customer needs. Multiple customer services reps requested extended warranty coverage from the manufacturer. Unfortunately warranty coverage was denied. Now we still have the parts that he needs, they just won't be covered under warranty. We have the parts the customer needs! The customer can call and pay $180 in total and we can ship out the parts he needs! The timeframe for this claim is irrelevant considering there is a 24 month warranty on the item. There was a several month delay due to a sick family member who ended up passing [redacted] The managers on professional demeanor and this company's constant practice of dodging warranty claims while utilizing their statement of a 24 month warranty to increase sales is unethical and absolutely wrong. My claim still stands. There is a defect in my product in manufactured items and they are covered under the 24 month warranty that this company sold my product with. I have all the documentation that they required regarding mechanic set up, I have taken photos of the items in question, offered to send them in for inspection, and agreed to any other request made even if the manager was just doing it to try and convince me to pay the $180. This is a manufactures defect in and I expect that this company honor the manufactures warranty and take care of their customers by either removing their claim of a 24 month warranty or stop using shady business practices and act as they represent. Most of the time, parts will be covered under warranty, but unfortunately in some rare occasions we also have to decline warranty coverage. The vehicle I purchased came with a 24 month warranty. It came with a defect from the manufacturer that was evident nearly immediately. To this day, it is still under warranty and this company refuses to honor what they promise upon the sale of the product. I do not accept their false statements regarding how they "provide or decline" warranty coverage on a daily basis. It takes little research on the Internet to determine that they make a practice of declining coverage. They continue to be unethical and I have absolutely wasted nearly $3000 on an item that broke right away with a 7 year old operating it.

I have already ordered the part I need from another seller on ebay, received the part, welded it on and finshed with this whole thing that has taken over months for you to figure outI don't need the part anymorethe part that I got on ebay was a thicker gauge steel and had better cuts than the one you sold anyway and was cheaper with cheaper shippingI was called twice by this company on Monday the but I was unable to answer the phone when they called and when I called back they said that the person handling complaints was on break they said they would call me back and I got no calls!

*** *** thank you for your response this matter first let me reiterate to the response to the damage seat and steering wheel this damage was caused by insufficient protective packaging at shipping and has nothing to do with warranty, this product was purchased brand-new not used I would suggest that you take this matter up with the manufacture who is GTC it happens to be in the same building you're in so it shouldn't be too difficult to recoup your so-called out-of-pocket expense.
As for the order placed with the K&N air filter, adapter billet and prefilter I did not misinterpret *** response when I asked if he was going to ship the missing air filter second day FedEx(Which I selected when I placed the original order.) he at first told me he was not going toI had to demand that it be shipped that wayAlso when I placed the order for the air filter I pacifically asked not Josh but another one of your sales rep if this would work on a Lifan motorYour sales man "said no problem I had one on mine." Well unfortunately our sales reps do not know what they are talking about, you take that adapter and mounted it to the stock carburetor there is not enough room to install the air filter because of the back tire So I will have to fabricate and offset to take it up and away from the back tire

Please take off the old seat and steering wheel and put it back in the box with the replacement steering wheel and seat. There will be a return label in the box, please take it out of the box and ship us back the original parts.

In my recent conversation with Caylyn and previously trying to order a Go Kart through you folks your customer service sucks bad. My credit card was :denied: first time around because it was a "large" purchase(watching out for fraud). I called Credit Card Company on why they declined my purchase and they cleareded the transaction. I called back and talked to Caylyn who reassured me it went thru the second time on 9/22/15. No Go Kart was ever re-ordered I find out 11 days later.......then she tells me when I call back today I have to go back to the web site and place entire order over again. **.... I will find another company that at least stands behind their words and actions. As a former Director of National Sales for a large media organization for over 20 years.....working with Product Managers and Advertising Agency Account Managers with Pfizer Animal Health, Merck, Bayer Cropscience, Wrangler, etc. I believe I have the credentials to judge your company and it's customer service as terrible.
I asked Caylyn for her supervisor....she said she doesn't have one....**.....guess she own's the company and wants me to believe I was as far up the "food chain" as I was going to get so to speak.
Guess the Gokarts USA folks don't need my $1,589.83 and rest assured I'm going on Craig's List and all the other web chats rooms to disclose the extremely poor service and cooperation that I received from Gokarts USA and your customer service staff.

Florida and their in California it would be very costly to take to court. So I paid $12.00 for shipping to Gokartsusa.com for my parts. I Got a call from the company that maid the dune buggy (BMS motor sports)his name was edward about my parts To make sure they had the correct address and I asked him about the rim and headlight and told him Gokartsusa.com would not warranty those parts for me and [redacted] told me no problem he would send the cable and the turn signal and I need to send him video and pictures and he would take care of it. As of today I have received the cable and turn signal and spoke with [redacted] on Monday X-XX-XX and he is sending the rim and headlight free of charge and no shipping and im to send him the bent rim and broken headlight . So yes my issue has been resolved but not by Gokartsusa.com but by the manufacturer (BMS Motor sports) Thank You

your terms of service agreement is arbitrary and unrealistic for a custom build. I was sold an item that does not work with the aforementioned 215 mini bike kit. Due to the ongoing issues I've had with your company I am requesting a cash refund, not an in store credit. I no longer wish to do business with your company. I would like to return the clutch and wipe my hands of this matter once and for all.

We have sent parts to the customer free of charge, under warranty. We have done this as a courtesy, even though the customer's problem was a result of his improper assembly of his gokart. The wheel hubs must be properly tightened during assembly. The manufacturer requires that assembly of the gokart be performed by a qualified ATV mechanic. We have offered to assemble the gokart for the customer. We have offered for the customer to return the gokart to us for a refund. None of the solutions we have offered were deemed acceptable to the customer.
Gokarts usa provides no customer service or warranty service as their ads suggest. The gokart that was ordered arrived well packaged, without damage. Within days a rear axel failed due to metallurgical defect. The company did replace it after many phone calls eventually to the main office. In addition, a defective frame weld required rewelding at customer's expense. Within 4 months (about 10 hours on the engine) a cracked piston ring prompted an engine overhaul. At present the extremely soft wheel hubs need to be replaced.
Not only does the local dealer not provide service, they do so in the most rude way possible. The bottom line is that you get what you pay for.
