We cannot say enough good things about Nate and the entire crew at Go Green Plumbing. Firstly, they answer the phone. Chelsea is pleasant and accommodating and scheduled us in right away for someone to come out to our house. How lucky we are to have Nate assigned to our job. He gave us a quote and said, I can start the work today. Who does that! Awesome! Then Pete the owner of Go Green came out to our house to help us with some decisions we needed to make. There is no doubt that his standards are high. He provides continuing education for his employees and it shows. Go Green Plumbing is top notch. Professional, accommodating, pleasant, easy to do business with and hard working.

Our kitchen faucet was worn out and had developed a slow leak. I'm handy and have garage full of tools. Decided to replace it myself. But the old faucet was installed improperly and a bear to remove. And the brand-new faucet I bought from a big box store had an ill-fitting connection from supply hose to sprayer hose. After three tries at a replacement or replacement parts (and a month without water in my kitchen sink), I called Go Green and Mitch fixed my problem in 30 minutes with a contractor-quality, lifetime-warranty faucet. Terrific experience, and worth every penny.

I had a complicated sewer clog situation. Mitch with Go Green arrived on time, was professional and curtious. He logically thought through the situation and made sure I understood my repair options and cost upfront. He found the solution to problem when the city sewer crew was not able. I will use Go Green again and recomend their service to friends and family.

We recently called Go Green Plumbing to replace a leaky pipe. Mitch was courteous, informative and efficient in solving our problem. We've used Go Green for all our plumbing issues and every time the service has been fantastic! I highly recommend them!

Choosing a service company for my house is a daunting task. I researched and decided to try Go Green for a pipe overflow issue. Service Tech Nate came out and did a thorough inspection of the crawl space, explaining what I needed and why it was flooding. I asked Nate if he could look at my sump pump because our water heater keeps shutting off with all the rain and flooding and my non-mechanical husband keeps relighting it.
His reaction was quick and professional. He immediately went under that part of the house. The smell of gas was alarming. He calmly instructed me not to turn anything on or off, not use my phone, etc. He found the gas leak on the water heater and shut off the gas. Gas company came and checked exterior lines also. I was a nervous wreck. Nate remained calm and spoke to me about options. Not once did he say I had to purchase with Go Green. I was near tears and he just listened as I processed everything out loud. He said it was important for me and my children to be safe, get all the fumes out etc.
I did purchase a tankless water heater to avoid any future flooding issues. Nate stayed until almost 11 pm that night to make sure my family had hot water. Pete, the owner of Go Green, came and assisted him during the evening. I offered to have them come back the next day but they wanted to make sure my children and I were in a home that was safe, with hot water and I could laundry without foooding the house, if needed.
Nate came back the next day and checked everything thoroughly. He showed me how to operate the new water heater, showed me the new plumbing under the house and even answered a completely unrelated plumbing question about an upstairs toilet.
It was a totally unexpected expense. Go Green presented 4-5 options with a total price. That price is what you pay, completely. Not a penny more. I truly appreciated that but I can’t put a price on my family. As strong as the gas smell was, as my father said, “you have a guardian angel watching over you.” I consider Nate and Go Green part of our guardian angel team now. Sounds silly maybe but I am so very grateful I chose them.

I highly recommend Go Green. I've seen them three times:
- Once was during a severe cold snap, and our pipes froze twice. They were working extremely long hours to help people get running water again. In our house, we still had cold water, just no hot water. I could imagine another plumber putting us on the back-burner since we didn't have any burst pipes or water damage, but they treated us like a priority.
Josh O. came out in the middle of what I think was something like an 18-hour shift, and he spent the whole day on plumbing tasks large and small. He was professional, courteous, and clean. (He'd put booties over his shoes every time he entered the house, without fail.)
He did his best to solve all our problems.
- The second time they came out was a few days later. Our hot water pipes have to run outside before they enter the house, and they'd frozen again. On the phone, we'd talked about various options, none of which seemed very appealing, but then Josh came over with the owner. They installed a recirculator, and we've had no problems with the pipes since. Despite it not being their fault that the insulation hadn't worked in the first place, the owner apologized to ME for having to come back. Another great experience!
- Today, I had called them because some of the caulk they'd put around the tub a couple months back had started to crack.
Josh came out and replaced it, telling me they've had a few problems with that caulk they'd used that day. He replaced it under a warranty repair.
I can't really say enough good things about my experiences with Go Green Plumbing. They've behaved ethically, responsibly, and compassionately. Highly recommend if you need a plumber!
