We had a problem on a Sunday, and they were out quickly to help. Really appreciated that they did what they said they were going to do, and when they said they’d do it. I had a few extra questions and he answered them patiently and expertly. A very good experience!

Our experience working with the Go Green HVAC crew was better than we could have hoped for. They were all highly professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Thank you to Matt, Garrison, Anthony, Hunter and Mike for a long and complex job well done!

Hunter came today to check our heating system. Unfortunately, he did find a few issues but was very professional in explaining what was found and my options on fixing said issues. He gave me the choice in what I thought I could do at this time. Very quick then in fixing the issues. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hunter as well as Go Green Heating/AC and Plumbing.

Garrison was police, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He really went out of his way to be helpful and answer any questions.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The very best customer service I have ever experienced from the first call, to the continuous text updates throughout the day to the very end with Nate and crew finishing up around midnight. I felt that they had our best interest in mind and not just trying to sell us service we didn’t need. And, they could have easily pushed us to next day but came out at 7:00pm and finished the job (with no up charge for after hour service). We will call them for all our plumbing and HVAC needs b

Go Green has done several jobs for us, from general maintenance, to installing a tankless water heater. We've been impressed with the quality of workmanship, and the personableness of the workmen. When time came for a major job, we called Go Green and Nate W. laid out the options thoroughly and skillfully, and we know the job will be done well. Go Green is a commendable business enterprise and we commend them to anyone needing minor or major plumbing work.

Garrison did an excellent job of taking care of our heating problem quickly. (There was an internal short in our old thermostat.). He replaced the thermostat with a thermostat that is easier to operate than our old one. Go Green is very reliable and we were able to schedule an appointment quickly.

Your team was very professional and courteous. They answered each of my questions and was very patient and also showed me the finished product. You have a great staff! Thank you so much!

Everyone at Go Green is so friendly and helpful! We have had them out for a couple different fixes. They’ve always been easy to schedule quickly and quoted the fairest price. Recently, Garrison came to fix our heat. He was wonderful to work with, very friendly, and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answer any questions. Amazing experience. The techs were super thorough with every explanation and description of what was needed. This was not a cost we expected right now but the financing was super easy and helpful.

Nate and Mark were professional, friendly and understood what I needed . They reviewed all the “ plumbing/ water systems” and provided recommendations but did not try to “ oversell” me on anything. Hunter came out this morning to make an initial assessment of my HVAC system. He was very professional and provided answers to all my questions. He was very thorough and once again I am very pleased with Go Green, Previously had work done by Shane on the Plumbing side and he also was very professional and knowledgeable.
