Mitch replaced our water heater same day in just a couple of hours. He was very personable, knowledgable, and extremely efficient!

Prompt, courteous, and excellent service. From the receptionist, to the scheduler, to the technician. All could not have been any better. I discovered my burst hot water heater at 2:00pm and had a new one installed by 6:00pm. It doesn't get any better than that.

Mitch was super friendly and helpful. Went over options and explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend Go Green.

The two gentlemen, Ross and Erik, who did our sewer line replacement on 4/29/2019 were very professional, friendly and listen to our concerns on losing a large shrub. We had a sudden leak later at night, I called and spoke with a representative and had a technician at our residence within 30-45 minutes--Nate was extremely professional, provided multiple options for diagnosing and resolving the issue, and was able to also come back the next day to get to the bottom of what had happened. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with him and every person I spoke with on the phone, and am grateful we chose Go Green Plumbing.

Nate performed our tankless water heating flushing and check-up and our 15 point inspection of plumbing. Very professional with helpful recommendations and tips. Personable and we would recommend to any prospective customers.

Plumber Shane *** of Go Green Plumbing came to my home to provide an estimate for the installation of a gas-fired tankless water heater on March 15, 2019. He was punctual, professional, polite, neatly attired, knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient.
As part of the estimate service, he inspected all the readily accessible plumbing of my home. This included thoroughly inspecting the crawl space. He found two instances where dis-similar drain piping had been solvent-welded together, where the Plumbing Code specifies a "pro-press connector" (i.e., rubber boot secured by a stainless steel band) be used. He also found a badly corroded (e.g., ‘eggshell thickness’) brass j-trap beneath a bathroom sink and had the parts (including the pro-press connector) to make the proper repair during that visit. He readily provided detailed yet easily understandable information on my concerns, and it was evident he is dedicated to offering the solution to my plumbing requirements that provides the best reliability, longevity, and value for money. Indeed, he presented four (4) separate detailed estimates for review by my wife and me.
If I were Shane’s employer, I would consider him one of my company’s most valuable assets.

Called Go Green Plumbing for a sewer back up. They worked with me on my schedule,sent out Nate who explained everything showed me exactly what he was doing and how it would work. Was friendly, explained things in ways I understood and generally made a bad situation a little easier by knowing what was going on and how to fix it

I wasn't a fan of the price estimate but after getting three estimates, Go Green's was in the ball park. Their service and customer service have been great and I'm looking forward to dealing with them again in the future.

We cannot say enough good things about Nate and the entire crew at Go Green Plumbing. Firstly, they answer the phone. Chelsea is pleasant and accommodating and scheduled us in right away for someone to come out to our house. How lucky we are to have Nate assigned to our job. He gave us a quote and said, I can start the work today. Who does that! Awesome! Then Pete the owner of Go Green came out to our house to help us with some decisions we needed to make. There is no doubt that his standards are high. He provides continuing education for his employees and it shows. Go Green Plumbing is top notch. Our kitchen faucet was worn out and had developed a slow leak. I'm handy and have garage full of tools. Decided to replace it myself. But the old faucet was installed improperly and a bear to remove. And the brand-new faucet I bought from a big box store had an ill-fitting connection from supply hose to sprayer hose. After three tries at a replacement or replacement parts (and a month without water in my kitchen sink), I called Go Green and Mitch fixed my problem in 30 minutes with a contractor-quality, lifetime-warranty faucet. Terrific experience, and worth every penny.

I had a complicated sewer clog situation. Mitch with Go Green arrived on time, was professional and curtious. He logically thought through the situation and made sure I understood my repair options and cost upfront. He found the solution to problem when the city sewer crew was not able. I will use Go Green again and recomend their service to friends and family.

We recently called Go Green Plumbing to replace a leaky pipe. Mitch was courteous, informative and efficient in solving our problem. We've used Go Green for all our plumbing issues and every time the service has been fantastic! I highly recommend them!

Choosing a service company for my house is a daunting task. I researched and decided to try Go Green for a pipe overflow issue. Service Tech Nate came out and did a thorough inspection of the crawl space, explaining what I needed and why it was flooding. I asked Nate if he could look at my sump pump because our water heater keeps shutting off with all the rain and flooding and my non-mechanical husband keeps relighting it.
His reaction was quick and professional. He immediately went under that part of the house. The smell of gas was alarming. He calmly instructed me not to turn anything on or off, not use my phone, etc. He found the gas leak on the water heater and shut off the gas. Gas company came and checked exterior lines also. I was a nervous wreck. Nate remained calm and spoke to me about options. Not once did he say I had to purchase with Go Green. I was near tears and he just listened as I processed everything out loud. He said it was important for me and my children to be safe, get all the fumes out etc.
I did purchase a tankless water heater to avoid any future flooding issues. Nate stayed until almost 11 pm that night to make sure my family had hot water. Pete, the owner of Go Green, came and assisted him during the evening. I offered to have them come back the next day but they wanted to make sure my children and I were in a home that was safe, with hot water and I could laundry without foooding the house, if needed.
Nate came back the next day and checked everything thoroughly. He showed me how to operate the new water heater, showed me the new plumbing under the house and even answered a completely unrelated plumbing question about an upstairs toilet.
It was a totally unexpected expense. Go Green presented 4-5 options with a total price. That price is what you pay, completely. Not a penny more. I truly appreciated that but I can’t put a price on my family. As strong as the gas smell was, as my father said, “you have a guardian angel watching over you.” I consider Nate and Go Green part of our guardian angel team now. Sounds silly maybe but I am so very grateful I chose them.
