I had a pipe burst that hooked up to the water heater. Shane A was the plumber. He gave me several options to choose from and answered all my questions. He never steered me one way or the other. At first I chose to have only the pipe replaced so that I could get my water turned back on and told them that I’d have to discuss the other options with my husband first. He did the job quickly. Also, the water heater had gotten submerged in water and for safety reasons, he chose not to light it. The decision was left up to me. He explained that the internal parts can corrode and malfunction. In addition, my water heater was quite old. So we went without hot water for a day. The next day we made the decision to replace the water heater as well and called Go Green. Shane was at another job at the time but despite that, he came out and worked late with his partner. I was so grateful to not have to wait another day. My kids and I were relieved to say the least! I would absolutely call them again in the future.

Shane and his crew did an excellent job with a rather complicated and lengthy task. They kept us informed throughout the process and thoroughly explained what they diagnosed, and several options to address the problem areas. They were friendly, polite, professional. They also did a good job cleaning up after they were finished.

Hunter and Nate did the most thorough HVAC services I have ever witnessed! Their attention to detail, excellent service, and outstanding professionalism are exceptional. I highly recommend them!

Anthony was very knowledgeable and helped explain the issues our HVAC system was having. He was honest and helped us make the decision that was best for us at this time. I won’t be calling anyone else to service my system. Also, they have amazing customer service, I was updated by text as to how soon they would be able to get to me. I was even called after service to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. Great team!!

Mitch was super helpful with getting my water heater replaced! He was very informational & relayed all options between myself & landlord, since I’m renting. He even took a quick look at my refrigerator that’s been leaking. He went above expectations for the job & has great professionalism, would give more stars if I could!

I think they were great! They explained everything so that I could understand. They went and checked just to make sure there was not any leaks from any of the sinks and toilets. They put in a bew hot water heater. They were very accommodating. I would recommend them.

GoGreen gets no stars from us. Salesman was here Monday June 24 to quote for replacing our system that died the previous weekend. We were told they would be here the next Monday, July 1, to install the new system. We agreed to the price on that basis. My husband is 81 with MS, I'm 65 with insulin dependent diabetes, glaucoma, high blood pressure and other problems - needless to say suffering in this heat is not doing us any favors. We called GoGreen last Friday June 28 to confirm the time they would arrive on Monday July 1. We were shocked to be told the earliest they could install the new system would be Friday July 5! GoGreen has done nothing, and we already have lost all confidence in them. We are talking to other companies, but had already put the job off for the week based on the salesman's July 1 install date - now we are trying to get someone to install a new system during a holiday week. I can't tell you how upset we are at the lack of concern for two seniors living in this heat. We did eventually buy a portable air conditioner which at least cools one room. I had to get a smaller unit as at 65 y/o and 4'11" I can't pick up a window a/c from the floor to the window. Extremely disappointed in Go Green and would not recommend them to anyone.
