Online Business however I contacted them by phone. Saturday July 1, 2017 I placed an order for 2 wigs M161 color F 1b/33. Friday July 7 at 8:28 am I picked up my package from post office. I have a print out from post office of time and the only package I received Tracking #*** only one wig was in the box. In fact only one wig could fit in the box. Immediately I called customer service and reported the problem and requested a refund of 34.99 be applied back to my credit card because I only received one wig. Spoke with *** twice, Supervisor . They assured me they would send an email to customer care department to correct the matter. Please see attached documentation to their response. Saturday July 8, 2017 I spoke with *** he stated he would send email to customer care department which have not addressed the problem. Please review supporting documentation. Tuesday July 12, 2017 called *** (My Bank). Spoke with . She stated BGMBShair had not credited my account. Immediately called GMBSHair, spoke with *** then spoke with supervisor . She stated I needed to email Customer care Department. Please help me resolve this problem.
