I placed my order on 1-20-23, It is now 2-28 23 and I am still stuck with their substitute order. My order #466270 hair color #4 was placed on the GMBShair web site. They sent me color #KM30, a very different order than the color #4 on the GMBShair.com web site. So, I emailed them through their on-line inquiry form for an RMA so I could return this wrong order they had sent me. I got 3 acknowledgements that they got my emails, and would get back to me. But they never did. so, I emailed them again with my request. Again, I got no answer. The hair, on GMBShair.com is listed as 1D: 4-476270, and is NOW listed as out of stock. I truly believe that it was out of stock when I placed my order. But I had no way of knowing, I could only order a product as advertised. GMBShair.com delayed any response to my order for 10 days. So, I asked for a refund by email on their website. GMBShair instead of doing the right thing and giving me my refund, sent me a substitute order I didn’t ask for, nor do I want. Therefore, I asked GMBShair.com to send me an RMA to return their wrong order they sent me so I wouldn’t have to pay the $14.95 postage, and give me a full refund of my $144.94 they unfairly substituted. GMBShair never answered any of my many requests. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint against GMBShair. GMBShair answered the BBB and falsely claimed I had not contacted them, and all I had to do was return the hair for a refund. They gave no mention of the shipping or restocking fee. Why should I pay $14.94 shipping fee, and a 25% restocking fee for their false advertising. I sent the BBB 2 copies of the GMBShair promises to get back to me, but the BBB said that GBMS had stated their position, and that the case is now closed. Not much help was given to me from the BBB. GMBShair.com is taking advantage of me to unfairly make money. I will never place another order with them. Beware!
This company is a scam and tries to get over on its customers and does not respond back to customers emails when its time to refund them.
I placed an order (order #) with this company in the amount of 74.94 on April 3 2020. After about a week I noticed that my order hadn't been shipped or even processed but of course the funds were taking out. I sent out several emails to the company, 2 from my personal email and one on their online contact us form. After not hearing anything back for 3 days (even though it says someone will get back in less than 12 hrs) I decided to call the customer service number. After finally getting someone they told me they wasn't sure why my items didnt ship and they would have someone contact me in 24hrs. The next day I received an email saying they were out of the item and it wouldn't be available until may 1 2020 due to the covid pandemic and would I like to wait until that date or replace the order for something else. On April 17 2020 I told them no and I would like to be refunded and they said ok. That was an entire week ago and I have yet to see a refund. Ive reached out to them several more times and still havent heard from them. This company is a scam and will let you order things even though they know it's not in stock and instead of refunding you they will try to wait until the item comes in or just send you whatever they can just to say they fulfilled an order. I am disputing this charge with my bank. Its sad they would rather lose customers than to just do better business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I paid for shipping that was not delivered according to expectations and have yet to get a response to my messages.
I placed my order on 4/9/20 after paying $22 for 3-4 day shipping. 6 business days later, I sent a message through their site and the next day thought I got a response. In reality, the email response came the same day I placed my order asking my to allow 4-5 days for delivery (I've already paid extra to ensure faster shipping). I have sent another message as I am upset that I was given the option for faster delivery and allowed to pay for it, THEN I find out faster shipping actually isnt available.
I would like tracking details so I can know where my package is (link in email takes you to a receipt, not delivery status) and I'd like a partial refund, the difference between 3-4 day shipping and standard.

I did receive my package. It took a while to ship in the first place. Although I did not get my partial refund, I really wanted the package. It was delivered on time once it was shipped. If there are shipping delays, please update your site to reflect that possibility. Also, if customer service is slow or swamped, update that too so you are cut some slack when it takes a while to respond to inquiries.
This company is horrible, they advertise a particular product on their website using a particular picture and the order they sent you doesn't match the product and they refuse to give you a full refund. It's bait and switch, don't buy from this company their customer service is horrible and you can't get a supervisor to speak with. Don't buy from them.

I should have done my home work ..this company has sent me a product that was stated to be 100% human hair and wet and wave. It was neither. Do not order from this store on line. I am filing a small claim against them them in court to get my money back. SCAM Artist ..stay away.
Golden Mart Beauty Supply did not provide the hair I ordered and did not give me back my refund!
I ordered hair from this company 11/4/19 (order number ). I selected standard shipping and was supposed to receive my order in 7 days.
An entire two weeks later I ended up emailing them 3 times and calling twice to request a refund. When calling their customer service you never speak to the "actual staff" just some people who have no real clue where your product is or why your refund is taking so long.
Skip to 11/28/19, I receive an email that my order is being shipped...even though I requested a refund 2 weeks ago!

I ordered crochet hair on 11/13/2019 order # *** On I sent a email on 11/18/19 to check . Per their website items ship between 24 to 48 hours after placing a order. On I sent a email on 11/18/19 to check the status of my order. After no response for over 24 hours I chat with . online on 11/19/2019 about my order. He stated he will email the company because he did not understand why my order was not shipped because it not on back order. He said someone would email me within 24 hours. No email. On 11/21/19 I chatted with *** hold claimed to be the customer service manager for online sale. He stated he would check to see what was going on with my order and contact me. Well as of today still no status on my order.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My card was charge for a product I never received. This is theft! I ordered a wig from this company on October 5th for $48.94. I requested a ship date and they sent me a tracking number dated 10/9/2019. As of today 10/16/2019 the package hasn't moved from this location. The tracking is void. I emailed the company three times and received no response. I contact them via phone and per the owner he states they don't ship items from his store. He even stated that I ordered from some where but it wasn't them. Per my credit card transaction this is the address and company name. I told them they sent me an email about the order and he denied. I asked is he email *** and he stated someone must have their site which is impossible. This is fraud/theft because they have charge my card for an item they never sent.
I demand a refund. I have called this business twice and have been given the runaround and I emailed three times and received no response.

I prayed about purchasing this wig and went ahead and ordered it. I had never paid this much for a wig. I have purchased this wig several times and could get three of them for this price. That is how much I love this wig. I love it so much that I waited until this morning to wear it to church. I put that thing on and could not believe it. It is all matted up and looks terrible. I cannot believe they would sell an item in such poor condition. I cannot do anything with this wig but put it in the trash. This is so disappointing.

Received no communication from company despite multiple attempts. Yesterday, received partial order. Filed dispute with bank. Pending review. On 5/9/2018, I disputed a transaction of $132.83 that was posted to my account on 5/3/2018 by GMBSHair, Inc. I purchased 12 packs of the Zury Mali Loc Braids on 5/2/2018. These braids have been extremely difficult to find and I found them on GMBSHair.com. When I made the purchase, I included a message that if there was not that type of hair, that I did not want the product. I sent another message through their online forum as well on the same date with the message that if the hair was not available, to not process the order and to contact me. I was emailed a copy of the receipt on 5/2/2018. Between 5/2/2018 and 5/9/2018, I sent several messages through the company's online forum. I made several phone calls and left messages. I emailed from another email address. I received no communication from the company. I decided to dispute the transaction on 5/9/2018. On 5/11/2018, an email was sent stating the order was complete and the items were being shipped. On 5/14/2018, I received a package. Included in it were 5 packs of hair, not the 12 packs that were ordered, with a copy of my message stating that I do not want the product if unavailable. In small writing on the top right of the letter it states the items are back ordered. On 5/14/2018, I sent another email ([email protected]) to the company to return the 5 packs as the order is incomplete. I was charged full price for partial of an order. Furthermore, I was not notified after constantly contacting the company via email and phone. I have no idea when the rest of the package will be available. The merchandise was required in a timely fashion, and the entire order was necessary. If the hair was back ordered, or not available, I would not have made the purchase. I also notified the company when the purchase was made to not process if this were the case. The company refused to contact me, despite my attempts, and did not do as requested in notifying me that the hair was not available. Also, I went online on 5/14/2018 and viewed the product online to find out more information about the backorder. The items that I purchased are no longer an option online. Nothing is mentioned about the type of hair I purchased being back ordered. It is as if the hair I purchased is non-existent through the company now. Today, 5/15/2018, I have called the company again and left another voice message informing them that I received an incomplete order and have not been contacted by anyone. Again, I requested a refund and to return the 5 packs of hair received. I also found another email contact:. I sent an email to that address as well. This is poor business. I am currently pending a dispute with my bank. I wanted to file an official complaint as well, especially if the bank does not agree with my dispute.
I would like to return the 5 packs of hair with no restocking charge or shipping charges. The 5 packs of hair are completely useless to me. I would like a full refund.

I do not want another color, as I mentioned when I initially made the order, and I cannot do anything with 5 packs of hair. I have been order from this company since 2010. I order some braiding hair I called to see if it had been mail it had been about 5 days and no tracking number. The CSR that answered the phone told me they would send me and email in 24 hours. I didn't get an email but the funds were drafted from my account. I decided I did not want the hair or deal with the company anymore because they didn't do what they said because I could have cancelled it when I called on the phone that day it hadn't been shipped. I sent and email to them asking what did I need to do to return. I was told just send it to the address. As soon as the hair came in I did not open it. I went right to the post office to mail it back. Almost a month no refund. When I emailed them I got someone name *** stalling me and then she told me I could not get my money according to their policy. I sent her a copy of her policy and told her according to their policy I could. I told her I would go to small claims on them and she let me know I could go ahead.

Desired Settlement: Refund I would like to have my refund back. There is no recourse if you order from an online business to get your money back if they want send it. There should be something in place to protect the consumer. There should be some kind of online filing and arbitrary that they know is there that will compile them to do the right thing. I have lost money before and so have my friends.

I responded to GMBShair.com by sending my card information to receive my refund. I received an email Tuesday, December 19, 2017 that a full refund had been issued. I have not received any funds back into my account as of December 22, 2017.

I have contacted then numerous times about my delivery and product order. I attached the copy of the shipping invoice and I ordered two packs of hair but only received 1. I attached a copy of the invoice to prove that it states on the shipping invoice item quantity one. I paid for two.

DON'T SAY YOU HAVEN'T BEEN WARNED! Do not order from this company. Very unprofessional, shady tactics. Placed my order for the correct items as stated on my invoice. I want to file a complaint on a wig company located at . I bought an item that was totally unacceptable. I returned it immediately by certified return receipt and have a signature unrecognizable. The Package was returned Unopened! I was promised a refund and it has not been received. When I try to leave a message I am suddenly disconnected.

We could not pull up any orders under her name or address. Please provide further order # or info such as email or phone # or anything else that we can use as reference to pull up the customer's order. Please also provide copy of your return receipt that proves the wig being returned.
I replied to the company Buy Wig and Hair which they list two numbers. ?? called me and left a voicemail stating he does not have a record of my purchase nor has involvement, which I question. He said that his number had been used by that company. I am sending you the certified return request card with signature of the person who received package, with the promise of returning my refund within 14 days. Every time I call, hang ups and sometimes goes straight to voicemail (left message - no reply). *** is claiming he has no association at all, although he admitted he has refused to identify himself with Buy Wig and Hair. I truly believe this is a fraudulent company. The packaging came from . I will contact the Atty General with all details. I would like to recover my money and they are still in possession of my credit card #.

I am not accepting it because the name of company is Buy Wig and Hair. The packaging came from China with no invoice number. They are using a bias company. I have a certified return receipt with signature and tracking number.
WE have tried multiple times to search for your order in our database, and we only have 2 orders from 2015. Please give us more detail, a copy of invoice, or order confirmation # so we can help you resolve your issue. Specifically, what item did you return? Was this something from 2015? We need further detail please. If you could also respond to our emails coming from .com, quickest way to reach us.
I didn't get my items. I was very unhappy and every time I call they would say the same thing and never got email, and talk with supervisor. Still never receive nothing or the items sent.
I would like to settle this case with my money back on my card or items back.
We have refunded for both orders, #*** $53.93 and #*** $48.94. The refund should be available on her account in 3 business days. We have numerously contacted her via email, but she was not reachable. She is a repeat customer of ours for years.
