Review: I returned a packag of coffee for a differnt flavor. The original cost was $10.95. I bought the house blend because as usual they were out of the breakfast blend. I assumed that I would be able to exhange the house blend for the breakfast blend later. Upon returning the house and exchanging both are the same volume and cost, now they were no longert on sale even though I should have been able to just exchange it without paying the higher no sale cost now. I was merely exchanging the same Starbucks 20ozs one flavor for another. So if this logic pays true, I should be able exchange and if the unit is now on sale I could exchange and get moeny refunded back to me for the diiference, correct.Desired Settlement: I want my $1.54 back.

We apologize that the customer was not able to process an even exchange at our store. The store manager has reached out to the customer with an apology and an offer for a full refund of the item.

Review: My complain is that Giant food store advertise that they double all manufacture coupons but that is not what they do. When you buy two of the same items and have two of the same coupons, you expect that both coupons be doubled. What happens is when you scan both coupons only the first coupon is doubled. I asked for an explaintion of why that happens and was told thats how the system works. I wrote to the companies complaint department and got a coumpter generated e-mail that they received my complint and that with so many e-mails, they do mot answer any complaint but would send it to the right person or department. I would like the Revdex.com look into this matter for me and come up with an answer.Desired Settlement: I would like Giant to do what they adverise and double all coupons. If that is not possible then they should post a notice at every checkout and self station so people know what will happen before they hand in all their coupons.
