I still have no idea why landmark sent the account to collections as the gentleman said the account was set up on autopay without a missed payment
I have received the response stating that they have not had a return phone call. After initial contact with the cardholder I have called on numerous occasions and left messages for the cardholder to call me back. I can be reached at the number I left on the messages and would be glad to help them get this resolved

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I do not agree because I was already paid Allstate for liability so therefore I should not have to pay Landmark for full insuranceIf anything, I should only have had to pay them for collision only and for only months of coverageThat does not average out to $dollarsAgain, this is not fair to me and it was a waste of my moneySo far, I have paid Landmark a total of $3,so my balance should not still be over a thousand dollars considering the fact that my original loan was only for $3,I have not had the loan a whole year so interest should be minimal

This issue was regarding a dispute. Disputes are handled through our current processor. We have contacted them to reopen the case. They are also looking into the issue of why the form was received by the customer the same day it was to be returned. I have been in contact with
the customer to work through this
We have recently been notified by our processor that they agree with the cardholder that the postmark was enough to substantiate the timely receipt of the dispute. A credit for the full amount was made to the account on 11/23/
Mr*** happens to be the most outrageous liar on the face of the planet! First of all he purchased the car with the aid of a Financial institution They would not approve the loan without a vehicle having to be inspected I met the inspector who came out and took a thorough
look at the vehicle from which the loan derived Not only did the inspector find a vehicle to be in great condition to other auto repair shops will service the vehicle found it to be in excellent condition as well Mr*** had buyers remorse for the vehicle was even deliver so he contacted a bogus repair shop to have five more details manufactured Vehicle was years old and has never been stated to be brand-new To add to the matter I also had three other potential buyers locally in my area who had three other potential buyers locally two of which who have to be local inspector that were also interested in purchasing Is the shame that the Revdex.com has to use valuable time listening to bogus complaints when they're real victims out there I am not willing to do anything for this so called buyer and I wish that never met him!

Per my rights in Regulation E, I believe there is more we could have doneIf I can't get the resolution I want, I want to make it clear to all consumers to not allow themselves to be taken advantage ofThey were rude to me, unhelpful and unwilling to go into the legalities of my rights to fight this.I will be issuing a reviewAnd still removing all my accounts from LandmarkEven if they couldn't help me, they could have been niceThere are a million other banks that will be nice to people, it seems credit unions are too comfortable with being rudeI still feel my rights are being violated, and someone needs to look into it
