It appears there was a typo in Landmark's message...should read, there was "not" enough time to reply Nonetheless, their actions have corrected that issue on late postage and the defective computer. money yesterday, but I would like it to be noted that *** ***, Branch Manager at the Germantown Branch, did tell me that he was going to waive the fee and then called me an hour later stating that he didn't have the authority to do it and someone in billing and collections would have to do itThis was not credited in good faith this was a credit that was promised to meI had to go back into the branch yesterday because I found out they had cut my debit card off too and no one ever told me thatLandmark credit union could use some classes in customer serviceSo I am only accepting this on the fact that they did reverse the fee for meBut I will be closing my accounts with them due to their customer service and how they treated meRegards,

allows Landmark to pay a check or electronic withdrawal from your account even if it causes the account to become overdrawn; overdraft fees apply and your account cannot be overdrawn more than $including the overdraft feesChecking account disclosures regarding Courtesy Pay are provided at account openingOn July 7, 2017, Ms*** utilized Courtesy Pay, bringing her account balance to a negative $On July 12, courtesy pay was again utilized for an ATM withdrawal, bringing the account balance to a negative $Ms*** received her monthly electronic deposits on August which brought her account to a positive balanceHowever, on the same day, Ms*** withdrew cash at two ATMs as well as a share draft cleared, bringing her account balance to a negative $Ms*** did not maintain a positive checking account balance for at least hours, as indicated in the checking account disclosures, so Courtesy Pay was revoked on August 9, In reference to Ms***’s desired outcome, Landmark allows members days to bring the account positive before the account is closed due to an outstanding overdraftHowever, Ms*** cannot request courtesy pay to be reinstated until she maintains a positive account balance for a minimum of monthsThank you, *** *** Legal Analyst Landmark Credit Union ***

For your reference, I did have the recurring ACH deposits for the time frame required for the bonusUnfortunately because of the incompetence of the person who opened my account, such time frames may have been skewed to more than four monthsI had recurring ACH deposits for the qualification period of the bonus, the first two months of review time and each transaction was over the minimum $amountI am very disappointed that a bank that claims that "you are worth more here" likes to breach their terms of their contract, making a fraudulent claim while offering shoddy and unscrupulous customer service, because they are too cheap to do so compared to other banks, and are desperate for funds to improve their tier one capital ratioThis is treatment that no one deserves and that calls a full civil investigation if the case is not resolved properlyI am tired of the excuses, terrible service and pretentiousness of a firm not suited to handle more than $million in assetsTherefore, I firmly and respectfully ask that you credit my account IMMEDIATELY, or I will continue to take further sanctions to enforce the breach of contractRegards, *** ***

regarding the forced placed insurance and corresponding higher payment amount
assessed to her loanWe believe the following information will address her
concerns and explain
our position with respect to this matterIn reviewing Ms***'s complaint we have confirmed that she has paid an
additional $on her loan which is currently due for the March 31,
paymentShe was given accurate information when she called in February but the
person failed to update the system so that the bill would show as clearedThis
caused her loan to show past due and corresponding letters were sent as a
result.We certainly apologize for any inconvenience this
may have causedThe system has been updated, all late fees have been waived,
and there was nothing negative reported to the credit reporting agencies
Therefore, If Ms*** chooses to pay $for the March payment it will
clear the March bill that is due.We trust this response addresses Ms, ***'s

What is the average amount of withdraws attempts does one get? Also, the representative that I spoke with was not interested in negations or ways to resolve issue.

November 4, Dear *** ***, This is a response to the complaint ID *** submitted by *** *** on November 3, Review of Ms***’s motorcycle loan at Landmark Credit Union does reflect a payment being made on October 27, for the full principal balance of the loan;
however, the payment did not account for the accrued interest that had accrued since the previous payment that was made September 26, As indicated in Ms***’s loan documents, finance charges are figured on a daily basis by applying the Annual Percentage Rate of 3.79% to the outstanding balanceThe accrued interest is not added to the outstanding principal amount that is displayed through online banking as long as the monthly payment is made on timeHowever, the payoff amount for the loan and the outstanding principal balance are different on any given day due to the interest accrualAs a result, Ms*** is responsible for the daily interest that had accrued at the time of the payoff - $In regards to the insurance reimbursement, I do not see that Credit Life and Disability Insurance was purchased by Ms*** at *** Center, the dealership where the motorcycle was purchasedI do, however, see that GAP Insurance coverage was purchased through ***; Ms *** should direct any reimbursement questions to the dealership where she purchased this insuranceFor a current payoff amount on the motorcycle loan, Ms*** can contact Landmark’s Member Service Center at ###-###-#### Thank you, *** *** Legal Analyst Landmark Credit Union ***@landmarkcu.com Tel: ###-###-####
Dear *** ***, This is a response to the complaint ID #*** submitted by *** *** on January 10, Ms*** visited our Brookfield location on January to dispute a transaction initiated by PayPal through her checking account because she was dissatisfied with the received product
The teller, as well as the Teller Supervisor at that location, reviewed Ms***’s account history to determine the source of the transaction and concluded it cleared electronically through the Automated Clearing House (ACH)Returns through ACH, unlike returns for a debit card transaction, can only be initiated if the transaction was either unauthorized or fraudulent, and can only be returned in the same increment as withdrawnThus, a return of only the $lip balm could not be completed as Ms*** requested, due to partial return amount and that it was neither fraudulent nor unauthorizedDuring Ms***’s visit, the Brookfield associates contacted Landmark’s ACH department to reaffirm that the return could not be completed, and it was confirmed that we were unable to return the partial amountOur associates are always willing to help our members, but unfortunately the only option for Ms*** is to resolve the dispute through the merchantKind regards, *** *** Legal Analyst Landmark Credit Union

I reviewed the letter sent to us by the Revdex.com. The phone number to reach the individual at was incorrect. Once I located a correct number I called to find out more information regarding the account and the situation. I started identifying myself and the call was
disconnected. Upon calling back the call went straight to voice mail. I would be more than happy to review the situation and reverse any fees if warranted but I need cooperation from the individual regarding the account

Here is what *** found the following: On 10/2/2015, member enrolled for External Transfer in Online BankingShe received two emails with instructions on completing the setup of her email, ***, which was completed. She attempted to setup her account at UWCU Checking #***-***-***but I see the current status of this account is deletedOn 10/25/she attempted to sExternal Transfer for UWCU Checking #***-***-*** The security step of sending two trail deposits to the UWCU for verification was not completed. Reminder emails were sent to her on 10/25/and 10/28/The current status is requires approval To complete this process, she would need to request new trail deposits to be sent to her UWCU accountInside the External Transfer portal she should click on Settings in the top right corner then select accountsLocate the UWCU account from the list of My Other Accounts and select the blue arrow icon on the left side to reveal the account detailSelect to have the trial deposits resent (allow business days). She should enter the two small deposit amounts in the field found in the account detail screen (Settings>Accounts>My Other Accounts> blue arrow left side)The member could also use our new loan payment product. This can found under the Move Money tab in Online Banking. I have spoken with the cardholder regarding the situation with his card. The information for the transaction is being reviewed by our processor to see why the card was blocked. We are also looking at ways to
improve the access for cardholders to resolve a situation like this more quickly. I will be in contact with the cardholder regarding these findings
