Raul was the saving grace for continuing the work on my home. I had a horrible experience via telephone with his supervisor, and actually called two other companies for quotes. Raul was persistent on his end going out of his way to get [redacted] on board. Raul kept me in the know each step of the way during this lengthy process. He is absolutely the epitome of professional and a valuable member of the George Brazil team. Keep up the outstanding work, Raul!

Exceptional response and service. Starting with the [redacted] (Customer Service Rep) who field the call initially and ensured that it was forwarded immediately to the dispatcher ([redacted]) who gather the information, reviewed the criteria and immediately assured us that she dispatch to the right person to resolve our emergency. [redacted]. was immediately dispatched to our residence and wasted no time assessing the situation and providing the solution. [redacted] was personable, professional and very neat.

Very professional. Explained everything and incredibly helpful. They were so sweet. I asked if they could help me put a shelf back up that had fallen down. It turned out to be more complicated then just lifting it back up as the brackets were faulty and they just went ahead and repaired the brackets. Wow!

I am taking time out of my busy schedule to write a review for the gentleman that did the electrical work on my home,Mr. R. V[redacted]. Mr. V[redacted] was outstanding correcting my electrical issues I had and also found a problem with my outside lighting repairing that problem also. Mr. V[redacted] was on time, polite, courteous and explained everything to me in a way I could understand it. I highly recommend George Brazil Plumbing and Electrical Services

I had never used George Brazil electrical before ,but ended up being very happy. The service technician, Mark B., did a great job finding the problem, explaining it to me, offering various solutions, and finished the job in a very timely manner. He was a terrific representative from a very good company.

This is my first time working with George Brazil. It was a top not h experience. [redacted] worked with me an installed a chandelier. He was kind, courteous, polite, used booties, and went Bove and beyond the call of duty to do the job correctly and repair the error that mister Electric did. He was on time and actually came hours ahead of time, only after someone called to ask if that was okay, which I preferred. I will be a repeat customer with George Brazil. He did a great job!!! Thank you.

I had the guy come out around 7:30pm as the line between our toilet and sewer main appeared to be clogged (any water run in the house backed up to the toilet). He "camera'ed" the line and snaked it and it seemed to fix the issue. After he left though I started running water and found while slightly better, the water still eventually backed up. I called him back the next morning and he brought a larger piece of equipment and completely cleared the drain this time. "I should have brought this equipment last night. There's no charge." No trip charge... nothing! My experience with service companies is they always charge you for something but George Brazil took care of it.

I'm very thankful for the professionalism and cleanliness (and despite me telling him he didn't have to put his booties on (shoe protection) on our tile floors, he did anyhow!)

George Brazil plumber/electric sent Mark B to fix an electrical problem at my house. He was A#1! Give him a raise!

Mark B. did a service call at my residence on 07/24/2015 and replaced a faulty 50 amp breaker. He explained fully all membership, repair, and other problems, including self replacement, in clear terms before proceeding. He was courteous, efficient, and friendly.

We used George Brazil for some plumbing and electrical needs. The two gentleman we had sent to help us were Jacob and Jamie. Both were professional,friendly, curteous and well skilled. They also cleaned up after themselves!! Definitely would recommend George Brazil!!

The technician was very helpful. She arrived near the beginning of the designated time frame, took great pains to avoid bringing dirt into the house, explained everything clearly, included all my member discounts, and answered all my questions even coming back when I went out to the truck to ask one more thing. Every service visit I have had from George Brazil has been very satisfactory.

Mark B came out right on time and made a thorough inspection. We explained our problem and he made very professional, informed suggestions to solve it. Gave us an on the spot cost to have the work done. He handled the work in a very timely manner with no disruption to our daily routine. We appreciate his pleasant personality and his quality of workmanship. We will not hesitate to call him with any future electrical needs.

I had a very slow draining sink, so my husband called George Brazil to come out and clear it. I was out when [redacted] arrived. When I arrived home and asked my husband how much we were being charged for one clogged sink drain, he told me $1400.00. I had to have him repeat it three times. When I questioned [redacted] he told me he had to power wash the sludge out of the system. I said that the amount was way too much. He got on his cell phone and walked outside. He came back in and said he could discount it to $1038.00. I wanted him to be done and out of my house. I would not use a credit card, I gave him a check and he insisted on a copy of my husband's license. I feel taken advantage of and will NEVER use or ever recommend Geo. Brazil to anyone.

daryl r[redacted] came to my house to install a new toilet and a faucet. He was very friendly and efficient and we would call him again, He did very good work and left my bathroom very clean.

We are very pleased with the service we obtained through this business. The plumber who came, Grace, was courteous, kind, and sweet.

On time very professional, good personality, knowledgeable and respectful with the work he had to do.
