Our tech was personable and professional. We were informed of his arrival time and he was on time. He was thorough in his work and offered professional advice. He completed the work in a timely and professional manner, explaining his work and providing all information needed. We would be pleased to have him do any electrical work at our house.

We recently needed the services of one of George Brazil's electricians. We received a service appointment within minutes of our call. The electrician arrived on time, examined the problem, laid out a solution and gave us the cost of the work before going ahead. The work was performed in short order and the problem was resolved. The electrician took pains to explain what the problem was, what had caused it, and what he was doing to fix it. We would definitely use George Brazil again for any future electrical work at our home.

He arrived on time, was very professional, courteous, friendly, answered all of our questions, talked with us about what we wanted done and made suggestions for our benefit. He did part of the work while he was there and then did all that was needed to be done in order for him to be the one to come back in compliance with our schedule to finish the job. He worked efficiently and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He did a great job.

Tom M came to install a new water softener and Flow-Tech system today and I was extremely impressed with the level of service we received. He was very professional and personable. This is the first time we have used George Brazil and Tom certainly made a lasting impression.
Our water heater overflowed and George Brazil arrived within an hour of our phone call. They installed a new water heater and cleaned up the mess. I really appreciate

I have 100% trust in George Brazil after my situation the past 48 hours. I have a maintenance agreement with them and I had them come out to do a yearly inspection. Upon the inspection they notified me of a capaciter issue (wasn't working properly and wrong size in unit). They also notified me the other unit needed freon. My units were still covered under a home warranty so I figured it was cheaper to have them come out and fix the parts as the capaciter was covered. My home warranty tech came out and did a freon inspection and said I didn't need it as levels were "fine" and he replaced the capaciter part. He told me I was probabaly getting ripped off as George Brazil was trying to upsell the freon which wasn't needed and they were way overcharging for the capaciter part. Well this put me into a tailspin and I had to call George Brazil (GB) and complain about the issue with this new info I received. I talked to the service manager by the name of [redacted] and he walked me through all the readings from my invoices from GB vs what my home warranty guy was saying. As our conversation continued it became clear my home warranty guy was clueless on what he was doing...his 100 year old gage was reading around 50 which he said was fine for the freon...[redacted] pointed out that should have been an obvious sign it did need Freon...the home warranty guy also didn't do the super heat/sub cool to truly gage the issue either...at this point I felt a little bad about calling to complain when my tech (by the name of [redacted]) was spot on in his assessment. At this point I now had my capaciter fixed but not the Freon-[redacted] being a stand-up guy said he would send his tech out to top off the freon and have [redacted] show me the real readings and what the home warranty tech missed. [redacted] came out and gave me a thorough explanation of the AC unit as a whole and what to look for. While going over this info he looked at the capaciter my home warranty company put in and he informed me that their tech put in the wrong size which would have eventually blown out my fan mower! So essentially I paid my home warranty company to send a clueless tech out who gave me misleading information and on top of it put the wrong part in... which would have cost me more money in the very near future! Thank god for George Brazil, [redacted], and [redacted] for their high integrity and honesty. They've definitely won a customer for life and I will tell everyone I know. [redacted] a special thanks to you for taking the extra time to do a quality job and inform me of what to look for. Hands down the best customer service I've seen to date on any repair I've had done.
Our service technician was [redacted]. and he came to our home to repair the AC unit. He was timely, pleasent and did excellent work. He not only worked on the unit with the issue but checked the other unit as well to ensure we would have no problems with it. [redacted] did an excellent job and is a positive reflection on this company and technicians.
I bought and had installed a new water heater from George Brazil recently and they sent out a fantastic duo lead by Joe L[redacted] - Journeyman plumber extraordinaire who was not only totally knowledgeable and prepared, but also very friendly and approachable. It was a learning experience for me as well. I would recommend Joe and his company to anyone.
RAUL was very knowledgable and explained everything and got my approval before completing repairs. He listened to and understood my descriptions of what I thought were problems.
Zack was up front on all issues. He was very professional, clean, well spoken, kept the work area clean. He was very quick & preformed his task in a very efficient manner.
He was concerned about keeping the rest of the house clean.
He left no mess in front of the house. You could not tell he was here, except that we now have hot water.
He is a great asset to your company.
[redacted] came by to install new shower trim kit. He was courteous; therefore: used his own clean carpet to put clean booties on his shoes, he was friendly and informative. We will request Jason if need help in the future.
[redacted] was on time, very friendly and competent. He answered all my questions with a thorough explanation, did a professional job and cleaned up after himself. A job well done!!
