Johnny was very good (as all George Brazil employees are). He kept everything clean where he work. He answered our questions.

Within the time frame I was given when I made the appt.

Not knowing any electrical service companies I relied on a Google search and Revdex.com reviews of this company. I was not disappointed. The service tech "Raul" was well qualified to troubleshoot and repair an electrical problem in my house that was blowing a circuit breaker. He and his assistant "Jason" were professional and courteous, quickly getting to the problem and fixing it. I would not only call them again if needed, I would recommend them to friends and family. I am also impressed with the lengths the company goes to give you information - a call and email when tech is coming, a picture of who to expect AND a link to reviews of this person !!

Ted was great, as was the entire team! Got out here within 2 hours of my calling and fixed our issue.

I discovered on the 1/23/14 that I had selective power in the master bedroom/bath. Tripped the breakers and had no power to the house. George Brazil, [redacted] came to the rescue on Christmas Eve day. Fixed the problem after 4.5 hours. Replaced main breaker, branch breakers and trouble shot the problem as to why the breaker was tripping and fixed it. I had all power for Christmas Eve. He was very professional and wore the booties that you see on TV. Besides the sticker shock of not realizing how much a repair can cost especially at Christmas time, I should be good to another 20 years.

We had chirping smoke alarms and chose George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical Services, based on ads (TV and newspaper) and seeing their trucks in our neighborhood. Technician Barry was assigned to us and we were kept informed of the time he would be at our home. Within a few hours, Barry was there and checked out everything and recommended the course of action. We found Barry to be very professional, knowledgeable, and just plain nice. New alarms were installed and no more chirping!! We highly recommend this company for the services they provide.

Grace showed up on time, did a professional installation of three new upgrades to our kitchen. After our installations, she called to confirm all were OK. On a Saturday evening, Grace called and stopped on her way home to fix a minor problem. That completed a neat and tidy job.

Today we had the pleasure of being served by Ernesto J[redacted], plumbing technician, who installed a new water heater. Ernesto carries on the fine tradition of George Brazil helpfulness and professionalism. Ernesto is a superb representative for the high quality that George Brazil Services always provides.

The company is a very reputable company & we are Platinum members & all the techs that came in the past have been excellent except this last plumbing tech named [redacted]. He was disrespectful to my husband & myself, came an hour late after calling us & telling us he would be right over. He had a major problem answering any questions, after he was ready to write up the job he abruptly pulled out my kitchen chair scraping it on my tile floor, slammed his paperwork down on my table, really displayed a child's tantrum who hates his job & has no people skills. Spoke to us so nastily that we requested that the company NEVER send this person back to our home ever again. Other than the horrible display this [redacted]. displayed, we never were disappointed with the other employees.

We've used George Brazil in the past for our air-conditioning and heating needs. We had a plumbing issue come up and thought that we would try them and we're so glad that we did! Our technician was thoughtful, professional and very knowledgeable from the front doorstep to finish. We felt very confident that he had our best interests at heart, and would highly recommend them.

Barry, with George Brazil, came to do some electrical work that needed doing after an inspection was done for the sale of our home. Barry was on time, and I found him to be very personable. He listened to my concerns intently and explained why the repairs needed to be done. There were a couple simple fixes that only took two minutes so Barry was happy to fix those at no charge. This meant a lot to me because it helped me to trust that Barry wouldn't charge me for repairs that weren't necessary. He worked quickly and showed me his work when he finished to make sure I was happy with the job he did. I will have Barry back whenever I need electrical work done at my home. Thanks Barry!

Raul was the saving grace for continuing the work on my home. I had a horrible experience via telephone with his supervisor, and actually called two other companies for quotes. Today we had Tom M. from George Brazil Plumbing out to replace our 10 yr old water heater. Tom arrived 1/2 hour into the 4 hour time frame set up and we were absolutely amazed at the quick arrival. Tom was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He installed the new water heater and all that goes with it, checked pipes and all the bathrooms fixtures. We purchased a warranty and Tom explained all that it entailed. We have used George Brazil Heating and Air for years and are just as impressed with the Plumbing as we are with the HVAC. We also purchased an Electrical checkup with them. We love George Brazil!

Timothy S gave us excellent service, found the best solution for the leak I had under my kitchen floor he gave an estimate and when all was said and done the bill was actually less than expected, what a pleasant susurprise! He was on time, professional and did a great job.
