Ernesto arrived to my house right on time, was very friendly, and finished the job within minutes. He even took the time to explain what he did, answered my questions and well as give me tips for what else to look for. I would definitely recommend George Brazil and Ernesto to others.

The plumber did a very good job.

An [redacted] Heater installed three weeks ago failed. As part of their one year guarantee George Brazil Plumbing sent out Ernesto to correct the problem. The failure was caused by a defective part and not by the original plumber Zack R[redacted] who installed the replacement water heater. All work done by both Zack originally and later by Ernesto was done in a professional manner. I would recommend both guys to anyone needing a good plumber.

I had the pleasure to meet Gabriel today from George Brazil. He was very professional, identified the electrical issues with my house, and provided solutions. I appreciated his honesty, expertise, and pleasant demeanor. I will absolutely contact George Brazil again, and ask for Gabriel to assist me with any future issues I might have. Thank you so much.

Very Satisfied with the service

We have had 2 opportunities to use George Brazil and were very pleased with how professional and courteous they were. We had a new air conditioner and heater installed earlier this year. Then this week we had a plumber from there out to repair our toilet. They both went over the work they were going to do, cost of the job, and explained everything. In the new air conditioning they checked out our duct work and even fixed a problem with no extra charge.

We needed a new water heater. We called George Brazil and they sent out Tom. He was courteous, competent and made sure all debris was cleaned up. Everybody that I spoke to that day were efficient, courteous and friendly. I would surely recommend them.

This was my first experience with George Brazil. I had a blown fuse in the electrical panel and my 2 bathrooms and garage door opener were out. I called George Brazil and had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. Tony V. arrived and took care of the problem. He explained everything in full and recommended I change out

all the fuses - as they were over 30 years old. He was very pleasant and gave us a good price. I was very pleased and satisfied with their professionalism and promptness. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Really a great experience. The entire electrical was out at my house - it was the main breaker. (Yes, I knew this before I called them). As the other circuit breakers were very old and this is a rental, I went ahead and replaced them as well in order to avoid further issues for the Tenant. Gabriel was very nice and very professional. All work was done in a timely manner. The response time was great too! Would definitely use them again!

Cole was our service technician. He was professional and thorough and explained everything that needed to be repaired in layman's terms. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends . The job was done in a timely fashion and he provided us with a quote right away on another project we are considering doing .

My thanks to George Brazil plumber Darrel R in Phoenix, AZ. Provided me an estimate for sewer pipe repair & held to it. Ran into unexpected electrical issue. Called someone from Gearge Brazil electrical division to correct problem before continuing to find & repair cracked sewer pipe. Caused him to work extra hours. Worked from 8 AM till 7 PM. Was determined to finish the repair in one day in near 100 degree heat despite the unexpected electrical wire problem. A good man to represent George Brazil for positive satisfaction. Great Job George Brazil

Very professional. Explained everything and incredibly helpful. They were so sweet. I asked if they could help me put a shelf back up that had fallen down. It turned out to be more complicated then just lifting it back up as the brackets were faulty and they just went ahead and repaired the brackets. Wow!

This company is so easy to work with and so responsive to the customer's needs. The technicians are pleasant and knowledgeable about their jobs. I have had them out on three separate occasions for various problems, all responded to within 24 hours and effectively resolved.

Zack was up front on all issues. He was very professional, clean, well spoken, kept the work area clean. He was very quick & preformed his task in a very efficient manner.

He was concerned about keeping the rest of the house clean.

He left no mess in front of the house. You could not tell he was here, except that we now have hot water.
