Carlos is an amazing inspector. I originally did not think much about thermal cameras and additional "gadgets" until I realized how a professional can take full advantage of them. Carlos did exactly that, he showed me how a gadget can become a powerful tool in a professional's hands. This especially comes in handy when inspecting a prospect home to purchase, thermal imaging can give you a ton of insight as to whats behind those walls, when you know what to look for of course. On top of being so thorough and detail oriented that he even checks and gets insight inside the walls of the house, he has an amazing personally which makes him very easy to deal with. I will be using Carlos again in the near future, as the home we were inspecting to buy did not work out.
