Carlos was referred to me by a friend. Im glad she did. He arrived on time, was ready to work and went through the house three times. I also learned a lot. He was very objective throughout the process. The seller's rep asked him at one point if the report could be sent to them. He diplomatically redirected his inquiry. We all know the inspection is to benefit the buyer not the seller. They tried, but it didnt work. Diplomacy is hard skill to master, but its obvious Carlos has. I appreciated his thoroughness and his sense of humor. It made this process less stressful.
