This company is a blatant ripoff, payed 19.99 +shipping for a dash cam and memory card then I get charged $80.00 on top of it all.
Was offered the Dash cam as a free gift then charged almost $70 three days after receiving the product. They charged my account another $20 for the sim card needed to work the camera. I cannot get this product to function.
company phone listed for company says short staffed send email to support. no response after 4 attempts. goggle and bing says sites robots.text file blocking discription or hiding information. been this way since I placed my order on march 30th 2020
Shipping and handling $6.95 but charged $20 for SD card refunded. $79.99 charged to my Debit Card. Won't answer phone to refund money. Kept on hold
I ordered a DashCam from a promotional offer on 3-21-20. I was supposed to pay S&H of $6.95. I was charged $20 for SD card. I called the number and and was refunded the $20. On 4-5-20 I noticed a $79.99 charge to my Debit Card. I have been trying to call the number XXX-XXX-XXXX associated with the charge and have been on hold up to 45 minutes without anyone answering the line. I have called numerous times 4-6-20 with no assistance. My daughter also called and she was also put on hold. My bank says since I authorize the first transaction they can do nothing to get my $79.99 back. I do not even know what the charge is for. At this point I want to return the DashCam and get all my money back. When I call the original number XXX-XXX-XXXX I am also put on hold or says all circuits busy.
I would like to be refunded the $79.99 that was debited from my account and how to return their DashCam and get a refund of that amount also. Anna agent 369 did not say there would be additional charges. There was no box to check for additional charges.

I did an online survey for Home Depot they offered a dash cam as one of the gifts for responding had to pay for shipping 6.95 plus 20.00 for the sd card but the camera was free so on march 13th 2020 I ordered it order# XXXXXX dated 3/18/2020 I received it now on april the 2nd XXXXX there is another charge of 79.99 from the same company I didnt order any thing else or give any one permission to charge my card again
take the 79.99 charge off my account I didnt order a second camera didnt order a second any thing from them

Billing me for product I did not order
On 3/30/2020 $79.99 was taken out of my account for a Dash Cam Max product number XXXXXXXX I did not order this . On 3/13/2020 I won a free Dash Cam and paid 20 for memory card they refunded me $4 back and $6.95 shipping total was $22.95 order number XXXXXX I called phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX orginally number from Dash Cam. A Connie *** told me to call XXXX-XXX-XXXX and Dash Cam would return the $79.99 her phone is disconnected now and I've tried repeatedly calling the other numbers hours eastern time 9am to 7 pm mon thru sat I got thru to a recording next rep in order of calls at 2:30 am sat on phone 31/2 hours no pick up then tryed again same thing I'm on disability that $79.99 I need back in my account I also received overdraft fees because of this problem I'm extremely upset over this and from what I learned so far there Dash Cam Max and Gadget Dask Cam are two diffrent company's I contacted the bank and was told to try resolve this Problem If you need anymore information please call me XXX-XXX-XXXX transaction was by visa bank card

The company contacted me and they resolved my complaint by giving me a full refund thank you Dash Cam and thank you Revdex.com.org for handling this complaint for me
Ordered product. Never got tracking within 3-7 business days described and called several times and now it is saying they are close.
I ordered dash cam through wells Fargo rewards options. This company was in their list selling the dashcam. They charged my card $26.94. 6 business days went by and I called asking for tracking of products because it was a memory card and dash cam. They said it would take up to 7 days for tracking. I told the lady on the other end that I would be calling next day as that was the 7 business days. And that if I didn't get it I wanted a full refund. She said she would notify her manager. I called now 2 days in a row and it says they are closed and can't get an answer. I never got tracking info, product or refund. And they stated after so long of getting product they would charge me full price of product $80. I'm worried about being charged twice for something I can't get or get info on. This all seems way to fishy.
At this point I want my refund and to make sure no further charges will be made to my card.
I got home from work and had a box on the porch. I received the dash cam today. But it was missing the memory card I payed for. I still wish to return the product from all the mess. I will be willing to ship all back but tried to call them again today and it states they are still closed so I couldn't let them know memory card missing. When I return this I am worried they won't refund
Memory card price. And no one to speak to about it also. This is a mess.

this company is incompetent or outright crooks filled out a satisfaction form and was offered a free
free car dash cam only pay for shipping $6.95 got billed for that plus $19.99 two weeks later #79.99 for the same thing received it never worked mistake was the had my debit card had to report to the bank and they investigating.
I order from this company on January 19,2020,the add on line said get Gadget cam Dash only for Shipping and Handling for $6.95. I proceeded to order it, it arrived in January 23,2020 I opened the box and checked item, there were a cable missing upon trying to charge it to use it, I come to see that it does not charge either. I called them to inform them I was not satisfied and that the camera did not work. The lady proceeded to tell me that they don't do returns and that she couldn't refund me back the money either.I called again in another occasion I was told the same thing.But on February 3,2020 I noticed that company had put a charge thru my bank account of $79.99, I called them again I asked why they put that charge, she said because I only had 15 days to try the camara before they would charge this price, she said that it said that on the website where I order the product, I told her that was not true it just said get camara for 6.95 only shipping fee. I told her I didn't give them permission to process $79.99 on my account I wanted my money back all of it because the camera doesn't work, again she said they didn't take returns or do refunds, after 15 minutes of arguing with her she said she would give me back $59.99. Yes, but I want all my money back, including the shipping and handling fee $6.95 and $20.00 left from the $79.99, the item is defective I can't even use it, why should I pay for something that doesn't work and I will not be able to use. Their ad is falls ADVERTISEMENT I THINK IS FRAUD. BECAUSE THEY DON'T GIVE YOU ALOT OF INFORMATION.

I want the shipping fee of $6.96 back because like I told them in our conversation the dash camera doesn't charge, I shouldn't have to pay shipping for something that I'm not going to be able to use, it's not my responsibility that they don't process returns on products, that detailed was not advertise on their site or when I placed the order. I told the woman representative I wanted to return it back, the representative refused, I asked to talk to a supervisor and she also refused or didn't allow me to talk to a supervisor. I want the whole amount I initially requested in my original complaint.

This company said they would refund back(03/04/2020) to me the $6.95 the remaining balance for shipping and Handling fee, and they never did. That was the only I agree with their decision and you were able to closed the case. I need to know what happened. Thanks

There's no confusion on my side, this company is lying they never process that refund in my account, they process the first amount in the first complaint but not on the second one. They need to look at their records again I look at my bank account all the time. They stayed it would take 5 to 7 business day I waited and it never happened. So, they need to process it again.
