I’m about to report you to the Better Business Bureau this is a scam you can’t be taking peoples money after they sent you money and then keep taking money you’re about to get sued For hundreds of dollars because of this your information will be sent to the FBI

I did a survey only because it had Home Depot's name on it. Said I could select from some items, I chose the dash cam for $7.95 shipping. Was charged $7.95 plus $9.97, I did not authorize the $9.97. Did some investigating and found this site. imediately monday am I went to my financial institution and tried to get the $9.97 back. No luck, canceled my card before these low lives could take any more of my money. Called 855 457 3148 talked to a nice young lady in some third world country. She basicaly said I got screwed and there was more to come. Some subscription or some such nonsense. I know there is no free lunch and I still got suckered into this. They charged my card 79.99 and I have'nt even used/ plugged the thing in, I had no idea there was a monitoring fee or whatever I am being charged for. The charge is pending my credit union wont do anything until it hits the account. 6.95 on March 17th, no Apr 1st, 79.99. I wont be participating in any Amazon surveys, or any other.

This Gadget dashcam is a fraud and false advertising, they say you pay $6.95 only for shipping, you don't pay the original price, and a week later they bill your bank account $79.99. Beware of their SCAM. After investigation, they say they will return 45% of the money they stole from your bank account not all of it.

I did survey for amazon they said pay shipping only as my gift , never ever would of done it if it was a trial period! Never said anything about being charged for it and the dashcam is the exact brand name "omni "dashcam at Walmart for 19.99 with simcard included! They keep trying to take money from my debit card but I got it locked ! The first time it got declined because I didnt have enough funds , what is this subscription for ? I called This company and they act like they don't know what Is going on! Lifestyle stability .com is a fraudulent company they need shut down and I want them to cancel my account or subscription or whatever they are charging me for!?!

Same happened to me, I was offered the dashcam for shipping only for taking a survey that appeared to be from CVS. I have a CVS account so when I got the email I didn't check the legitimacy of the email so my bad. After I received the dashcam they charged my card for 79.99. I called my credit card company who told me that the charge was listed as a recurring charge and gave me the number provided for the dashcam company. I called and was told they would not refund my money but assured me that there would be no further charges but that I had to cancel my "account" within 15 days or be charged for 79.99. I was told I could return the dashcam for a full refund but I'm not sure even if I did that I would receive my refund so I didn't return it. I'm just concerned now because they have my credit card that they will place another charge on my card. This is such a scam!

I was offered a reward online which was a dash cam , just pay postage $6.99 then they charged me 19.99 for sim card that I did not ask for , then they charged me $79.99 , so I called 855-850-0922 (Utah ) and the lady told me that I can not have a refund , I was so mad I told her that they were such a rip off and a few other choice words and hung up , then I find this site that shows that I am only one of the many people that they have stolen from ! I will give them a couple days to make this right and refund my money or I will have to take further action ! I guess if you do not notice the charge ( which is probably alot of people) then they have gotten you for $107 ! It makes me so angry everytime I think about this ! I want my money asap ! I was told I could pay 6.95 for shipping of a car camera , then I was charged $19.99 for a sim card tjat I did not even order , then I see a$79.99 charge to my credit card , I called the utah telephone nomber 855-850-0922 , I was told unfortunately that they cannot refund my money , I totally lost it on the woman and told her this is a total rip off ! now I see thst the same thing happened to these people! I will give them a day to refund my money or I will have to take further action ! I am in total shock that they continue to do this again and again !

I responded to a home depot survey online and received offers for free items just pay shipping and handling. I was billed $6.95 for shipping and $19.95 for photo card. A week after it arrived, I found an unauthorized attempted charge on my account of $79.99. I reported this to home depot investigations and will be making a police report as well as making a complaint and stop payment at my bank.

this company is incompetent or outright crooks filled out a satisfaction form and was offered a free free car dash cam only pay for shipping $6.95 Fri Apr 24, 2020.,
on Sat May 9, 2020 was charged my account another $79.99.

Charged more money after 15 days of 79.99 for dashcam .talked to service and was told I joined a service that I didn't order .would not refound money.I was to get a card and pay for shipping only for 26.95.I know better now not to deal with them

This is a rip off scam. In tiny print they give you 15 days to review and cancel. I had mine just over a week when they charged me another 80 bucks for it (after the promotional $6.95, + another 20 bucks for chip to make it work. They will not let me return it, and won't refund my money, They say that all they will do is not charge me the 80 bucks anymore. I have not even had a chance to try it yet. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!! The promotion appeared on my Credit Union account page, and was perceived as being something to do with my Credit Union. It was not.

Charged me 79.99 19.99 and 6.99. I received my order but they won't answer email or phone to remove this 79.99 charge. PLEASE stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!! I am filing a dispute with my bank.

This is a scam that gets you to believe that for 6.95 you will receive the dash cam after completing the survey . They then charge you 19.99 for the usb card . After a few days they charged my credit card for 79.99 . After speaking with a so called manager he said in the fine print it stated that this was a trial offer for 3 days and if I kept the dash cam I would be charged the 79.99 . They dont have a website that works and there address is a postoffice.

It,s a scam. They sent me the car camcorder free but $20 for the sd card. ok then when it arrived you need a cord to connect from camera to computer. Which was not provided.It,s a strange size that I can,t find anywhere. I,ve decided to rack it up as a lesson. You get nothing for nothing.

Took several weeks to receive camera and it came without a memory card. Called them, memory cards out of stock and for me to try and find one elsewhere. They did credit my account for the card and the worthless camera was free from a survey that I took. Just got off the phone with them again and they gave my their new website address to order another memory card with the promise that then everything would work. The website closed on me as I was looking around and it would not reopen. All I have lost so far is the original shipping charge but I will be checking my credit statements carefully and I will notify the bank to do the same.

After paying $26.95 for a dash cam, I was then billed $79.99, I filed a fraud complaint and have been billed a second time again $79.99. I need help.
As part of a promotion I received and paid for a dash cam from Gadget Dashcam, the amount of $26.95 was billed to my credit card. About 3 weeks later I was billed $79.99 on my credit card for a DASH CAM PRO that I never ordered. I filed a fraud complaint and then received a new credit card and just today (4/18) had another charge on my new credit card for the same amount. I received on Order# XXXXXX, dated 3/5/20 an 8mc memory card and the dashcam. I cannot keep filing fraud complaints but this is the only company I have had dealings with regarding this matter.

SCAM!!!! They charge for shipping, camera is free and then 2 weeks later another charge for $80 shows up on your credit card. Customer service line puts you on hold then hangs up 5 mins later. 1 star is 2 too many for this company
