Review: I went to purchase a mattress on Sunday, **-Jan, 2015. I paid cash $550 for a "BoB-O-Pedic" Queen mattress set. Delivery was suppose to be, Tuesday, **-Jan, 2015. On Monday, **-Jan, 2015, a store rep. called and told me, they wont have my mattress delivered until Wednesday, **-Jan 2015. I told her that is unacceptable. I was told a Tuesday delivery and I expected a Tuesday Delivery. They later called me Tuesday **-Jan 2015 saying they "ordered the wrong mattress" and the one that came in is a "Serta, which is an upgrade from the one that I bought." I told her, I "want what I paid for, and I don't want a Serta." I called the store on Wednesday, **-Jan around 11am and she explained that she will call the warehouse and see what the mattress will be made, "because they have to make the mattresses." She also told me that they offered the Serta as a loaner in the meantime, and I explained, that was never communicated with me. I waited and never heard back from the store. I called around 1pm, and she told me that I wont get the mattress until Wednesday, **-January, 2015. I told her, no thank you, I would like a refund. She said fine. I grove to the store in [redacted], and no one was in charge and a rude lady in the back office said "we are not giving any refunds, come back Friday." I proceeded to call the police. I tried to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, but the hotline was closed at 4:00pm, and it was not 4:15pm EST. When the cops arrived, a gentlemen, [redacted], etc) said we have to wait until Friday for the refund because the [redacted]" has to go to the bank and they don't have cash in the store. When I purchased the mattress on Sunday, [redacted], my salesperson [redacted] and another female, all gathered around me and took out large amounts of cash, to make change for [redacted] (I gave him all new $100 and he was looking for two $50. My bed was $550 and I gave him $600).As the police were there, [redacted] said he could have the bed delivered on Friday. I said NO. I wanted my money back. He then said, Thursday he will have the money. I explained to the police that he is being inconsistent with his dates, and I have no guarantee when, if ever I will get my money back. He said, come back thursday at 10:30am for my money. They are running a scam business. There is no direct [redacted] you can speak to. The customer service sucks, their policies are very generic and this business needs to be investigated. I'm sure if they did this to me, they have done this to countless other customers along the way. They need to be stopped.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money returned in Cash as the original payment I gave them.
Review: We ordered furniture almost a month before the delivery date. The evening before the delivery day, they called me to tell me they will not be able to delivery the bed which is the most important part since we don't have one. They said it will take 2 weeks to get it, than they said 3 weeks. A month later I had to call them, and ask. They told me it will be delivered on 04/** between 11 am -4 pm. I stayed home all day and they call me at 330 pm to tell me it will deliver tomorrow 11 am -4 pm for sure. Again I stayed home all day on 04/**, they never called and I called them at 330 pm so they can tell me they cant deliver it. I can never get in touch with the [redacted] there. The lady who answers tells me "what do you want me to do". I've been suffering the last month, and the frustration and stress they are putting me through is surreal. I cant get an answer from them, and I think they are just pushing me around. I paid a lot of money for this furniture.Desired Settlement: $1400

This customer received her delivery in full on 4-*-14. She was unhappy with the bed so we exchanged it for her, which did take a while as it was no longer in stock. We did a pick up and exchange of her king bed on 5-*-14. All of her furniture was delivered in good condition.
Review: My furniture was delivered & put together February [redacted] 2015 on March [redacted] when I moved into my new place I called to speak with [redacted] in service about my chairs being wobbly he didn't return my calls until 4 days later when I called him everyday from the [redacted] on then finally comes to my house March [redacted] to see if he can fix them.tells me they're defective& needs to be replaced he called [redacted] @ furniture to go to order new ones I called him back March [redacted] to see what was going on with the new chairs he then tells me he was really busy & didn't get around to it & that in order to get new chairs he has to take the old ones first & bring them back before I get my new ones & that I would have them in 2 days. Well The guy he sent to pick up the old chairs didn't come until March [redacted] & said my chairs will be delivered thurs March ** or fri March **. So Saturday March ** I called the furniture store again 3 times because he wouldn't answer my calls or call me back & [redacted] tells me the guy gave me the wrong information & supposedly won't have my chairs until March ** or **Desired Settlement: I paid more than enough for this dining room set & haven't been able to use it & think I should get some type of money back
