The Service Technician has called the customer. She has refused service. The first service techician went there and restuffed the couch for her and informed us that there was no manufacture defect with the sofa.

Review: I purchased furniture from Furniture Company at or around March 16, 2015. The first issue that I had is that I was promised my furniture would be delivered Friday of the same week. I waited around on Friday no phone calls no furniture. The. I was told it would be delivered that Tuesday I waited around no furniture no phone calls my furniture was finally delivered on a Friday. Saturday morning we discovered that the support beam underneath my sectional was broken. I called the start immediately and was told that someone would be out to pick up the sectional and fix the support beam that next week Monday. We waited around no pick up no phone call. We called the store some young lady said they would come out on a Tuesday. When they came that Tuesday it was raining and they did not have anything to cover the couch, no plastic or anything. I called the store informed them of what happened I was told that if my couch was returned damaged they would handle it. 3 days later the delivery men brought my couch back. It was scared, leather torn, staples missing. My husband called the store informed them of this [redacted] requested that I email her pictures of the damage and they would contact Ashley Furniture to utilize the warranty for a replacement. 3 days later the delivery guys were back someone that called himself Slim "[redacted]" and a Hispanic guy came to my home to take the damaged couch because [redacted] stated that Ashley Furniture would not replace the couch part of the sectional without the damaged piece. As a act of good faith I was offered a rug from [redacted] which I never received. The delivery people came in my house trying to take the couch out the house damaging the leather WORSE the once beautiful red couch was destroyed. I called [redacted] and let her know that the delivery people damaged the couch more and the said they would have to come back another day with plastic to take the couch out the door. At this time I was assured by [redacted] that she was ordering me a new couch part to my sectional and once the delivery people came to attempt to pick the sectional up again Ashley would be notified instantly and a NEW couch would be delivered by Tuesday no later than Wednesday the week of 4/27/15. The next day the delivery people pick up my once gorgeous couch now not worth the $900 I paid for it. We fast forward to today. The delivery people call my husband say they have the NEW piece and they would like to deliver it. When I opened the door and they brought it in it was wrapped with plastic as if it were NEW. They rushed took the plastic off the couch and put the legs on and left. Upon further inspection it's the exact same furniture they damaged with more staples and furniture polish. I called the furniture store and no one would answer my calls. I sent an email that I was told goes directly to the office assistants phone no response. I now want the whole sectional replaced and also a in store credit because not only have I lost time off work waiting for a delivery person that never showed I was passed off and given damaged furniture as if it were new.Desired Settlement: I would like a brand new sectional from Ashley Furniture, a generous in store credit and a written apology for trying to take advantage of me as a consumer.

Review: Purchased a brown bunk bed from this place. Delivery was set after 2:30 pm. At 4:00 I called the delivery guys and said they had THREE deliveries before me but would be there shortly. They showed up at 9:30 pm! Singing and very loud!! When the boxes were opened, the bunk beds were NOT the color I paid for. Immediately contacted the store. The person who took care of me was not available, but another "manager" would be able to "help" me. He was extremely rude, would not even let me talk or express my concerns and HUNG UP ON ME! After calling him back, he said he couldn't not talk to me because I was being loud(??) when clearly he does not know how to handle his business! Review: Furniture to Go Company is not a good place to do business with. I requested and paid for furniture to be delivered and set up. I was never told that the delivery and set up would not occur at the time of delivery. They delivered the furniture on Wednesday December 17, 2014, but did not set it up and some items were missing. I called the same day (Wednesday) about 5:30 PM inquiring about the missing items and set up. I was told someone would come to bring the items and set up the furniture. No one never came out that day. I called the next day (Thursday December 18, 2014) to inquire about someone coming out to bring the missing items and set up. In the meantime, most of the furniture was set up by a friend of my granddaughter. So someone finally came to set up a bed and came without the missing items. The missing items were finally received. To use the words of the person who also had a negative complaint about Furniture to Go “to add insult to injury”, I looked at the receipt before leaving the store and saw that the interest rate was 59%. I stated that was a high interest rate and I was told that if I paid it off in 3 months there would be no interest. On Thursday evening December 18, 2014, I spoke with Easy Pay Finance Company and learned I was not put on the plan to pay off the loan within 3 months without paying interest by the store and that the interest had started accruing immediately. The interest rate was accruing at $3.19 per day. I paid $22.33 from December 13, 2014 to December 20, 2014 (one week). I spoke with [redacted] and another person on Thursday about being told that they would need to correct my account so that I would not be paying any interest if the bill was paid within 3 months. I spoke with the Easy Pay representative and was told no correction made on Friday December 19, 2014. I spoke with [redacted] on Friday December 19, 2014 and I was told the account would be corrected. No correction made. I spoke with Easy Pay on Saturday. No correction was made. I called Furniture to Go and no one would answered the phone during regular business hours. I paid Easy Pay in full because the interest was continuing to accrue.Desired Settlement: Refund the interest paid from December 13, 2014 to December 20, 2014.

Hi, I don't understand what this complaint is about, we delivered all the furniture at the same time ,set up was never included in the sale or was it ever discussed, the customer didn't know how to set up the furniture nor did the family friend, so we received a call 3 days later saying item's were missing and they needed help setting up the furniture, I felt bad and sent my set up guys over and nothing was missing, just pieces of furniture and screws every where. We set up everything for free,then get a phone call a week later saying why is she paying 3 bucks a day in intrest and I explained to her thats how the finance program works.

talk to Furniture to Go to correct the information that would reflect

months. All phones were made directly after an issue occurred. When
furniture was delivered and no set happened a phone call was made
that night. I learned about the 3 dollars per day on the day after
the furniture was delivered I called to inquire about the information
that I had learned. I was told that the correction would made.
I would not take valuable time to make a complaint if the service
and issues stated were not true. I am learning that this company does
not honor what they say and they refuse to take responsiblity for
treating customers poorly. Now I am considered about others that will
do business with them. I would like a refund for the interest that I

Review: Went into furniture to go September 1, 2015 to buy my son a bedroom set after looking around at five other stores I decided to stop in here and talk to the sales rep About a Ashley bedroom set sales rep Miguel showed me the bedroom sets that he had and I asked for a price comparison to a furniture store that was down the street that had the same bedroom set at a cheaper price of $450.00 which includes headboard rail dresser mirror queen size mattress and box spring, taxes and delivery included I asked him can he beat that and he said yes and he also told me why I should go with him instead of the other guys so he wanted $500 total for the bedroom set and I said OK I'm fine with the extra $50 because he explained that he gives one year warranty with his merchandise and how the company that they get the mattresses from is a better company than their competitor use and another good thing is that he said we have that bedroom set in stock and it can be delivered to you today so I said great even though I couldn't afford the extra $50 I went ahead on with his services and I asked him if he can ask his manager Moe if he can give The bedroom set to me for $475 because of Labor Day was coming up so I really want to wait for the Labor Day sales but I was seeing if he can give me a little bit more off before Labor Day because all the other stores down on vilet has sales going on early for Labor Day and Miguel said he will be able to work out some good deals if I shopped with Furniture to go on September 1,2015 So later on that evening around 7:25 PM the guys came with the furniture and lord behold he had his furniture guys bring me the floor display that had a scratch on there In a headboard with no screws and I was supposed to be receiving a brand-new in a box bedroom sets from his inventory that he said he had a full inventory of the bedroom set that I inquired about so when the delivery guy got here the Boxsprings will not fit up the stairs so the delivery guy asked me if he can leave the boxspring until the next day and he will bring me out a split boxspring on September 2, 2015 I said sure I will be calling Miguel tomorrow because you guys have made a mistake and brought out the wrong bedroom set this is the floor display The delivery guy said this is what they gave me to bring to you so I talked to Miguel the next day and told him that he can come get this bedroom set out of my house because I had felt betrayed and violated because I received a floor display and not a brand-new bedroom set like we discussed and I paid money for on September 1, 2015Desired Settlement: I'm looking to receive a full refund of $475 as soon as possible so that my son can have a bedroom set

We told her we will give her a split box spring wich is a special order item that will fit up her stairs, but their is a 100 dollar fee to do so ,she got upset about the 100 dollar fee so she started saying she wanted a refund when she's at fault. Review: I had bought a Sofa and Love seat (cash) at the store.I then realized the back cushions on the Sofa including the throw cushions became extremely lumpy and bumpy (very noticeable). After numerous calls nothing was done. I then wrote a letter of complaint. They then responded and sent some one over. The person who came told me that its the type of stuffing that was used that caused the problem. Its different from what was used in the loveseat. They again sent me material to fix the problem. The material has been sitting in my garage for weeks. No one has come back to fix this problem.I have pictures of the Sofa to show. AtDesired Settlement: At this point, I have given them enough time. Patience has ran out. It appears they don't want to do anything. I would like a refund. They could come and take back the sofa.

Review: I had purchased a brand new kitchen table and chairs. A broken floor model was delivered instead. I am trying to have the store send me a brand new table which I had originally purchased. Review: I purchased 5 beds for my 5 small children 2bunk beds sets and 1 single bed for my 1 year old son which is 5 total beds, a table set with 4 chairs, an love seat with the matching couch and a $50 lion display for my home. This store which is called furniture to go has given me and my 5 children total strife and painful greive. The owner of this store is [redacted] he has received my $ 1,850 on December 17, 2013 , and my furniture was suppose to be deliver at 4pm that same very day of December 17, 2013 and it was deliver late that day it had came at 6pm I as a paying customer wasnt notify of the sudden time change the delivery person just pop up at my house at 6pm instead of 4pm that was such a inconveince for me and all of my children. When the delivery truck had arrive it was only one guy to try to assemble all of my purchase items alone by his self . in the process of the 1 guy assembling my items he was constantly running around and rushing trying to put the items together by his self, in return the delivery person had damage 1 of my childrens bunk beds frame and also my love seat and couch in my living room. So he called another guy to bring the rest of my stuff from the store becuase everything couldnt fit the first time in the delivery truck so they had to make 2 full trips to my house. The second unload the 2 nd load of items and assemble that order by him self while the fist guy left out of my hair and went to sit inside the truck to leave the other guy to finosh off assembling the last bed by his self. Furniture to Gocompany has been the worse living experience that I have encountered in my life. his workers have damage and scratch up my items and I inform [redacted] the owner at furnituire to go company on behalf of this and all he is giving me is Belittlement, attitude, grief, and complete lies after lies. When [redacted] sent his workers out hwere to assemble my things both of the guys made it completly dangerous for my 5 small children because they had leftsmall black bolts and screws scrattered around my house everywhere my kids were playing during that time in the house they could of easily put some those s screws and bolts and swallow them, not if that was to happen it would of defintley turn into a different scnerio of a lawsuit with this company. We tried to help [redacted] as best as we could. She came into the store and said she wanted a refund 5 days after her delivery because she needed money for the holidays. We calmly explained to her that we do not offer cash refunds, but that if something was wrong we would gladly give her in store credit or an exchange, which is clearly stated on the receipt that she signed. After this, she left and came back to the store and said she did not like the furniture set that was delivered to her, even though she signed a receipt verifying that there were no issues with the furniture. If there are any issues with any delivered products, customers are encouraged to let us know ASAP and not sign the delivery receipt until they get what they paid for. [redacted] picked out a sofa and love seat from the store and later changed her mind and said that she did not like it, which we were gladly willing to exchange. She was informed that it would take a couple of days for her order to come in because we had to re-order it. [redacted] was unwilling to wait, therefore lied and said her furniture set was actually damaged, not that she did not like it. It turns out she just needed $500 for her rent because she was short, which she said to our sales rep after we explained to her that she needed to wait a couple of days for her new furniture set to arrive. As you can see, [redacted]'s stories are inconsistent. The issue began because she initially wanted a refund and we would not give it to her. We take care of all of our customers and we apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience. if [redacted] didnt like our service ,why did she go to another store and call us asking can we beat the price they were giving her because she would rather deal with us, I even gave her my cell number to send me pictures of any set she saw anywhere else. [redacted] can contact me or the location that she purchased from and we will be willing to work with her in a fair matter to her as well as the company.

After several calls confirming the delivery date, I am being told that the delivery will be postponed, however, the representative was unable to provide a delivery date for the furniture. I stated how am I suppose to take a day off from work for furniture if you are unable to provide me a date of delivery? now I'm arguing with them to get money back! ridiculous please do NOT go here
Review: On 1/**/14 I purchased a bedroom set from furniture to go which cost $2,700. I gave the seller $2,625 and had a remaining balance of $75. The next day he called saying the workers in Italy (the country that the furniture was coming from) were on strike and didn't have the furniture. Today (1/**/14) I went back to furniture to go to get a refund and the seller took 30% out of my refund for a "cancelation fee" . I thought that was odd because I did not cancel. I wanted a refund because he did not have the furniture I paid him for.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my refund in full so I can get a bedroom set because I am still without one.

This was a special order from Italy. The following morning after the order was placed and paid for we advised the consumer the manufacturer was having a strike and the order would take a week longer. The customer returned the following day to cancel order. The paperwork signed by the customer clearly states there is "No Cancellations" on special orders. If we agree to cancel a special order there will be a 40% cancellation fee, which we reduced to 30% We here at furniture to go always strive to keep up customers happy.

Review: My furniture was paid for in full June 1 2013. I've received all furniture except for my 800.00 dollar tables. The furniture company states there on back order until the end of this month ( July). I really think the company failed at providing superior customer service. My television is sitting on the floor alone with my lamps....my house has look very bad for the last 2 months now. I asked for loaner tables they stated they couldn't do that. I asked for my money back they stated they couldn't do that either so basically I'm stuck waiting on tables I paid for in full 2 months ago. I'm a very disappointed customer. The end of the month is coming up very quickly and I have no faith in my tables being sent to my home at the time they verbally stated it would be here.Desired Settlement: Make sure customers are satisfied and don't sell items under false pretance.
Review: I purchased a bedroom furniture set with box spring. The bedroom set took over a week longer to be delivered than expected and when it was delivered the box spring did not fit and I was harassed at work for a charge of $100 to deliver the proper split box spring after the company took $100 from the delivery person and I was made to reimburse him. I was delivered a damaged mattress and still have no received my box spring after paying the full amount plus $100 charged. It has been over three weeks. This is a breach of fiduciary duty on the part of Furniture to Go.Desired Settlement: I would like my furniture delivered and a half refund for the days I took out of work to wait for a delivery that never came as well as reimbursement of $100 for a charge I was never told about.

Review: We ordered a bedroom furniture set from this company for my mother on 10/**/14. They told us it would be delivered in 10-12 days. Two weeks later I called and they stated the manufacturer did not have enough of the set and had to order more from the factory. I was told it would be ready a week later and we scheduled a delivery date a week later. A week later on the day of the delivery, I was called and informed that there was still a delay and they would call me when the product was in. I was still understanding at this point even though they did not deliver in the promised time frame since the furniture store does not have control over the factory. The furniture was finally delivered on 11/**/14 but they carelessly did not load and deliver the right mattress. I made the mistake of accepting my mom's bedroom set without her home. My mom came home and immediately knew the mattress was wrong. I called the store and informed them and went into the store on 11/**/14 with the receipt. We pointed out the mattress we wanted and [redacted] stated that it was the correct one listed on the receipt and we told him we got something completely different (we wanted a lower, very firm mattress called Escape and a soft, high mattress was delivered). We were promised a delivery/swap out of the mattresses that wednesday, 11/**/14. As of this writing on 12/*/14 we have not received this mattress yet. They first called and said the were out of stock and needed to deliver on 11/**/14 instead of 11/**/14. The delivery man did not come before 3PM on 11/**/14 as promised. Then delivery was moved to 11/**/14. I called the store several times on 11/** to make sure that the mattress would be delivered. They assured me it would be by 9PM and promised that it "must, must, must" be delivered on 11/** after missing delivery on 11/**. I waited all night and never got a call from a delivery man. The next day when I called they didn't even know I did not receive the mattress as if the company does not know which items/orders were missed! After speaking to several representatives and a manager, they could not give me a clear answer as to why the mattress was not delivered and they told me it would be delivered on 12/*/14 but I do not believe this company anymore. I realize the furniture store does not do deliveries. I do not know which warehouse they use to do deliveries. But the store is not holding that company accountable to do the job and frankly I feel like it's not a priority 7 weeks after an order was placed. This is a health issue because my mom has a bad back from a childhood injury (which is why she needs a very firm mattress) so the soft mattress caused her pain the next morning (she only slept on it after they told us we can use it and they would take it back). She has been sleeping on a sofa for most of the two weeks, which also has been bad for her back. She wakes up every morning in pain now and this is just a nightmare. This is my last resort as I feel the mattress will never be delivered, weather it is the fault of the delivery company or Furniture To Go's (who uses such a terrible delivery company).Desired Settlement: I believe Furniture To Go has not been able to deliver on their promise of delivery of item from the very start (just the fact the item was ordered on 10/**/14 shows how long this ordeal has been and how exhausting). I believe for the pain from my mom's back and for the aggravation, it is appropriate to ask for a bill adjustment to compensate, whether that comes from Furniture To Go or the delivery company they use. I have stated several times during my conversations with the store that I just want to return the item because I do not want to continue with the process. But they keep promising me a future delivery date that does not happen. If the mattress is delivered eventually, I will keep it because of the hassle of going through a new order with another company. But I feel the inability to delivery on delivery promises requires a bill adjustment and lowering of the total bill. Thank you.
