Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They have refunded the moneyBut it took them a week to do so after I filed a complaintAnd they have sent me email and simply told me to contact their general customer service line that no one picks up the phoneI responded three times and told them this only to get the same generic emailI'm satisfied to get my money back but due to their incompetence and lack of customer service, I won't be doing business with them ever againI want this formal complaint to be kept on file as a warning to future customersThank you Sincerely, [redacted]
I ordered the deluxe sized 'just tickled' bouquet from the fromyouflowers.com websiteThe item description was as follows: Includes: • Yellow Asiatic Lilies • Hot Pink Carnations • White Daisies • Yellow Button Mums • Silver Vase I also ordered balloons to accompany the arrangementWhen the order was delivered, it was missing of the balloons, it was delivered in a hideous metallic pink vase (not silver like description clearly states), there were no yellow lilies to be found (and no comparable flower in its place) and the arrangement appeared to be quite a bit smaller than what was picturedToday was a very special day for someone very special in my life and I am very disappointed with the services I receivedWhen you spend $on a delivery gift, you should be able to trust that your purchase is what was expected and represented by the company
The most disfunctional company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with! Placed the order to send to my girlfriend three days before Valentine's Day to be delivered the day before Valentine's because apparently they charge more for delivering on the actual holiday (despicable). So I get a call on Friday the day before it was due to be delivered and they claim they have a problem locating the address. I tell them that it's a new build house but I assured them I just looked it up on [redacted] Maps and it popped up no problem. She said she will let the florist know that it works through [redacted] ...fine...simple misunderstanding. So then I get a call the day it was supposed to be delivered (yesterday) at around 4pm by customer service once again. She was claiming the same thing the lady I just spoke to the day before was. I now tell this CSR that I had the same conversation the day before and she tells me there is nothing in the notes that that conversation ever took place. She was very apologetic and put me on hold while she called the florist to confirm they were aware of the address situation and that it would be able to be delivered by Sunday, Valentine's Day. She comes back on the line and let's me know she took care of it and for my troubles she was giving me a free upgrade to include flowers and chocolates, a 15% discount on my current order AND a $15 gift certificate. Woohoo! Awesome rite?? NOPE! GUESS AGAIN!! It's now 3:30PM on Valentine's Day and I just received another phone call from their customer service saying the florist could not find the house and it will not be delivered. I told her to get me in contact with the florist themselves and I'll deal with them myself. She said she had tried calling them herself because she already had the right information but they would not answer or return her message. This is more a dig at the florist that's behind the scenes. But you gotta question the professional integrity of any broker who is willing to do business with these it florists. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and my girlfriend who is on the other side of the country will not be receiving flowers from her loving boyfriend on Valentine's Day. THANK YOU FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM AND UNKNOWN STUPID FLORISTS!!!!!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I wasI was I was contacted by somebody from your corporation and several times we requested a refund period finally after the third request we got one yet we're still being contacted by your company to buy flowers from youWe will never purchase flowers from your company againWhat you pay for does not get delivered and your corporation will never be recommended by us so please stop contacting us Sincerely, [redacted] ***
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As previously stated fromyouflowers was provided with numerous opportunities to deliver on their commitment, to include the late evening contact of their service board and email At that time I was assured that they would meet their commitment (guarenteed delivery) and that the vendor was running late (another misrepresentation of the truth) In short, no company should profit and or be financially rewarded for advertising and incompetency or be allowed to conduct business under a premise As suggested by the Revdex.com I graciously provided fromyouflowers with an opportunitiy to address the systemic failures by requesting that their leadership review my complaint and put-in-place a definition and meaningful measure of what the word guranteed represented and further what failure to perform meant (transparency) For the loss my wife sufferred I had suggested that a modest arrangement of flowers be sent once a month (year) to the [redacted] whereby those less fortunate and undergoing real-tragedy might find some comfort I had hoped that fromyouflowers and the local vendor would welcome the opportunity to improve their imagine, enhance their service and live to their advertisement/commitment The donation of flowers to the [redacted] was thought to be a gesture of good will, whereby something good came from something bad (no personal gain was hoped to be recieved) It is my sincere hope that the Butter Business Burea will not support any company that profits from advertising As of this morning they are advertising guarenteed hour deliveries? Is it to much to expect that fromyouflowers adheres to their own commitments as advertised? Is it to much to expect a truthful approach to advertising, execution, and accountability No one required them to advertise guaranteed deliveries? Please protect the public from scams and those that would openly mislead the public for financial gain and willingly not adhere to professional ethics or seek meaningful change You have all the facts before you The public could use an advocate against those that would mislead or misrepresent their products and services It would be my hope that fromyouflowers would be thoroughly investigated (legality of advertising) and provided with a standing poor review via the Better Businees Bureau until which time meaningful change and full reconscilation is achieved Thank you for your assistance in this matter!
