Franklin American Mortgage

Even though I got rid of Franklin American 6 months ago and now a happy [redacted] customer, I could not help, in reviewing my documentation for the horrible two years they serviced my loan, but send this note. I have closed on 16 properties in five states (including several in Nashville) in the course of my life. Never have I experienced the incompetence, gross errors, and arrogance of this organization. Just a taste:
* incorrect IRS tax statements
* incorrect PMI calculations
* incorrect appraisal assessment analysis
* missing statements (which they will charge you to rectify!)
* Customer service unavailable...hold...hold....hold....hold and then get transferred
I finally had it after two years. Went to [redacted] who I HIGHLY recommend (and do not work for or have any business association with) recommend. They are miles ahead of Franklin Mortgage and with good reason. Run don't walk away from these folks if you want to be treated professionally. Join at least 5 brokers I know in various states who have walked away.
PS Franklin: all the sports sponsorships in the world won't help your business.
