We had worked with Adam A*** at his previous location and he was awesome! So when it came time to purchase another home there was no doubt we'd be repeat customersAdam was, again, wonderful to work with and his team comprised of Cindy B*** and April R*** were nothing short of fantastic! They were very timely with emails, everything was clear and specific on what they needed from us and overall just a friendly and pleasant group to work withAlthough we've never met Cindy in person we both commented about how her email communication made you feel like you were established friends, which is so rare in emails! The team had our loan cleared to close in days from submission - very impressive! No doubt when it's time for our next home purchase that we know where we'll turn to! The mortgage process was seamless for us and we couldn't be happier with our service from Adam and the team!

Franklin American has now given me a collection call each month before the grace period is upI asked this time if this will happen every month and they just said we'll look into itThis just seems harassment at this point

As a first time Ohio home buyer in November 2016, my husband and I couldn't be more please with the service we were provided With our pre-approval on Tuesday we put our offer in on Black Friday Nov 25, with day close due to holidays By Wednesday, Nov 30, our loan had been approved by the underwriters and we scheduled home inspection Dec 5, and the bank scheduled their appraisal for Dec 13, On Saturday, Dec our realtor called and said the bank said we were good to go, can we push up our closing to Dec or Dec Everyone we talk to and tell them our story can't believe the experience we had Yes, we had all our ducks in a row and the bank never asked for a second copy of anything we'd provided, so there is that too Even the loan officer in our closing said in the plus years of closing home loans ours was by far the easiest she'd ever been involved with Thanks Franklin American Mortgage

Consistently poor customer serviceRepeatedly proving misinformationThe representatives are both are not thorough when investigating issuesYou must always ask for a supervisor to get accurate and ans to get issues resolvedIt has taken over a month to get reimbursed for an overpayment and it still isn't resolved
