I received many quotes from auto transporting brokersI chose fox because they gave me a overview of the transporting process and their Revdex.com reviews and rating I needed my car to be shipped no later than the 6th of the month an arrive after the 7th of the month It takes abount 5-days to go from south Florida San Jose California
Fox found me an auto mover *** *** *** They picked up my car on the 6th and it arrived on the 8thOnly two days to go cross countryThe company is owned by the driverHe called me before the pickup and before the deliveryI had no problems

I really don't remember how I found Fox Auto Transport but I'm really glad I didThere are literally 100s of different brokers to ship cars but I couldn't imagine the service of any of those being better than Fox AutoThey don't spam you nonstop with emails, texts, and phone calls like most of the other companies do and they don't give you meaningless quotes and promisesThey keep you updated and they spend the time to tell you about the shipping business and what they can and cannot doMy first call with Fox Auto lasted minutesI bombarded them with questions and they thoroughly and honestly answered them allThey found several brokers for my car and as promised my car arrived to undamaged and on-time for a fair amountThey may be a small company, but they get the job done well

My granddaughter was extremely happy when her vehicle arrived on Friday, just as promised I would like to personally thank Doug at Fox Transport for his patience in answering my many questionsAlso, the driver Chris communicated with me throughout the three day time frame This was our first time having a car transported and it was a star experience Thank you again Fox Transport I will definitely recommend your company!!!!!!!!

I really wanted to give a smaller local business the benefit of the doubt but I am overwhelmingly DISPLEASED by this companyI will say that the people I have dealt with on the phone have overall been pleasant, helpful and they do seem like they know what they are doing
MY biggest complaint is actually getting the job doneI had called ONE MONTH prior to my anticipated car ship date as I knew it would probably take some time, and while the team was upfront on the phone that they don't typically try and book a transporter that far in advance, they knew when my absolute LAST DAY of transport was ( 5/18) and said they would try and get me a carrier
FORWARD to the day of my anticipated car shipment, up until this point I had heard basically NOTHING from the fox auto transport teamI emailed them on 5/( friday) regarding an update and they replied it takes usually 1-days to get something booked from the first day you are willing to release your carNOW MIND YOU of those days in my situation were WEEKEND days so I knew they probably would not be at workSO WHY IS IT THAT ON MONDAY 5/THEY ARE JUST CALLING CARRIERS?! I would have expected at the very least for the company/workers to have started trying to bid for my CAR prior to the 5/release date or for the following monday?!!
YOU KNEW THE WEEKEND WAS COMING UP, AND YOU KNEW I EXPLICITLY SAID I NEEDED MY CAR PICKED UP ON THE 18THso why have you waited until the DAY OF MY CAR PICKUP to start making calls?? I understand nothing being able to book a month ahead of timeBUT I am PRETTY CONFIDENT that this company could have started making calls and asking for bids for me PRIOR to 5/knowing that they would have to find someone, and that I needed my car picked up by end of the day monday
SO it is now the DAY BEFORE I MOVE and I just received a call asking if I would be willing to have my car picked up 2-days AFTER I had told them I needed my car picked up on the 18th!!!! NO I don't think it is unreasonable when someone calls you WEEKS prior for you to be able to find me a carrier for the actual day I want/need it
This was overall a frustrating experience as it's now the day before I move and I don't have a set carrier or pick up time for my carI feel like a bigger company would not have waited until THE VERY LAST DAY to start making calls to find me a driver
I am currently anxious, waiting on a carrier to be found for my carhopefully this ends with them finding me a carrier I will not be using your team again should I need auto transport in the futureit is not worth the amount of anxiety you have given me before a cross country move,

We shipped our car from Massachusetts to CaliforniaThey did a great job, they always answered my enquiries, Chris explained to us every detail about the shipping process and everything worked as scheduledThe drivers were also professionals, eventhough, Fox Auto Transport is a intermediary so the carrier may be different; they picked up and delivered the car door to door, not need to worry about big trucks, narrow roads, etcthey will take care of everything

Absolutely amazing service with kindness and compassionThey worked overtime to get my van to me which contains my son's wheelchairHurricane Irma forced us out of Miami as well as several in and out of hospitals and caring for disabled child and grandmother with cancer and this company made things bearableI've done business with them before and won't use anyone elsePrice very good and really nice drivers too

I was left in a jam buy another auto shipping broker company that was cheaper than Fox but offered horrible service from the get go
I called fox and they did a wonderful job explaining the process of working with them (a broker) and helping me to find a company that would ship my car
I spoke with them at AM and by noon had a company set up to take my car from North Carolina to California
They were with me every step of the way and made sure my experience was stellar from pick up to drop off
If any family or friends in the future ever needed a car shipped I would without a doubt recommend Fox for their car shipping needs

The service we received was just like the ratings I read. Everything was A+!

I contacted Chris a few weeks before my car needed to be transported and he talked me through the process. I called him again when it was time to officially schedule the move. The car was picked up on the day he quoted and was safely delivered a few days later.

Given how many auto transport brokerage services are listed, feedback is beneficial in making a decision. Like many others, I applied to several several services and received more responses than I every imaged. I chose Fox Auto due to their Revdex.com rating and feedback on other sites.

Fox responded quickly and was very generous with their time. They explained the process and gave an accurate time frame for pickup and delivery. Since brokers rely on the availability of their trucking affiliates, there really isn't a guarantee on when the car is picked up but also no financial risk. I was fortunate a trucking company accepted our quote, came on time and delivered when promised. Fox Auto handled all the details and communications. It was a smooth transaction and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Long story short. Take time to understand the process and give yourself some flexibility. Fox is honest and will work diligently to get your vehicle shipped to your satisfaction.
