Given how many auto transport brokerage services are listed, feedback is beneficial in making a decision Like many others, I applied to several several services and received more responses than I every imaged I chose Fox Auto due to their Revdex.com rating and feedback on other sites Fox responded quickly and was very generous with their time They explained the process and gave an accurate time frame for pickup and delivery Since brokers rely on the availability of their trucking affiliates, there really isn't a guarantee on when the car is picked up but also no financial risk I was fortunate a trucking company accepted our quote, came on time and delivered when promised Fox Auto handled all the details and communications It was a smooth transaction and I would recommend them without hesitation Long story short Take time to understand the process and give yourself some flexibility Fox is honest and will work diligently to get your vehicle shipped to your satisfaction

I was left in a jam buy another auto shipping broker company that was cheaper than Fox but offered horrible service from the get go I called fox and they did a wonderful job explaining the process of working with them (a broker) and helping me to find a company that would ship my car I spoke with them at AM and by noon had a company set up to take my car from North Carolina to California They were with me every step of the way and made sure my experience was stellar from pick up to drop off If any family or friends in the future ever needed a car shipped I would without a doubt recommend Fox for their car shipping needs

Props to DOUG and the driver whom drove for *** auto transport ! Insane how fast the driver made it ! I'm such a happy customer!!! I had bought a truck as a homecoming present for my husband since he's almost back from deployment and Doug my man Doug hooked us up with a company called *** Auto Transport to pick up the truck well same day I kid you not the trucker shows up picks up the truck from Layton Utah and within 1/days is dropping it off in Albany NY I'm like whhhaaattttt in complete shock at how fast and great shape the truck was in I'm like how in the heck !!! But it's there safe as can be with zero issues and just impeccable service from the driver and the broker ! I highly highly recommended Doug as a broker the dudes just great !

I had never used a car transport company before I needed to transport a car from California to Massachusetts After completing copious research online to get a better understanding of the business, I was horrified by many of the awful experiences that some had complained about I narrowed it down to or companies, based largely on their online reviews and subsequently my telephone interviews I ultimately chose Fox Auto Transport They had the lowest reasonable price There was one price that was lower, but it was ridiculously low, and I eliminated it based on "too good to be true" I am so glad I went with Fox They clearly explained how the car transport business works in generalThey explained fully what would happen and when I did not give them a deposit until they had secured a trucker The trucker they selected was excellent, and always responded to our text messages right away I have to admit I was very nervous until the car arrivedThe bottom line is my car got here in an enclosed trailer very quickly, and without any issues at allThe staff at Fox was always available to answer questions as well They didn't disappear after they got their deposit Based on my experience, if I ever need to transport a car, I will not call anyone else I highly recommend Fox Auto Transport

Fox Auto Transport is by far the best and most efficient auto transport company I have dealt with to get my car back and forth from Massachusetts to Arizona The Car Carrier they contracted with was on time and took very good care of my car I would recommend them to anyone

I needed to transport my Toyota Land Cruiser from South Carolina to Louisiana in JAN After making the mistake of entering information in a Auto Transport Search Engine and getting 20+ unwanted emails, phone calls and text messages, a friend recommended Fox Auto Transport They are a broker, meaning they will charge a fee (~$for me) to find a quality transporter to move your vehicle They will also negotiate the transportation price They did both for me, in the same day that I called them My vehicle was picked up the same day (in South Carolina) that I called Fox Auto Transport and delivered to me the following day (in Louisiana) for the price that Fox Auto Transport had negotiated My Toyota Land Cruiser had just been completely refurbished and it was transported with no problems or scratches Should I need an auto transporter again, I will use Fox Auto Transport, they did a quality job

This company makes a point of explaining their business to their customers so there is no confusion about the service they are offering Other companies I talked to gave me the hard sell or were frankly misleading about their services implying that the drivers were direct employees The service rep spent minutes on the phone walking me through the process and answering all my questions Ultimately my travel plans changed so I cannot speak to car pick up, delivery, or how helpful they would be if there is a problem I would use them based on my experience and recommend them above any of the other companies I spoke with

They went above and beyond to help with a difficult moveThey set up a bid quickly and got me a great price-contract w driver was set but mechanical problems delayed transport-they maintained constant contact w driver and myself and although not able to negotiate a discount w the driver they handle things smoothly and professionallyI would def recommend this company to anyone and use them again in the futureThank you!

I have used Fox Auto Transport a few times to ship vehicles purchased at an on-line auction whenever I was unable to pick them up myself My experience has always been positive Fox Auto Transport has communicated with me throughout the entire process of shipping a vehicle They return calls when they say they will, the keep the customer updated on shipping progress and are quick and polite when answering questions I will be using Fox Auto Transport in the future and would recommend using them to anyone looking for a hassle free experience
