Mrs***, We checked with the distributor and they stopped delivering your paper on 6/10/17. All subscriptions auto renew and home delivery continues for a grace period of up to days to ensure service isn’t interrupted while payments are sent and processedDuring this period
customers receive multiple notifications that their subscription is up for renewal.I do not see any notifications on your account requesting cancellation of your paper. Therefore, this shall remain a valid charge.Thanks***

I have spoken with Mr*** and unfortunately we do not offer day delivery to his address, We have agreed on Wed-Sun delivery and will extend his subscription to make up for the days a week he is not receiving
Mr*** has been contacted and Mr*** is acknowledges that his delivery issue has been resolved His account as been credited for months for the missed deliveries. Regards***
Mr***, in reviewing you account history I see nothing on your account indicating you wanted to cancel your subscription Customer service telephone is located on Aof the paperin large numbers
The Distributor assures me that the carrier has been notified and papers have stopped I have tried to contact the resident to make sure that no further deliveries have been received, but had to leave a voicemail The resident has not returned my call.I have not seen any more complaints

Spoke to Mrs*** and assured her that we will honor her subscription for the promotional rate that she was offered Extended her subscription thru 11/30/15.Going to use this case as a training session for call center next week to ensure this does not happen to other customers
I have contacted the District Manager of the carriers and they will take care of this matter and call you Yes you have been given credit for the wet papers each time you have reported it
Previously filed complaint about subscription ending several months too earlyThought this situation was resolved, since the ST called and ensured me that my subscription would end in July, and that the renewal rate at that time would be $for weeksI didn't receive my paper today (4/7/16), so I called the ST and was told my subscription ended and I would not be receiving papers any longer.Translate

Talk to customer and he needs his paper in the driveway Advised I would get in contact with the DM and carrier to make this happen Gave him our number in the Fort Worth office and told him to contact us if this is not resolved

I have contatacted the Star Telegram several times over the last two years to request that they stop throwing their unwanted paper They always say they will stop the paper from being thrown, and they still throw it!!!!!!!
We are working now to get these papers stopped I have talked with the DM about this matter

We have informed the carrier and DM to STOP all free papers
Called Mr*** and he was upset that his paper was not at his home by 6am during the week and 7am by the weekendsI let the customer know we having until 7am during the week and 8am on the weekends But I would ask the carries to try and deliver his paper earlier each day Also
gave him some credits toward his account for the late delivery

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.This morning August 30, Star-Telegram delivered a newspaper to our home I cancelled newspaper delivery in JULY and have been waiting for a FULL REFUND I called Star-Telegram , and the automated system on "My Account" said that "Payment was received on August and delivery was started August I spoke to a representative, *** I told her that I CANCELLED the paper in July and have been waiting for a FULL REFUND I did not ask for the paper delivery to be restarted, I want my FULL REFUND She said she could see all this in the file and that she would try to get my full refund, $327.20, issued I wish I could believe that
