We show that a refund was sent to customer on 9/13/2016 in the amount of 31.20
I have addresses Mr. [redacted] original concerns, Now it appears to me that he has additional concerns, Although he referred to the Star-Telegram I believe there is an issue with a purchase he made through the Kindle Store @ Amazon.com See the screenshot below:
I am rejecting this response because:I never received the Dec 18, 2017 renewal notice.The only thing I received was the Jan 20, 2018 notice that says "Second Renewal" at the top right corner. I received that notice in the early part of February, and called the ###-###-#### phone number. I spoke to a young (I believe might have been Hispanic) female, but I do not know her name. That phone call was on Feb 15, 2018 at 9:39am. I did tell her that I no longer wanted to receive the Star-Telegram, especially at a higher rate.I never received the Dec 18, 2017 notice, or I would have called then.I never received any phone calls, or emails, or any other form of contact from Star-Telegram.I have lived at my current address for 30 years, and I don't recall ever having any issues with mail delivery.I also called the ###-###-#### number on Mar 12, 2018 at 10:27am, and spoke to I believe the same young female. She was not helpful in my request to delete the amount that Star-Telegram wanted me to pay. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, and was told that wasn't possible, but that she would send them the information. I never heard back from Star-Telegram.
Called Customer to explain the Premium editions and advised her it also stated on her bill. I offered her 30 day credit and offered her the rate she paid last year. She still would not take the offer, then I offered her one of the lower rates we could do. Told her we have added the...
Premium editions in with the rate for this year and her paper would not be shorten.
Called Mr. [redacted]s and no answer left a msg on voice mail, that we see where we stopped his paper. We have take care of the balance.
I did see where the customer called in to stop the paper and it was not stopped. I have stopped the subscriptions and will write the balance off.

subscription was through 6/6/2016. I cancelled my subscription on April 21, 2016. So how is it possible that I would owe anything. The Star-Telegram has a problem with their web site, everytime I logged in the Renewal Date would change, and the Balance would change. I set correspondence several time thru the Star-Telegram web site to have it corrected, but it seems that maybe it was never corrected.

Called customer and advised we would take care of this balance. Gave name and number and said to give me a call if she needs anything else.

I am rejecting this response because: I have heard all sort of promises before about correcting the expiration date. I will not accept any reply from them until I see it in writing on my account and hear it on my account when I call in. I will give Star Telegram one week to confirm the correct expiration date.

I am rejecting this response because: AS STATED IN THE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT FTW STAR TELEGRAM WAS NOTIFIED FROM THE CUSTOMER HELP DEPARTMENT UP TO AND INCLUDING THE REPEATED PHONE CALLS FROM THE SALES DEPARTMENT, ADDITIONALLY ALL THE GERBISH IN FTW RESPONSE DOES NOT HANG TOGETHER THE FACTS SIMPLY ARE THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION RAN OUT IN MARCH 2017 FTW WAS NOTIFIED AND NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION WAS RECEIVED FROM FTW UNTIL WE RECEIVED THE COLLECTION NOTICE SOME 6 MONTHS LATERTHIS IS NOT A VALID DEBTH OF MINE AND I DO NOT OWE IT REGARDLESS OF WHAT FTW SAYS THEIR RECORDS SHOW
