Free sample, just pay shipping. Now I'm being charged 79.99 for "free sample" and another 89.99. I want to cancel but they keep hanging up.
Free sample of forskolin dietary supplement, pay shipping of 2.95 but I was charged $79.99 on Feb 1, 2019. I tried to call to get a refund but the call center would hang-up after being on hold for 30 mins. I called everyday for a week with the same results. March 3, 2019 I was charged $89.99 and sent another bottle. There is no sales papper with business info, only a support website on the shipping label. [email protected] which leads to a blank page that again gives the same website and number 1-877-844-1367. Would like to return product for a full refund of 169.98. I did not sign up for this it was supposed to be a sample and pay for shipping. But the company is impossible to get a hold of to cancel and get a refund. Both charges are to my debit master card

I have asked them to cancel my account at least 2 times and they continue to send the product and then bill me.
On 2/26/19 I received an email say they were sending another shipment. I called right away to tell them to not send it and to ask why my cancelation request was not done. the person on the phone said that my account was showing canceled and that the shipment would not be sent. I have been on hold this morning(3/5) for 32 mins and their system said that on one is available to take my call try back later then hung up and before that 23 min to another number (I ended this call when I fond a more current number on the email). I plan on refusing the shipment I received yesterday and want my money refunded to my banking account right away.In Dec of 2018 I was on hold with this company for 30 min and then their system ended the call. I was at work that day and could not waist any more time on hold. I have called several other time and talked to people but have not gotten any action from them.
I expect this company to honor my request and cancel any and all accounts I have with them. I want notified by email that this is done and then I want no further contact from them!

I am not completely satisfied because this company will not refund my money after I called and asked them not to send/charge me for anymore of their product. I refused the last shipment. So they got their product back but they say I did not return it correctly, so I don't get a refund. They are NOT a customer friendly company, that is for certain!!

Purchased product because of "Shark Tank" association. Did not authorize any further purchases after initial purchase. Received a second order Called to complain; they said I could return, I would have to pay s&h plus $11 restocking charge. Or they could offer me a 50% refund right now. What a SCAM.

Ordered Trial and some how was enrolled in a monthly program.
After I received trial I cancelled all contact with the company and still had charges on my cars. The first month I did not know who they ere since the description was "Online Medical". They did not provide any contact information. The second time they finally provided contact information with the bank and I was able to contact them. I spoke with a person named Beatrice and she offered a 25% refund, but that was not acceptable. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me NO. They took out $79.99 on 1/14/19 and $79.99 on 2/11/19. I want all my money back and for them to leave us alone.
I want a complete refund of the two charges they made to my account totaling $159.98.

The 3rd party customer service company has been called 3 times and there is no way to get in contact with the actual company. A '14 day trial' (which was NOT clearly stated is what it would be) started when product was purchased (which is ridiculous because I do not have the product to actually try for the 14 days) it took 7 days to receive, which took half of my trial. Less than a week later my card was charged $79.95 and that was not stated in the privacy policy (as they claimed it was. Which makes no sense because a privacy policy does not deal with purchasing issues) or the terms of use stated I would be charged anything other than $4.95 to have the pills. I was offered to send them back (at my cost and would not be compensated) and they would give me a full refund.... minus a $10 'restocking fee' which makes no sense. The bottle is still sealed and it wasn't even sent in a box.
I would like a full refund. $79.95 and $4.95 for ALL charges and that the company starts to clearly state on their site so others aren't billed as me and scammed.

I emailed them Saturday after I discovered being charge $79.97 then I looked at my account only to notice they charged me again yesterday $69.97. I have emailed the company no where did it say I would be charged again as there is no actual website for the product I ordered the samples on 1/5/19 and was charged on 1/19/19 and 1/20/19 for a product I disclosed I had an allergic reaction too and do not want to be further charged I have not heard from the company. I read that the refund could only be obtained by returning the unopened product but how when I actually tried it but had a bad reaction to an ingredient I didn't even know I was allergic to before. I have 3 children and this has me beyond upset cause there was no notice that I would be charged again and basically I've paid over $160 for 2 sample bottles which is unrealistic and unfair. Nowhere did I read it was a trial nor had to be cancelled I guess I can blame my own stupidity for buying something off an ad on Facebook.

This company hides alot of information in the terms and conditions that if you do not cancel in 14 days they charge you an additional $70 every month
The email they directed me to had the information listed and was circled in bold print but this was no where near the fine print that was on the order. When I placed the order they sent an email confirmation and there was no information on needing to cancel 14 days. Free trial is no free. You first pay for shipping but if you do not cancel they charge you for the bottle they already shipped to you for "free". This is not a new charge for a new item but for one you already received but if you would cancel 14 days after then you wouldn't be charged. When I called to cancel they refused to refund the $80 I never agreed to. They only offered a 25% discount and after I spoke to a manager they finally offered a 50% discount which I finally agreed to just to be over this whole thing. This stuff is going straight into the trash and I will never be involved in any "Free Trial" offers ever again!

Auto-payment Ripoff
I agreed to pay $2.95 shipping for a bottle of Forloskin but was charged $79.95 a couple weeks later for what I was eventually told was the full price of the bottle upon being signed up for a auto-renewel subscription that I know I never signed up for. I read all of the fine print before purchasing the sample, which was very little. It took me forever to even find out enough information to contact the company.

MIGHTYREV billed me $79.96 without my authorization. When I accepted the free trial, there were no conditions included that signed me up for a subscription to receive monthly packages of their product. I contacted customer service, they were sorry I wasn't happy with their product, but would not issue me a refund for the product I have yet to receive.

I have contacted the company. They informed me that I'm out of luck, and won't refund my my money. Plus, the charge was for the 14 day trial, so I never got the shipment I thought I was charged for. Fraudulent charge of bank account, changed their terms and conditions to fit their needs. Then BLACKMAILED me.
I was offered a free trial just pay one time fee of 4.87 and 2.95. Told it was a 1 time fee. The was charged 79.99 14 days later. Called for refund and they said it was not possible because terms and conditions said I had to cancel within 14 days. The terms I read said a one time charge. I asked for a supervisor who then said he would refund half only if I agreed to not report it to the FDIC. That is blackmail, you cannot hold someone's money hostage. No where on their website does it say anything about a 80 dollar charge. Very bad business, according to my state cyber laws.. computer fraud is a felony and so is blackmail.

Forskolin charged my credit card account without authorization for to do so.
Forskolin charged my credit card $69.94 on 7/14/18. I did not authorize this payment. I called the number which was attached to this charge, 888-398-9720. The customer service rep kept telling me he could not find my account. I did not have an account with Forskolin which is true, however they charged my account in the this amount ONLY after I used this card to pay for shipping a month ago for a sample. Regardless to say, I tried a couple of the pills and they made me sick. So, no sense in actually ordering it. I was dismissed by this customer service rep as even though the call he responded to was a result of me contacting the number attached to this charge on my credit card account. I was told that someone would call me back within an hour or two. No one has returned my call or responded to this. I would like to get reimbursed for this before I have to cancel my credit card so they don't charge me without permission again.
I want a total refund of $69.94. I also want confirmation that they have deleted my credit card number to ensure that they will not bill me again.
Forskolin hides the true price of their products in the fine print and does not properly advertise to consumers.
Forskolin had false advertisements that show the product as one price and then in the small fine print states a different price. The confirmation email for the product states the first low price again and does not inform the consumer that a price twenty times higher will be changed in a couple of weeks. When the actual charge hits, the consumer is not informed at all. The initial purchase was simply paying up front for the cost of shipping the item and after receiving, then the consumer is charged for the price. For example, I purchased a bottle for the listed price of $4.95. I received the item and noticed a few days later a charge of $79.99 hitting my account, when I called to ask about this I was told this was for the price of the product and the initial $4.95 was just for the shipping. I went back and looked at the initial advertisement and it states, purchase the product for $4.95. I have dealt with other companies who give you a trial order for the cheap price and then charge the full price later, but this was charging the full price in a hidden way. When I tried to cancel, I could not have opened the product, I would have to return and pay shipping costs and finally pay for a $15 re-stocking fee for each product. This mean by the time I am done, I will have no product and will have paid $4.95+$15+$4.95 for two shipments and one re-stocking fee and have nothing to show for the money. This is not the way I would expect a company who is accredited by the Revdex.com to behave. It is deceiving to consumers and poor advertising. I monitor my finances closely so I was able to catch this, but most people do not and would be charged an excessive amount when they were not properly informed.
I would like the business to at the very least refund me all of the money I spent on this product. Ideally I would like for the company to change their advertising methods to ensure the consumer knows up front the full price for the products and expose the hidden fee structure.
We have searched this customer's name, email and address in our system and it appears this client did not purchase from one of our clients. I believe you have submitted this complaint to the incorrect company. Also, I also notice that the price point mentioned is not consistent with our price points and we do not charge any restocking fee for returns or refunds.
Called 3 times to cancel and each time they say it's been cancelled and it's not. I still get charged.
I have recorded calls to prove that they gave me a bogus confirmation number for a refund in which I never received - *** ( I spoke to Kathy) and was advised I should have a refund. NEVER GOT IT. I told the agents im recording our calls because I didn't believe them. They did not advise they didnt give me permission to record calls. I asked to speak to a supervisors and was refused.
I want my money back. I have emails to show they canceled products and that means thy no longer have my authorization to take money out. They told me after I spoke with them 5/12, that i would get an email 30 min later showing cancellation and refund processing. I received an email cancelling, but nothing about my refund.

Fraudulent charges.
I purchased their merchandise for $9.99 on 2/11/2018 and received the product on 2/15/2018. I called to cancel on 2/22/2018. They charged my card for $74.99 on 3/1/2018. I call their customer service on 3/4/2018 and I explained the situation to the rep and she hung up on me. I called back on 3/5/2018 and the person told me that I could not receive a refund because I was outside of the 14 days. I explained to her that I did in fact call, at that point I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor stated that they would be able to refund only $18.00 of my money. This company seems shady.
I demand to have a full refund.
