A fraudulent order was placed under my name with my credit card.
I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with this company and they kept trying to get me to say that I placed this order that I did not do,I have never been to they're website. They then threatened me with paying court and legal cost because they where turning it or to they're fraud dept which would investigate. Over and over I had to go through this. This company is a FRAUD and should be investigated. I have contacted my credit card company and have closed the card.

I was never informed that this company would take extra money out of my account it was suppose to be a free trial
I was under the assumption this was free trial I pd shipping and handling nothing else would come out of my account unless I ordered it. I wasn't just charged 89 once but 2xs bc 2 diff products. First off we are in a pandemic and I def wouldn't have agreed to this at all I have kids and how disgusting is it you can buy the same products for 16.00 on amazon but now they charged my card for 89.29 and 89.96. I asked to talk to supervisor at first they refused they were rude and when I finally talked to a "supervisor" I was heated and I did say sh*** and the supervisor being so professional that she was kept swearing back at me. All I want is my money back that's it I never agreed to get that amount and never would I have agreed. This company is ridiculous here we are in a uncertain time with this pandemic and all this company is thinking about is themselves and making money not about them scamming taking advantage of ppl and taking money from people that need it for their families.. by far the worse company ever especially customer service part.
I just want my money back that I never agreed to have coming out of my account in the first place.

Charged for product when not ordered and did not receive
I ordered just a sample and was charged for that $9.94. Never received the sample. Then was charged $69.95 and $79.95 two weeks later for more product. Did not receive this and never gave them the authorization to continue sending the product. Want my money back. Cannot reach the company.

The business has to have had my information in their system or they would not have been able to deduct amounts off of my credit card. I do not believe them when they say this. I was charged 4 separate amounts and they were granted this money out of my bank account. They are a misleading company who debits your account even if they do not send you the merchandise.

The bank went ahead and credited the full amounts of these transactions back to us. I still do not know where the company is coming from when they say that do not have me in their system. They charged amounts to my bank account and so they must have my info. I have cancelled my card so that they can not do this again. Extra expense on my end, but worth it to not have them use my card info. I still want to report them as a misleading company .
I have tried for months to unsubscribe they continue to take 75.00 out of my account. I have called. I have emailed. I get no response.
they promise to end the subscription after this month is over and then just take more mone

Free trial, then charged full amount and was never made aware
I used a free trial for $6.95 it was just to pay for shipping. Then three weeks later a charge came out of my bank account under LS7 FORSKOLIN 844-831-6638 CA for $89.96. I have tried to find contact information for a refund, tried calling that number and have gotten no where to be issued a refund and to cancel whatever this may be. I never signed up for anything other than the free trial.
I would like a refund, and also an explanation as to why you advertise for a trial- to just pay for shipping but then charge an insane amount and leave customers hanging, wondering what exactly they're paying for, and better yet, why?

I was charged for trying out the free trial that isnt really free.
I was charged $93.47 after a trial of the Forskolin pills. NEVER was I informed that they would practically steal money from me after the trial ended as it's all I wanted to try. I never wanted to continue with this product and have no further interest in it. That's what a trial is for!! I've been trying to get in contact with ANYONE to cancel this subscription and get a refund of what I was charged and there isnt a number or anyone for me to speak too. This is outrageous and truly disappointing. I would like to get in contact with whoever is in charge and I would like to cancel the subscription and get a refund of $93.47.

scam, low cost trial signs you up for big subscription fee.
was charged initial trial cost of $5.95 and $4.95 then after 3 weeks another $79.95 and $89.95 charge came through for a subscription.
when I called to get all taken off my credit card, was told they could not. but when I threatened to report them to the Revdex.com, they said they would refund all charges.
when I called the number on credit card was told that yes, a 50% credit was being issued. I was not told 50% ever. then after more talking they finally said they would credit the rest of it.
first and last ever Trial Order of anything I will ever order. never have before and now never will ever again.

On 5/29/19 I ordered Forskolin and paid $4.95 shipping. Two weeks later an unauthorized amount of $89.99 was withdrawn from my debit card.
On 5/29/19 I ordered Forskolin online. I read the Terms and Agreement that stated the only amount to pay was $4.95 for shipping. I received a 30 day supply with no information in the package. Two weeks later (06/12/19) an unauthorized amount of $89.99 was withdrawn from my debit card of file. I immediately called my card company inquiring of the withdrawal. After explaining to customer service, he then gave me a number to contact Forskolin (888-845-9525). I called the number, spoke with customer service; after explaining to her of the unauthorized transaction she told me there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I then spoke with Felicia. I expalined to her that the advertisement stated "free trial for $4.95 shipping only." She stated that I had 14 days to cancel my subscription, (which I had no knowledge of), and that the $89.00 was to pay for the free trial I had received. I explained to her that the advertisement had no subscription information, therefore, I had not subscribed to anything. I requested a full refund. Felicia then became very rude and unprofessional stating that "if my credit or debit card is on file then nothing is free. A refund could not be given." I asked to speak with her supervisor, she stated there was no one there but she would give my number to a supervisor who would possibly be contacting me within 72 hours. I never received the call. I then started looking for corporate numbers that I could contact but none could be found. I still want my refund of $89.00. I cancelled my debit card so there would be no further unauthorized withdrawals. I have learned my leasson and will never order anything from this company again.

Awful! Never use this! Charged me 80$ a month and never gave me a refund. Completely terrible.
Was advised to return the product for a full refund. Attempted to return it and post office indicated it was not a legitimate address
Contacted the customer service number to cancel my subscription and get a full refund. Was advised by customer service that I could get a full refund if I returned the items. I was given an address in Bloomfield, Colorado. When I took the envelope to the post office to mail it, they told me that address was not a legitimate address and that Bloomfield, Colorado does not exist. I contacted customer support and was told that they give that address out multiple times a day and have never been told that it's not a legitimate address. The post office looked up the address and it's a UPS store. When I spoke to the customer service rep, she indicated that was there warehouse address, When I confronted her that it's a UPS store, she then stated that their warehouse has a mailbox at the UPS store. I told that the postal service is indicating that even the address for the UPS store is not a legitimate address. She then stated, during the same conversation, that they did receive 1 phone call this past Monday from someone saying that they, too, were told that it's not a legitimate address, and that the issue was escalated to "upper management". This was during the same conversation during which she told me that they give out the address multiple times per day and have NEVER been told it's not a legitimate address.
I want the full amounts of the charges credited back onto my account.

Charged a hidden fee. Twice.
On April 12, 2019 @ 7:17 p.m. I placed the order number # *** ($4.95) and order number # *** ($4.87) These items were delivered April 19, 2019 @ 1:03 p.m. On April 27 I received a charge of $89.99 I called the company and spoke with Candice whom said that I had agreed to terms and conditions and there was no way to refund the charge, but she could however drop the price to $49.99 and shut down my account. I told her I didn't want to pay the $49.99 because this was all a hidden charge! And requested to have the account shut down. April 29, 2019 I received another charge to my debit card of $79.99! I called and spoke with several representatives that told me I was nowhere in their system and they couldn't do anything for me...If I am not in the system how/why am I being charged?!?!?!?!
Finally at 1:56 p.m. April 30, 2019 I was able to speak with a representative that gave me the case number # XXXXXXX and told me that these charges were made before they shut my account down and there is nothing they can do.
I would like my money refunded. I am very dissatisfied with the product, the shipping time, but mostly the hidden fees. When you are led to believe that you are paying a total of $9.82, but you in turn end up paying $179.80! That is a huge RED FLAG! I hope to warn others of this fraudulent company before they are robbed like I have been. The very least this company can do is refund my these extra charges. I will even return their product, as it is not worth that hidden price.
I would like to be refunded the charge of $89.99 on April 27, 2019; as well as, the charge of $79.99 on April 29, 2019.

Both the Forskolin $2.99 and Body cleanse 4.99, now I have charges on my card for $89.99 and $79.99 which I didn't Authorize. I want my money back.
I used my debit card to buy both the Forskolin which was only 2.99 and the Body cleanser which was 4.99 they were both purchased on 3/14/19. Now they have charged my debit card again with a charge of 89.99 on 3/28/19 and a charge of 79.99 on 3/29/19. I did not authorize these payments at all.
I want my money back and I want them to never use my card again.

They promise to send you a free 30 day supply of diet pills for $4.95 shipping/handling. After I put in my credit card number, they recommended green tea pill for $5.95 Shipping/handling which I did not select. It charged my VISA with two transactions one for $4.95 and one for $5.95. The second company came up as FRAUD through my VISA card. I talked to my VISA Fraud Dept and they said I should cancel my VISA because they will put me on some kind of subscription and charge me $100 the next month OR I could call and cancel. I said I would cancel with the company. I got a cancellation email and today I got confirmation that the product was being sent AND the charges were still on my VISA. I called and told them that I had cancelled the order and I wanted the money refunded. They told me I had only called and cancelled the subscription and the product was still on the way. I told them I would report them to the Revdex.com and hung up. Then . . . I got another email saying they processed a refund. I doubt it but will see . . . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.
I fell for a fake news article and bought the "free promotion bottle" (it never said there was a trial) on 3/10/19 it was free aside from the 4.95 shipping, said to arrive 3/15/19. On 3/24/19 they charged my card 79.96 without my approval. I still didn't have the product!! I called customer service and the first lady I spoke to was very rude to me and snobby. She tried to tell me that I signed up for a trial and after 14-15 days it would charge me full price if I didn't call and cancel during the trial. So I told her that I wanted to cancel since I was within the time frame of the "trial". She tried telling me that the 14th day of the trial was on the 23rd and that my product was a 14 day trial. She tried to count it out for me I had to cut her off and tell her I know how to count and her counting was incorrect. She even said the product was arriving that day and I had to tell her it was sunday!! She then said she spoke to her supervisor and that since the bottle was due to arrive in a few days they were not going to refund me. I hung up and called again, this time a lady with an accent named Taylor answered and asked for my name, I told her my name then immediately said I wanted to speak to her supervisor. Then she started saying "hello? Customer?" 3 times and hung up. I then got a call from a random number and she said there was connection issues, I asked to speak to her supervisor and I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes until another lady named Ashley answered and said she was the supervisor. I told her I needed a refund because I never signed up for a trial and they are charging me for a product I've never recieved. She told me that they would refund me, never charge me again, and never send me anything again. I even got an email saying they would refund within 3-5 business days. I tried a product from this company as it was just pay for shipping to try free for 30 days...then 14 days later they randomly bill you $89.99.
I tried a product from this company as it was just pay for shipping to try free for 30 days...then 14 days later they randomly bill you $89.99 for one products and another for $79.99. When you call in they say their policy is no refunds. I never once agreed to any continual payment plan other than the free 30 day trial. the bad thing is they delay the shipping of your product so by the time you get the product its too late to call in and cancel the charges that were not disclosed. this is horrible business practice and I will be throwing these products in the trash as I will not do business with a company like this.
I just want my refund for the 2 charges that have been charged to my account. one for $89.99 and another for $79.99

We have looked into this customer's complaint and have issued Mr. Hidgon an agreed upon refund for the charge made to his account on 03/11/2019 I have gone ahead and issued the remainder or that refund today. We are here to assist customers with anything they need. We want to ensure that our customers are happy with our product and our customer service. We would like to assure Mr. that we have issued a refund back to him in full. Please allow 5-10 Business days for that to post in her account. We hope that a full refund and our apology to Mrs. will resolve this complaint.
