I am not satisfied with a 15% partial credit and will only consider a full refund now.  The statement that the order showed a second choice for an arrangement if the one ordered was not available is inaccurate- the only second choice that was stipulated on the order was with respect to the delivery date which was for the 16th of May, 2017 rather than on Mother's Day May 14.  Given the site continued over the  week to follow to show as available for purchase, the same arrangement that I actually ordered on May 14th (and to the date of this writing still do) and the fact that my order was NOT delivered until 2 days after Mother's Day there was no reason for a substitution arrangement. In addition the company rep [redacted] was quick to contact me via phone when I complained the same day on May 14th about the actual delivery date, the company could have easily informed me as well via phone Monday or Tuesday that a substitution arrangement needed to be made. I received no communication from the company at anytime about this. ( In addition their website substitution policy states this is done WHEN the order is required to be delivered on a high demand date and the purchased arrangement is not available- again this was not the situation in this case as the order was not delivered until May 16th, 2017).

I reject the statement that an alternate was accepted. I ordered the 2016 keepsake no alternate was suggested nor agreed to. The recipient, has the substituted one, the unauthorized substitution ruined not only their Christmas but mine as well. I will only accept a total refund, as I know I can buy the 2016 keepsake elsewhere.

I...

have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did not return the arrangement to the floral company because it was delivered to a funeral home.  I first saw the arrangement when I came to town for the funeral.   I would not/nor anyone else will walk into a funeral and take an arrangement back to get a refund.   Had the arrangement been delivered directly to me, I would have refused it.  You say that the arrangement contained four plants but of the four plants only one was the same as was pictured online.  The photo online was full of blooms and colorful.  What was delivered was mostly green vegetation, a purple African violet I had to search to find, the few pink blooms were wilting already.   If I had wanted an arrangement of most green vegetation, I would have order an such an arrangement.  I specifically chose this arrangement for the bright, cheerful display.   I know I have sent the pictures to of the arrangement to the customer department.  I would be more than happy to send you photos of the arrangement I ordered and the arrangement that was delivered.  Just send me your email address.Regards,  [redacted]

I have been in contact with the local florist who delivered the flower bouquet noted in my original complaint. She basically called this online company  thieves. The total bill for these completely  unacceptable flowers comes to $119.00 as per my most recent credit card statement. The local florist says she received only $55.80 from the online company and there is no way that she could provide the premium level of flowers plus delivery for $55.80. The local florist has the invoice from this online company to back up her claim. The online company kept the rest of the money for doing next to nothing. Now the online scam artists want me to accept $27.00 as recompense. They would have gotten away with the entire amount had I not seen the bouquet and known it was not what I ordered. They basically committed a fraud, got caught and now want to pay me off with a fraction of the money they took. I will accept nothing less than a complete refund. I believe a crime may have been committed and want to know how many others have been scammed in this way. The local florist says that this is not the first time that this type of incident has happened because of the California based company. The local florist will no longer deal with them but I want answers. Someone is not being truthful.

When I selected the Miniature Rose Bush as the item to purchase, I checked the box that stated, "As Shown". The substitution policy provided on the website states the following, "In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color." Therefore, I recognized that there was a possibility that the flower ordered could be delivered in a different color--I did not expect a different plant altogether. The Orchid plant is not even listed under the same category on the website. I disagree that the Orchid plant is an "upgrade" considering it is an indoor plant that is incredibly difficult to care for. I ordered a flower that could be planted outside and would last much longer. In regards to the follow-up received from the company, I was promised a return phone call that same evening. I actually never did receive a phone call at all, but a generic email response the following day, offering a percentage discount that I never received. I did not accept the offer of the discount, as I had requested additional follow-up from a Corporate or Executive member--however, this was never received either. Rather than make good on my original order, or offer a full refund, they only offered to go pick up the incorrect item from a grieving family member that had just lost a child. All I am requesting is that the Miniature Rose Bush that I originally ordered be delivered at no additional expense or a complete refund.

The Florist prepared the fresh cut flower arrangement and attempted delivery three times to the residence. The recipient door was tagged as well.  The florist notes there were other tags /notes on the recipient door, not just theirs.  No phone number was provided for the recipient....

Customer was informed of the situation and later requested the order be cancelled. The arrangement was made and delivery attempted in good faith, unfortunately the cut arrangement cannot be restocked. The outlet does require payment.Customer Service takes calls seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

We apologize for the problem on the order and show that a full refund has already been issued to the account.

We are working with our vendors to correct this problem and apologize for the problem and frustration this caused Ms. *. and her mother.  We agree with her this was not a good outcome on her order.

Lilies are considered of equal or greater value than roses which is why they were used as a similar flower.  The order was received for delivery on Monday 3/2 however the published obituary had the service at 6pm on the following day, Tuesday, 3/3. The florist scheduled delivery for the afternoon of 3/3 rather than the day before so the flowers would be fresh. (Per phone conversation on 3/2 at 4:30pm EST. ) We apologize this information was not provided sooner and that the cross keepsake was not available.

The order was received with the second
choice of similar as
possible as stated on the website and the order confirmationPlease note this
includes the substitution of flowers of comparable value The deluxe arrangement was delivered in the
keepsake baby block container requestedThe deluxe arrangement calls for
spray-roses, mini- carnations and blue delphiniumThe florist upgraded from
the recipe by using standard roses, dendrobium orchids, with more mini-carnations
and daisiesThe flowers were done in yellow, blue and whiteThe order was
delivered per the order informationWe are based in the US and all funds are
in US dollars, the exchange rate charged is set by the credit card issuerThe
customer was charged the amount shown on her original confirmation
