I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I feel that anytime someone purchases an item online that person should receive the product which they ordered.if the item is not available the company should have contacted me and let me know so I could of went another route.I do not feel like the small refund I received did any justice to anything I was honestly embarrassed of the flower arrangement and the center piece that was sent to my friends funeral not to mention the embarrassment of it being two days late.the flowers I ordered were mostly white roses I received mostly white lillys far from the same as white roses.the center piece I ordered was a clear crystal cross the one I received was a pale porcelain angel that you could barely tell what it was.Now for the company to say the used the best comparable items after seeing the two is an insult.I ordered one thing and received something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.This would be like someone ordering a football jersey and receiving a hockey jersey and the company saying it's close enough because they are both jerseys.it's not right.that's why I feel the few dollars off did no justice because if I would of known what they were sending I would not have accepted it.also if this would if been a situation I could of sent the item back I would have.but being the situation and the fact the arrangement was sent to a funeral home I did not have that option and I believe that's part of the reson they send cheaper stuff because they know in that situation the purchaser can't send it back.O and one last thing part of that very small refund was the money that I was OVERCHARGED to start with and yes I have the statements and emails to prove it.I hope this matter gets resolved quickly.

The florist delivered in the baby block keepsake container
requested on orderThis was not done as a get well or birthday arrangement or
containerThe flowers were in blue, yellow and white. Per customer, recipient received the

I am including a copy of the email I sent to the company. There is NO WAY to justify the discrepancy between the flowers I ordered and those that were delivered. And the greatest insult of all, they chopped up the carefully worded note which was to accompany the flowers. They told me how many characters I could use, I used them and then they EDITED my card!!!!!! I am livid just thinking about it. My email response: I cannot confirm to 35%. This was a funeral and there is no do-over. I was actually ashamed of those flowers. I WILL confirm my request for a 75% refund however:1. 25%-the flowers were just WRONG. There was no basket-a cheesy paper wrap over a plastic pot was substituted. The size was all wrong. The garish bow, the cut flowers-everything about it was WRONG.2. 25%-the card was edited, and not satisfactorily. Who would do that? I saw the number of characters available and complied to the specifications. WHY would anyone excise a single word? How do you explain that?3. 25%-NO COMMUNICATION about substituted flowers, edited card-nothing. Why does the customer provide an email address and a telephone number if not to be contacted?Let's just hope that there was nothing wrong with the delivery-that is worth 25% to me. Those hideous flowers and the chopped-up card appeared to have arrived in time to sit among the lovely floral displays at graveside.I need to have you confirm a 75% refund or I will go to the Revdex.com, Angie's list, and anyone else who will listen to me. I sincerely hope you will do your best to make this right.Sincerely,[redacted]

All transactions are in U.S. funds. This is stated directly above the place order button on the website PRIOR to placing the order. We would like to offer the customer 20% off the product. The florist included the roses, carnations and daisies. They also included alstromeria. We understand there...
was concern over the additional greens. Customer purchased a $48 arrangement whose recipe calls for 3 roses, 3 carnations, 1 mini- carnation and 2 stem mum. Florist filled and delivered, unfortunately we cannot apply 50% off the product.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regardless of what these people are saying you do NOT send a birthday looking/get well arrangement for a baby arrangement and it is not up to them to make those decisions for their customers. Furthermore, there website is misleading and false. I am totally appalled at how they chose to handle this matter and how they just brush people off and blame the customer. I would never deal with these people again and I assure you nor will anyone else that I have anything to do with. Revdex.com should do something about them falsely posting on their website that they have A+ accredited business with Revdex.com when in fact they are not an accredited business. By looking at the numerous complaints they have had in the past for the same type of misrepresentations, I'm surprised they are still in business. This will NOT be the end of this as I plan to take this further. As for the US exchange, I never would have ordered this knowing it was a US based company as I assure you the products ordered did not come from the US either. Extremely disappointed and will be speaking further with my lawyer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I was told that to receive a "refund" (I was not initially told it would be a "partial refund") I was told that the florist would have to go to my daughter's place of work and pick up the arrangement. I told them that if they wanted to do that in front of all the employees of this large company, they could go ahead and do that. I was not happy with an Easter arrangement being delivered for my daughter's birthday. Which, by the way, I would have At Least expected a phone call to tell me they did not have the particular "coffee mug" container I had chosen and offer to let me chose something in its place. This never happened. The following day is when I received a phone call from Flowershopping.com to inform me that there would be a $15 "Delivery Charge" for picking up the incorrect delivery. When I responded that that was basically crazy...the gal on the phone responded that it would be deducted from the amount that they returned to me, thus resulting in a "partial refund". Never once did anyone say, as is stated in their Revdex.com response, that it was a "partial credit for the container", which I still think is totally unacceptable. I assume that the majority of consumers pick out a certain flower arrangement for either the container, the flowers or both. It seems only Reasonable that if the florist is not able to fill the order as specified, that the florist would contact the consumer to determine an alternative. As I stated, this was never done. In fact, not even a Birthday container was used....it was an Easter Egg with a yellow Easter Chic! So, what if my daughter had taken the arrangement home and the florist went to the workplace? Then would I be charged yet another $15 so they could run to her home to pick up the flowers? I was informed that the florist did go to my daughter's employment but my daughter was in a meeting at the time and the florist was not allowed in my daughter's particular area, so as far as I know, they never were able to retrieve the flowers. The service or lack thereof by this florist is just terrible business and unacceptable. Let's not forget the card that was attached to the delivery. It read: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY [redacted] LOVE & MISS YOU LOTSLL MORN" My daughter was not even aware of who sent the flowers as she certainly could not tell from the card! The attached card SHOULD HAVE READ: "Happy Birthday [redacted]!! Love & Miss You Lots!! Mom". My email order confirmation had a picture of the Correct container and flowers and the Exact wording that I requested on the card. So not only did they deliver the wrong arrangement, but the attached card was so unintelligible that my daughter did not know who sent them. That is completely unacceptable and deserving of a Full Refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The issue is simple, I...
bought a product from you and paid my money; you decided to change the arrangement and screw up the product thinking that no one will notice BUT WE DO NOTICE. The flower shop replaced what we agreed upon and what was in their website with a bunch of ugly small roses which made the arrangement look very cheap arrangement , the recipient didn't even know that this was a heart shape, I personally saw it and felt really bad.I paid the premium and the highest price (almost double the orig price) for this arrangement as we agreed to be FULLER and BIGGER .. you replaced my flowers with a dozen of ugly small roses and didn't even have the professional conduct to call me "the buyer" and inform me with YOUR decision .. you entered in a contract with me and took my money but DID NOT DELIVER WHAT I PAID FOR. You destroyed the occasion and made me look like a cheap inconsiderate person who buys his lover an ugly "grocery store" arrangement.you should apologize and then apologize then apologize for what you've done and "at least" refund me for the product you sold me that "I DIDN'T ASK FOR IT".

The standard arrangement calls for only 8 carnations. We understand the florist delivered 18 roses for the deluxe. The upgrade included the value of the flowers, roses are a significant upgrade from carnations. We can issue a credit of 25% off the product.
We can offer 50% off the order and apologize for the problem. We have spoken to the designer that prepared the item.

I am not satisfied with the response because the arrangement that was delivered was not what I ordered. I ordered the arrangement in the shape of a heart and upgraded to the deluxe arrangement, I ordered the arrangement specifically because of the shape and because it has the carnations or that's was what was advertised anyway. The arrangement that was shown on flowershopping.coms website was carnations and was filled in with ferns. The arrangement I received was roses and babies breath,I told the company this and that I was not satisfied even though they had a satisfaction guarantee on their website they would not stand behind it.
Notes indicate the customer was offered -prior to delivery- a full refund with cancellation. Customer agreed to split the additional funds and accepted the flower delivery in December.
We apologize the order could not be delivered. The order was cancelled on 7/3/17, the card was not charged.
