I am rejecting this response because: the option at check-out points to the option a month's worth of service, a term many users seek due to the nature of band events and those who desire to view themNamely, many parents and band supporters subscribe to view just one event. These complaints will continue from me and others until the company clarifies its language at the point-of-saleHowever, it is clear that the provider benefits financially from this opacity, so the aforementioned suggestion for change will likely not occur

I purchased a one month membership with this company There were other options, annual memberships etc Evidentially in the small print, there is an auto renewal unless you cancel Was not able to even view what I purchased the monthly membership in the first place No phone number available and it took two times emailing the "contact us" before getting a reply The customer service rep was rude and not very helpful Do not recommend using this site at all!

I am rejecting this response because: the evidence they provided claiming that the first time we cancelled our subscription, did not go through because we did not provide enough information and then ended the live chat, however there screen shots clearly show that the agent left the live chat, not usAnd that one of the other agents is still on the live chatAs for the confirmation email, I was not able to provide one because the email address they had sent it to went straight into my junk folder at work and gets deleted regularlyI am not able to recover anything if I had oneI had to call them over three times in one day, not including the times I called where my call was "disconnected" before they eventually cancelled the subscriptionThey want to avoid people cancelling their subscription and will do what they need to to accomplish thatHence all of the other negative reviews they have on Revdex.comFor these reasons I do not accept their response and will not until I receive a full refund for the months I was charged.

On FloSoftball, we offer a monthly subscription billed at $monthly and a yearly subscription billed at $annually which averages out to $a monthThe customer, *** subscribed on June 10th to our yearly subscriptionWe responded back to the customer via email

I am rejecting this response because: You are being less than truthful when you claim to have resolved "everyone's" problemsMy problems were never resolved and I was unable to watch the final corps on separate occasions Both times the representative was not able to resolve the issue at all I don't know where they are pulling their stats from, but I know at least a dozen other people who were having the exact same problems and you were unable to resolve the issue.I find it curious that Youtube, Netflix and other streaming services that I regularly use were functioning properly at the exact same time that you had your broadcast issues Again, the problem is on your side, NOT mine!If you take a look at their Facebook page, you can see that this is not an isolated event That's a really bold statement you have made regarding your service and it is completely without merit. I want a refund of half of the month subscription that I paid for considering your service was not as promisedI signed up for a month of your service and the first weeks had technical issues that did not allow me to watch the last corps which is about minutes of the broadcast. I know many people who are dissatisfied with your service and we will be pressuring DCI to switch to a more reputable and reliable streaming service

A review of this account show that this account was not canceled at any time We can cancel this account from the first form of contact which was 10/19/The account will be canceled at the end of the current billing and will not be billed going forwardCustomer claims that account was
canceled online and we are willing to provide refund if she can provide the confirmation email which is sent out with all cancellationAll our current records show the account was never canceled

I am rejecting this response because: I spent on yearly subscription and all they refunded me was since that was the case and I can watch all other flosports Events without issues, I contacted customer support to reinstate my yearly subscription till Aug /2018! I do not have a lap top to watch flo marching events but I do have an iPad which will have to do, seeing they think it's Roku issues which makes no sense to me as I can watch there over events with out issues I guess seeing as I purchased the Roku in order to watch flo marching I can't believe they would not check into my issuesI am attaching the error message I get when watching

On our subscription page on FloMarching, above our subscription prices, we say "Choose a Plan" "FloPro Subscriptions" Once a customer has purchase a subscription with us, we send an email, thanking the customer for joining, information about their subscription, letting the customer know, when their subscription will renew and also how to cancel their subscription with usThis first point of contact from the customer was on May 11thWe explained to the customer that a subscription with us is auto-renewing unless canceled before its renewal date as stated in our Terms and ConditionsWe do not list anywhere on FloMarching that we have a one-time option our this is a pay per-view serviceWe have canceled the customer subscription under their email of *** to ensure no further charges

I am rejecting this response because: Based on the payment screen it shows a $12.50/mo cost. Also on the "Terms & Conditions" Section under Payment it refers to a "Monthly Payment" The only place that says they don't have a monthly subscription is in their FAQ's which I only knew about after I spoke to a representative. My response to that is "why would I go to that if I didn't have any questions?" I don't feel that they are advertising correctly to people that go in to sign up for their service. It is very misleading!
