Placed an order on 12/11/19. It is currently 12/26/19 and the status still says awaiting shipment. I have contacted the business, but have received zero response.
I placed an order on the 15th of December. Every item was listed as in stock and My card has already been charged. I have reached out via the contact form on their website as well as through 2 different forms of social media and have not heard back on any platform. To resolve this issue I do not want the product, I simply want the full amount of my order refunded.
I ordered items on about 12/14 and the money was taken from my bank account 12/16. I never received a invoice email or an item shipped email. It is now 12/22 and I have called and emailed multiple times , contacted them via Facebook and Instagram- All with no response. I haven’t gotten my items that I paid over $50 for to receive free 1-3 day shipping. I will not have my items in time for Christmas and I am extremely disappointed because of how excited I was to try their spices. This was a gift and now that’s one less thing I’ll have to give.
I've attempted contacting the business several times via e-mail (since website doesn't have a phone number which is odd) but I have not received any notion that someone is going to help with it. on December 12th, 2019 I placed an order for a few items that was hoping to give my family for Christmas. The order told me expedited shipping was necessary so thats what I chose. it is not the 19th and I've had no indication that this order was shipped or when it will arrive. I expected to arrive on Christmas since this ordered in the middle of the week and I paid extra for expedited shipping. The only thing I see when I log into my account is "awaiting shipment" which tells me this hasn't even left their facility yet.
How sad. My review is much like everyone else. I have two pending orders that I placed, one on the 3rd of December and was told on the 9th that one item was back ordered but it would be in within a "few days. It's now the 18th and I have heard nothing. I have emailed to see if by chance the product would be in by Christmas since the spices are gifts but nothing back from Customer Response. I find this completely unacceptable. The product itself is so extremely great so it sucks they would be losing customers because of poor communication. If a flavor is not immediately available, it should say that when you go to order. If I do not hear back from anyone by Friday, I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I hate to do it because again, the product from this company is fantastic but I will never order from them again solely based on principle. All the examples of fake tracking numbers is appalling.
I placed an order with this company on 12/3/19. It stated (1-2 day shipping) when I placed the order. It is now 12/16/19 and I have YET to receive my order or tracking information regarding an order. They have no contact phone number to call, and I keep getting the same message over and over again. That the order is in process.
I ordered from Flavor God on 12/08/2019 and the order was for $83.01 and I got an emails saying that I will be getting another email once things are confirmed and shipped... wel it's the 12/15/2019 and have not received any further contact from Flavor God or any other party regarding my order and I've tried contacting them on both facebook and email many times and still have not received any contact. I would just like a refund or my order sent to me. I've seen many other complaints on here about this now that I've searched.
After placing an online order I received an email saying that the payment failed and that I would have to try again. I fell for this scam and placed the order again, only to find out that both orders went through and I was charged twice. There is no way to phone this company and they are ignoring my emails.
On November 3rd, 2019 we placed a large order via Flavorgod (Order ***) and it's clearly stated on their website "ships within 1-2 business days" After a week of no update, we emailed their support and their support rep "Kim" replied stating "our shipment is being processed" that's it, not more details, nothing. After trying to understand what "our shipment is being processed" means, she later replies back changing her story that some of the items are on backorder. so after a two weeks of not getting any answers, we finally get another reply from "Kim" stating our "our order is being prepared to be shipped" and we should have tracking shortly. Days pass and no response and when requested an update, our emails go ignored. We reached out to them on ***, we even reached out to "Chris W" directly (who ignored us and blocked us)...
After numerous emails, for a refund, we finally get a response from "Kim" that "a refund is being processed" and once again no details on the refund or refund receipt. 30 days into it, after we place a chargeback , they finally refund us. My colleague got in touch with another support rep named "Stephen" who assured him this would not happen and orders do get shipped out.
So, trusting his word, we decided to place another order (this time a much larger order) on November 27th, 2019 (Order #***) and again, as stated on their website "ships within 1 - 2 business days".
Well, here we are again, we logged in to the site and still says "Awaiting Shipment".. we ordered these to be used in our busy cottage rentals we own and we have a large IG following where we share different BBQ's and Spices we use and recommendations - we had a lot of followers waiting to hear our feedback on this product and if this fails to ship, we are going to share our entire experience and email transcripts with our IG followers to make people aware and aware they have over 120 BB complaints not including other online complaints.
I ordered FlavorGod from them on November 3rd, 2019. A couple days later I found that I was charged 3 different times for the same amount on my credit card from them , when I reached out to them they stated that it was my banks fault and got quite rude about it. Looking on their website it says that your order will be sent out within 1-2 business days, it has been a collective 12 days and it still says awaiting shipment.
The system shows that the initial 2 payment attempts were declined. The 3rd attempt went through. Please see the screenshot attached.

I placed my order on 10/16/19 and I received a bogus tracking that doesn’t work, I’ve sent emails with no response and have reached out via *** and messenger and no response, if I knew this was going to be an issue I would of never ordered , very disappointed with the customer service that I’m receiving, buyers beware

I have tried through email and *** to contact the business. I placed a large order and paid for express shipping. The order was placed on 10/9. It is 10/17 and I still do not have my items. The consumer is not responding to me. This is quite sketchy and I would not have paid extra for fast shipping if I knew it would still be slow. I needed these for cooking for a wedding reception and they were not here in time!
I placed a order with this company on 09/24/2019. The tracking number they sent me is a fake tracking number. I would like a real tracking or a refund on my order. I tried contacting them about the tacking number but they never replied to my email. I see this is a common issue with this company. Please send me a real tracking number or refund my order.
I ordered my product over a week ago (order number: ***) on the website it says it takes 3-5 business days to ship out. I contacted the business in which they said they would contact you within 24-48 hours.. did not happen. Come to find out after doing some research this has happened to a couple of people I know. This business have a problem with charging people yet not fulfilling their orders.
Order a product over 2 weeks ago and still no info on what’s going on with my order. They took the money from my account but no response about when it would be shipped! No clue how to get in contact with anyone or get my money back!
I am unable to contact this company regarding a recent order placed that I would like to cancel. I have searched for a phone number with no luck. I sent an e-mail to their customer service but received no reply.

I placed an order on 7.27.19. I received confirmation that I had made payment (it was taken out of my bank). On 8.6, I asked the status of my order as I had not received anything or a shipment confirmation. I received an email back on 8.7 saying that my order is processing and awaiting shipment. That I'd receive an email with a tracking number.
It's now 8.19, and I have reached out once via Facebook messages on 8.18 and I see the message was read but not responded to and I also followed up via email on 8.15 with no response to either outreach.

Ordered 7/9/19 & my package has been “en route” since 7/20, so it been 17 days as of 8/5/19 that my package status hasn’t changed. Flavor God quit responding to my emails.
I placed my order almost 6 months ago and this company has given me the biggest run around. I never got my product and every time I asked about it, it was either “sorry we are moving facilities” or “ your order will be shipped out next week.” I eventually asked for a refund and I got the same sort of responses until I was told “we can’t process a refund it’s ***’s fault, if you’d be so kind to give us your card information we can get your money to you.” That sounded extremely scammy so I just opened a case with *** to try and get my money back. A week later I get an ORDER CONFIRMATION email AGAIN for the order placed MONTHS ago. It’s the principle of the thing and I highly recommend avoiding this company and I will continue to file complaints or take it as far as I have to because this whole process and the way they conduct business is ridiculous. After stating several times I want a refund and I still get them trying to hammer their product down my throat. I wouldn’t even have even cared as much if I got my order but I’m sick of getting the run around and “order confirmations” as lame attempts to keep me waiting

There is no phone number to contact this business in regards to orders placed. I want my order canceled. Order is super delayed and wasn’t shipped promptly. My order hasn’t shipped and I want it canceled. I have been emailing them (which is the only way to contact them apparently) to which I receive absolutely no response. Even though their contact form claims they will respond promptly with in 24-48 hours. I want my order canceled and full refund. I’m not comfortable doing business with this company that didn’t ship promptly or even answer my email. Also not comfortable giving my credit card and order to a company that has no contact phone number to speak with a real person.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Going forward in the future, it would be best for Flavor King Customer Service to have a live person and phone number to call for issues like these and others that could arise. Customers want to speak directly to a person. Not hunt and peck around through ***, ***, or emails to resolve issues. It is much more professional to have a contact phone number.
