I placed a order on Feb. 1 2020. Said was in stock and usually ships I
1-2 days. Here it is the 12th of february and it says my items is still awaiting. Shipment. I have tried to contact them several times thru email and *** with no responses. This company has no communication with its customers. They immediately charged my debit card the day of the order for $108. Company has no phone number or customer service to help. I think it is very unprofessional of a company to do business like this. I have a feeling I am out $108 and I wont get product or refund. They refuse to answer emails but can post on *** and *** several times a day.

I have a very similar experience to others. I placed an order and it has not shipped. They tell me sent me a message about how they are restocking and my order should ship in a few days. I can tell you after a few days it has not shipped. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I would advise customers to stay away from this company. I would also advice that this company be honest with customers about delivery dates and stock levels. Selling a product you can’t deliver is theft.

Improper billing practices and poor response to customers. Ordered my product over 2 weeks ago and was charged when order was placed. It took 2 emails and 4 Facebook messages and comments to get a response that they were backed up and would ship "the next day" a week later and still nothing. There was no notice of anything being back ordered and it was like pulling teeth to get someone to respond to questions.

I placed an order with FlavorGod despite seeing all of their negative reviews. Everything I ordered was in stock according to their website and was given a confirmation that everything would ship in 1-2 business days. Like many others have experienced, nothing happened so I contacted them and was told that a few things went on backorder and that it should ship in a few days. I waited a few days and saw that my order was still "awaiting shipment". After waiting for over a week, I emailed them and asked them to cancel my order and issue me a refund. It has now been over a week since I cancelled my order and I have still not received a refund from them. I followed up with an email and they said it would be 3-5 days for my bank to issue the refund. I have contacted my bank and they have no pending transactions for a refund. The funny thing is, I was charged a membership fee from Thrive Market last week, but cancelled it after seeing they did not carry a few brands that I was hoping to purchase from them, last week and amazingly they have already issued my refund and it is posted to my account. I used the same account for FlavorGod, which indicates to me they have not in fact issued me a refund, as stated.

This is a terrible business practice and such a disappointment from what could otherwise be an amazing business with a great product. I unfortunately will never know and would simply like my money back. Typically when a refund is issued and an order is cancelled the consumer will get an email, much like the confirmation when the order is placed. I have not received that, however when I look online, I can see my order was cancelled but there is no indication that this company has issued a refund. I would like my refund to be processed and a confirmation that my refund has been processed immediately.

I ordered Jan 29.. it said I would get my order no later than 7 business days. I have messaged 3 times on *** and emailed with no response! I have not gotten a tracking email, which was also stated that I would have. Zero communication and no product! I just want me order cancelled and refunded!

We have been able to get a huge chunk of our orders out with crews working day and night everyday of the week. However, there are still some orders that need to be shipped out in which we hope we will be fully caught up in the upcoming week.Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. I placed a order on January 23rd period today is Sebja wary 10th and it still awaiting Shipping. It said 2 day shipping and it's been over 2 weeks. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've emailed back-and-forth with someone and still no seasonings.

I placed an order on 2/5/20 and paid for express shipping 1-2 business days and haven’t received my order. I have emailed the customer support twice. It is false advertising and over paying for express shipping if you have to wait this long to get your order. I just want my money refunded and do not choose to do business with a company that doesn’t do what they say they will do.

I ordered a few Flavor God seasonings on the 24th of January after seeing an ad on ***. Hopped on the website, and nothing that I ordered was listed as out of stock, so I didn't think anything of it at the time. So I placed my order, and the site said it would ship within a couple days. Well, today is February 10th and still no shipment notification. I've messaged them twice since then, and the most recent time they said they had started shipping orders. That was a week ago, and I still haven't gotten a shipment notification. I know their seasonings are starting to get more attention which means more orders, but if it's going to take a month or more to ship then for the love of god please just say that when customers visit the site! I would have been better off driving a few hundred miles to a store that carries them and buying them that way.

Ordered 3 weeks ago. No shipping notices. Tried to contact multiple times with no response. No contact number. Terrible customer service!! Will be filing a claim with my bank with is super annoying that I have to do that.

I ordered their product over a week ago with “priority shipping” being the only option (seems like a common theme here) still have not received my product nor any notice saying that it has even been shipped. Kinda surprised for a company with such huge social media presence, I expected more. If you google reviews you will find only good ones but here on Revdex.com this seems to be a very common complaint. They always looked good on social media and I was excited to try them out but gotta say, not totally inclined to buy from them again IF I even do get my products.

I placed an order on 19 JAN 2020, credit card charged on 20 JAN 2020. Received Order confirmation, but no further updates. Emailed company on 31 JAN 2020 and have not received any updates from the company since the order was placed. I checked Revdex.com to confirm the poor service. I do not wish to do business with this company.

Wish I could give less than 1 star! I tried to place an order an online. My card was rejected (through no fault of mine) so I figured, alright I just won't order from them. Days later, my card gets charged twice! I had to send 30 emails to just get someone to respond to me and cancel the orders. They SAID that they cancelled them and put in a refund request. They SAID it would take 3-5 business days to receive my refund. It's now been 9 business days and I still have no refund. Going to the bank to dispute charges. Really just pissed off that they'll get to keep the money they've already gotten. DO NOT ORDER FROM FLAVOR GOD!

Placed order never received the items, never received a confirmation or order number. Do not order from this scam!!!! I co tatted my credit card company and they are stopping payment to them. Thus should not be allowed! Close them down!

I ordered from Flavorgod who website stars the ship within three business days. I have not received a tracking number and it has been past three business days. I’ve tried to contact them through email several times to see what the status is on my order with no response. This business does not stand by its integrity on the way they state their business run. They should be jones and she’s they do not answer customer concerns and they do not ship within the three business days. I advise any individual that wants to order from this company BEWARE!!!

My complainants are similar to everyone else’s. When I ordered 1-3 day shipping was my only option and I’ve yet to receive my order (that was a week ago) or any email about my order. I have sent several emails, reached out via social media and even made a comment asking for service. I’m filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and my credit card company.

I placed an order on the Flavor God website on 1/16/2020 in the amount of $51.06. When placing the order the website stated that the items were in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. The shipping time was estimated to be 1-3 days. After a week of not receiving any shipping details I started attempting to contact the company through their website and social media. They have only responded to 2 messages with the same generic answer that they were hit hard and it was taking longer than expected. Almost 2 weeks after ordering my items are still stated as "awaiting shipment" with no shipment date available. Due to the items not shipping in time I have requested a refund because I will now not be home to accept the package when it arrives. I have requested a refund 4 times with no response. They will read the message on *** and not respond. Very poor customer service. If the company ships the items they will most likely be stolen due to no one being home to receive the package. I have requested a refund in ample time hoping this doesn't happen.

On 1/14/2020, I ordered 7 total spices from Flavor God as they were having a special for $43.45, and paid $10.43 for expedited shipping (1-3 bus days). It has now been 2 weeks, and after numerous attempts via email, *** comments on their posts (which they post numerous times a day but don't respond), and *** Messenger, I have only received 1 response, which was last Wednesday that they are behind and will ship once they catch up. Flavor God does not have a phone number that you are able to call them, so these are the only ways to contact them. I am a huge fan of the product, and for dietary needs, these spices are very helpful. I also have numerous friends from the gym here in Las Vegas that are in the exact same boat. also others at my gym that last year did the same thing, took 2 or more moths to get their product. My issue here is that Flavor God charges for expedited shipping, knowing that they were behind and wouldn't be able to follow thru. I can understand being a few days behind, however today when I log into their site, it still says awaiting shipment.

I placed an order January 16th and the order has not shipped. I have been charged for it in its entirety. I have contacted via customer service email twice with no reply. I have chatted three separate representatives there, and they can only say “I have to email the customer service email” because they do not have phones. I want this order shipped with confirmation to my email or I want a full refund ASAP..

I placed an order and I can say that I am partially satisfied with their product, but will never order from them again.... I had an issue with one of my products and there is absolutely no contact info for them and when I DM’d them on *** (only form of direct contact) they ignored it and did not reply. Horrible customer service and very shady business practices. I would suggest to anyone - stay far away and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Sorry Flavor God, but I think your dats in business are numbered!

I placed an order for Flavor God spices on 1/15/20. It is now 1/24/20 and I have not received my shipment, nor have I received an email in regards to my order. I was charged for the items through my credit card. Shortly after use of this card to place my order, I also had fraudulent activity on my card. I have placed an email to the company, but have not received contact back so far.
