The dealer said it is nothing we didWe did not charge him because we could not fix that type of transmission, our technicians could not fix his carWe can fix some transmissions but that one we cannot

On 5/19/Mr [redacted] stopped in at Advanced Transmissions to have his Saturn Aura checked, his main concern was that when you put the shifter in drive the car would not move at all, you would have to drop the shifter down to lower gear or then put the car back in drive then the car would moveOur technician did a free initial inspection and discovered loose shifter cable, then he advised the service manager, [redacted] , to recommend the shifter adjustment on cable first, but may have other problems**m quoted the customer $to adjust the shifter cable but did not charge the customer a dime because it did not fix the customers original complaint[redacted] the owner of the shop offered to tow the vehicle to dealer [redacted] at no charge to the customer [redacted] and [redacted] spoke with ***, a service advisor at [redacted] , he said it had internal transmission problems not related to the service performed at Advanced Transmissions [redacted] said the transmission was apparently on its last leg and just happen to fail completely here at our shopAdvanced Transmissions CANNOT be held liable or responsible for lack of maintenance or negligence on the customer’s failed partWe apologized that this happen but the dealer says it is not our faultIt is the customer’s responsibility to maintain and service their own vehicle according to manufactures recommendations to avoid costly repairs.& In regard to the owner yelling and screamingThe owner was mad with the technician because he could not fix the vehicle, that is why he was upset yellingHe was not yelling or screaming at the customerAnd so the vehicle was towed to the dealership and [redacted] stated that the problems were not related to anything done or not done at Advanced TransmissionsWe did not charge him for the tow, we did not charge the customer anything at all

this lady is rude she is incorrect she was not involved in the repairs until 7 weeks later  her  son  Ray authorized the repair on 11-22-2016 with his DOB 1-15-85- to  fix the truck   the truck was towed in on 11-18-2016  the trans was 1165.00 125.00 rear main...

seal also 5 quarts motor oil  it  was very low lack of maintaince  i cant start the truck being that low  26.00 dollars 68.00 for trans oil 6.00 epa  and 95.00 tax which is 1485.00 total  which ray said to fix  on 11-22-2016  i towed the vehicle back on 1-10-2017  her trans line broke and ray did not want to fix it on 11-22-16  or on 1-10-17 she said no also they still owe advanced trans 125.00 for towing they took there truck on 1-10-17- they refused the external cooler line for 130.00 at this time they owe us 125.00 for towing very rude peopke !!!!!!!

never did any repairs on the transfercase it works fine it was only leaking she says we broke it it is not broken it was only leaking the owner seth said to fix it she is not the owner she only picked it up all of my staff dissagrees  with this lady this is a unvalid not fair and totally not a complaint .once again it only had a leak and we never fixed the t case on the 1st repair please disregard this complaint as false not true thankyou very much < ,

This is not a real or fair complaint, I have never meet this guy face to face. He was offered financing help with 3 companies on approved credit, but he has never tried to come in and fill out any credit applications to start the process at all. His car is still in 300 pieces and...

he will not come down to see us or to fill out an application so there is no way I can help him unless he comes and speak to us and fill out a financing application.

first off I was not mean at all I was very nice the fact that your front desk guy kept telling me I'm sorry this happened to you says something.  and you know what you are in the wrong when somebody bring a truck to you to fix a transmission and we receive the truck back with an exhaust leak in a transfer case leaking that is not our fault that is your fault. I  came in to see you with good intentions and when I spoke to you I really did see how much of a snake you really are you know you're in the wrong and you're just too dirty to admit it I had to try and repeat to yourself what was going on and not even you could repeat it  you know that you're in the wrong I asked you to stay a customer came to you to fix a transmission to customer left with a transfer case and an exhaust Leake  you won't even repeat that why because you know you're in the wrong  you did offer to look at the exhaust but do you want to know why I said no to you because you probably would have charged us  for it when I know you guys messed up the exhaust would of but because its not it the warranty we have to pay for that too right?? Yeah that's what I thought . if you really want to talk about me being a mean person and you're such a good person let's look at your [redacted] review your [redacted] reviews your consumer report with the fact that your not even accrediated by the Revdex.com anymore the fact that you have six complains on Revdex.com says a lot you know you're in the wrong and I want a refund if you want my boyfriend to voice his opinion he will because feels the exact same way he will file a complaint with Revdex.com if that's what you want. All I'm asking g is for you too be honest and admit you what you did wrong I mean WE BROUGHT OUR TRUCK TOO YOU TO GET THE TRANSMISSION REBUILT WHEN WE GOT OUR TRUCK BACK THERE WAS A LEAKE IN THE TRANSFER CASE . This email is pursuant to the customer’s response to complaint ID [redacted] 1.       In response to customer’s concerns, I would like to re-iterate the order records which are in the form of an audiowave which we had pointed out that the radio is playing in the background continuously, we cannot piece together calls.2.       The facts in regards to the invoice; Rachel Stout informed us she was authorized on behalf of the company to make said purchase and went over listing and billing terms with our company. This complaint is the first we hear of a problem transpiring in regards to the invoice. The company has been listed for the entire year now .3.        We are willing to pro-rate the invoice to 6 months at $449.95 and waive the IT fees of $169.95, the listing has been terminated since 9/17/15 and is not to be renewed. We also waived the interest charges which have accrued. I’ve attached a revised copy of the invoice for your records. I hope this provides satisfactory in regards to the complaint. In regards to Mrs. [redacted] allegations we are completely surprised. This is the first time we were told there was an issue. We were previously dealing with Monica the new manager and have had no contact with [redacted] since September at which time she agreed to make partial payments. She...

was extremely agreeable when I spoke with her in regards to her account and explained to me that she was having financial trouble. We have been accommodating and have done everything to satisfy DayBreak Personal Services. When it comes to the listing we’ve made changes and then were requested to remove it and cancel it, their invoice was revised just a mere few weeks ago. Due to their finances we have never let interest accrue on their account even though the payment was due 7 months ago. Nonetheless this is not how we like to conduct business, we wish they would have brought this up to our attention. No one has ever stated they feel the bill wasn’t owed. We would like no further contact from DayBreak Personal Services. Mrs. [redacted] clearly ordered the services, and is now denying liability to not pay for services owed. Everything is recorded by our Quality Control Department, [redacted] confirmed with us she was the owner of the establishment, that she was placing an order and she was in the position to make said purchase.  Given the nature of the account however Your Business Needs does not wish to continue any relationship with DayBreak Personal Services. Their invoice has already been revised and their listing removed. Due to their troubles we have added an additional credit of $100, splitting their invoice in half.
