This is the same reply from them as last time and they never bothered to respond until the date they provided as to when I would receive a response byThe information noted wasn't usefulIn addition to all this , they better fix the credit reporting for May as they lied saying I was late when my Liam was paid in full after they misinformed me twice as to what amount was due

strong and enduring relationships with our customers by providing excellent service and delivering
valued products. Your letter to the Revdex.com has been referred to
me for a response. In researching you loan,
I found that you do...
not have on line or any type of automatic payments
established with Five Star Bank. I did however,note a conversation on February 6, 2018 where you
informed our staff that your bank was at fault for failing to schedule a
payment from your account and you were going to follow up with your bank to
determine the delay. That conversation was followed up by you on February 12,
2018 when you informed our staff that you were attempting to have your bank resolve the issue. On February 13, 2018, in a third conversation with our staff, you indicated that you instructed
your bank to cancel the transaction and you would remit a payment on February
16, 2018. Our records indicate that payment was
not made until you called our office on February 26, 2018 and at the time, you provided us with authorization to process an electronic payment. I'd like to further note that since your loan was originated
on November 1, 2017 , you provided us with
authorization to process three electronic payments as follows: January 19, 2018 in the
amount of $285.29 February 26, 2018 in the amount of
$285.29 March 12, 2018 in the amount of $285.29. Each of the electronic payments were successfully
processed and posted to your loan as
requested. As you know, our electronic payments can
only be processed upon request. They are one-time transactions with a fee of $14.99 and you can call at any time to arrange
for payment. I would like to suggest other methods for the timely receipt of
payments in the future. You can establish a deposit relationship with Five Star
Bank and you would have the ability to direct payments through our on line banking services. You can also request Pre-Authorized payments through your bank and Five Star Bank. I have enclosed an "Authorization for Preauthorized Payments" form for your review. If you have any additional questions, or if I can be of further assistance, please call me at the number below. My concerns here are that they state that they will contact me directly in two weeks and that in no way shape or form represents a resolution to the fact that they have never made an effort to pay me the overage check that is due me nor do they state the will pay me so I don't see a resolution to this issue. have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that it is generic. I welcome Five Star Bank to contact me, especially considering I still dont know where my car is and where my belongings are. According to the law, they had 24 hours to communicate with me about the details of the reposession. They have not!! Not to mention they did not follow through on their arrangement and verbal agreement they made with me.
