I am rejecting this response because:I got a call on Friday (1/20) from Red River saying they had crews that were picking up in College Grove that day, but that they would also put me on the Saturday run just in case Friday didn't happen. Friday and Saturday came and went. NO ONE CAME!On Monday (1/23), I received this response via Revdex.com stating it would be Saturday or Monday for the pick up. (I also called on Monday and complained again to the local office and they said they would tell the crew to pick it up that day.) Monday came and went. NO ONE CAME. I called the local line again this morning. Voicemail is full. So I couldn't leave a message. And of course no one picks up the phone.I called corporate and left another message there. I also email them AGAIN...to the address they sent in this response. It is not the first time I've emailed that address. They did not acknowledge my first email until AFTER I complained to the Revdex.com over a week later.I'm so fed up with these people. I have paid up through March. I've never experienced such a poorly run business.

In review of the account, the account has been cancelled, a work order has been issued to collect the container, and refund request has been generated.
According to our notes, we have not had any additional call in’s about missed trash from this customer. My understanding from the local group is that people are being picked up regularly now and on their scheduled day.

This request has been forwarded on to our local staff for cancellation, collection of the can, and applicable refund.

We see that refund is in our system and we will be cutting the check this week.
We apologize for the inconvenience during this transition. We are making all efforts to get this corrected. I do see on your account that we have issued you a credit for those missed pickups.
This customer has since cancelled their service and are no longer with us.
