This customer states we have damaged their large commercial container however we show them only being a residential customer with a small gallon container We don’t pick up those large containers so we will not be replacing that

We have instructed our staff to cancel the account per the customer's request and issue a refund for the amount paid
According to our notes, we have not had any additional call in’s about missed trash from this customer My understanding from the local group is that people are being picked up regularly now and on their scheduled day
My understanding is the service issues on this route have been corrected and should be running smoothly now
We have passed along the customer's information to ensure that they are properly routed and serviced on a regular weekly basis
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me This ordeal drug out for over a month After countless calls and voicemails to both the local office and corporate, emails, and even this complaint to the Revdex.com I think they are back on track I say that hesitantly as I have only had week of service delivered on the right pick up day, since this ordeal But I do now have the number of someone higher in the chain of command who gets things done, and when I call him, things happen quickly So I’m hopeful that this is truly resolved Time will tell.Regards, [redacted]
Our local staff from this location is working on processing a refund to the customer per notes on her account on 12/23/

Mr [redacted] had multiple account so we’ve issued one refund in January from December and now we have one with a March date that is in process

I can confirm that all three refund checks are being cut today and mailed out
We see that refund is in our system and we will be cutting the check this week
