It is the applicant's responsibility to make sure the certificate you have us filing for is the correct certificate and it is updated. As was stated in the Terms, we have nothing to do with what is listed on a certificate - we are simply a service that files a certificate application on
behalf of a client, and have zero responsibility for the contents of the certificateYou are responsible for making sure the certificate you have us file for is correct and updated
We have a service where we can do record research to see what is on a certificate before we file, and we have services to correct record info before we file for a certificateYou did not use either of these services
To use an analogy - you hired a painter to paint your house, and you ask him to use the paint that is on a shelf in the garageThe painter paints the house, and the paint in the garage was not the color you wantedThis is not the responsibility of the painter, this it the responsibility of the person who hired the painter and asked him to use that paint
If there is an error on the record, you will want to correct the record itself, then file a request for the certificateYou can do this on your own, or you can contact us to do that for you for a feeYou can email us at *** if interested

Keep in mind, you have not been charged the full $** as listed on your receipt, you have only been charged $**. The $** portion of the order is a separate charge for the state fee, and the credit card on file declined for that. We just need to know how you would like to handle...

The state of PA is ready to ship the certificate today via overnight mail. However, we will have them cancel that shipment, and we will issue a refund for you.
 
Next time, we encourage you to read the clearly posted processing times. We quoted an estimated 8 weeks before shipping.

This order was shipped out by Texas Vital Records on 8/5 (screenshot attached). Unfortunately, the customer did not list the apartment number on her order (screenshot attached), so her certificate returned to the sender. We understand this sort...

As an intermediary filing service, we are not the sender, so cannot directly re-mail the certificate.
The customer made us aware that she did not receive the certificate on 8/24 via email (screenshot attached), which is after she filed the complaint.
We are now working with the customer to help her ask Texas Vital Records re-send the certificate to the correct address. We are here to help in any way we can!
This customer has our email and phone number and hopefully is aware that we are here if there is anything else she needs!

We would appreciate if [redacted] would stop contacting us, as next step is we file a restraining order against her. She has left multiple voicemails full of derogatory and racist comments, and has sent us numerous threatening emails.

certificate mailed out to her a while back. We are not the shipper, the county is. All she has to do is call UPS and ask them to deliver this wherever she would like. In fact, she can just log on to UPS with the tracking number we gave her and change the delivery that way. We cannot do this on her behalf as we are not the shipper. Her tracking number is 1ZW555EXXXXXXXXXXX with UPS. She can simply pick up the phone, call UPS, and ask them to re-route the package.
We have zero control over this, as we have explained to [redacted]. We mailed this to the only address she gave us. Once it was mailed we received an email from her that we "suck" and are "is" and that we should have mailed it somewhere else. But we were never informed that we should mail it elsewhere.
Screenshots are attached of a couple of [redacted]'s absurd emails. We also have recorded calls of her using racist and derogatory language. She called one of our female reps an extremely offensive word, which I will not mention here. We have the call recorded.
If we continue to hear from [redacted] our legal team is prepared to file a restraining order against the individual.

First of all, I HAVE NEVER, EVER, NEVER called them. I didn't respond at all to their 1 phone call by a supervisor. If they have a "so-called" recording, it is not from me. I never spoke to anyone there calling anyone a racist name, I do not use those words ever in my vocabulary. I can prove with my phone records if needed. I did send several emails telling them they suck and were is, because they are. I kept all of them, and can provide, if necessary. They did send the birth certificate to the right address, that I did give them, but they put my name on it, and they knew I lived in Oregon, so it could never be delivered to my grandson in Arizona with my name on it. Even though UPS did do the delivery, they got the information from Superfilings. I have talked to UPS and the LA distribution center,and they were very helpful. They said Superfilings is basically a scam and I should have gone directly to them for processing, but I didn't know that, and it was on a weekend and my grandson needed the birth certificate by Monday. Superfilings advertised "expedited delivery" and that's why I went with them. Distribution center got all information from Superfilings and passed ** on to UPS. My question to Superfilings is "what did I pay $99.95 for". I also had to pay Alameda County for the birth certificate. All I want is for my grandson to get the birth certificate after me paying over #170.00 for it. I am very offended that Superfilings would lie and say I called them and called them racist remarks. That is a bald face lie. If you would like me to forward my emails, I would be more than happy to. Thank You

We are not sure what else to do here. We did out part: the order shipped out when we said it would to the address the customer asked us to ship it to.
The customer needs to work this out with UPS, there is nothing further we can do. As a last resort we went ahead and issued a refund in attempt to have the customer not contact us any further. She has seriously offended 3 of our customer service reps with her repeated rude emails and phone calls.
