what was the out come of problem no one advised me?? I used their service well I thought I would. Not only did I pay $69 for 1 day shipping, (of paperwork only) then never received anything at all, never have still. I've emailed several times using their contact form and never even get a reply at all. I would like a refund it's been way over the wait time want you to wait. Full refund please. Order #D535566247

1) The service was to file a certificate order with the state, which we did on 4/21, thus completing the service
2) State processing times vary, which was clearly stated when the customer placed the order
3) Coincidentally, the state shipped that order today, which is well within the time-frame quotedI should be there soon
4) We have now reversed the refund, as the customer did not accept thatIf he does not accept it, we will not do it

Also, we responded all all of your emails within hour
If you have an issue with processing times, contact the state directlyAs was clearly stated, processing
times have nothing whatsoever to do with us, and you had to accept and agree to that before placing your order
We cannot entertain or acknowledge any complaints related to processing timeReason being we make it clear in many, many places on the website that processing times are out of our control, and you have to agree to understanding this contractually before placing an order.

Hello, I looked deeper into your orders
The first order was delivered by the US Postal Service on 8/to *** *** *** *** ** ***So it looks like you go that one
The second order was canceled by the county because the father's name you listed did not match their records (you spelled it differently on the second order)
We are happy to go ahead and re-file using the info from the first order to get another certificate sent out to youPlease confirm you would like it sent to the same address and we will do that right away!
