Thank you for bringing this all to my attentionYou have files with usYou previously scheduled the same move under customer name "Christina ***" and canceled on us after confirming a date and time for pick upIf you recall, your mother was supposed to meet us at the pick up and when we arrived she was unavailableWe informed you that a re-scheduling fee would be applied, you refused and fraudulently disputed the charges on your credit cardYou later scheduled the same move under customer name "Nicholas ***", nice try to get away with not having to pay the rescheduling feeThe packing charges were applied to protect your goods, which were insufficiently packed previouslyYou agreed to those chargesThe long carry/shuttle accessorial service fee was explained in detail, you agreed with that as wellYour intentions and modus operndi are incredibly clear at this timeWe are currently fighting the credit card charge dispute you initiated, and will now require that all payments be made in cash, cashier's check, or money order since the name on the contract does not match the name on the credit card and a fraud dispute has been initiatedWe have no intention of reimbursing any portion of your move cost, as all charges have been reviewed and found to be validAs a matter of fact, you got away with the initial rescheduling fee, which should have been charged but wasn't, due to your unethical manipulation of the customer name on multiple files
The movers were professional and were very careful with my stuff I was amazed by their hard work and the communication was greatThe final price was cheaper than what was quoted toOverall, highly recommended

There prices have changed recently and they have come under new managment and came out with new specialsSo I wouldnt take any reviews that are old or thata re really recent seriouslyThis is a new company and I had a fantastic expereince with EZ MoversScheduling a move was super easy and I got a an accurate quoteThis wa sa local move only to Chicago IL on belmont aveThe movers were punctual and communicated wellThey were very respectful and very carefulNo damages, just stress free movingWhen the move was complete I saved an extra bucks because of their summer specials going on right now plus an extra 5% because my husband is on active duty Thank you EZ Movers!

EZ Movers completed a local move for me from downtown Chicago to Logan SquareI was really impressed with the professionalism of the staffI got a accurate quote and the crew wasted no time in getting the move completed on time and without damagesTruly impressed and highly recommended
Chicago move June - Unprofessional Actions and Events carried out by movers: The movers (Brian, Victor, and Alex) were extremely unprofessional The below points will offer insight as to why I'm hoping we will not have to involve the Revdex.com (Revdex.com), but I will if necessary I've used them times in the past, and I'm sorry to see that I, my friends and family will never use ez-movers again! I only gave them a decent review at the end of the move because frankly I was frightened and wanted them to leave ASAP This was by far the worst move I've ever had We felt intimidated, disrespected, and scammed They were acting like thugs and we wanted them gone Brian H(the foreman) yelled (very loudly and angrily) at my neighbors to move when his truck was backing up It's true he was getting frustrated being asked to move, but yelling at my new neighbors "Do you not hear the [redacted] beeping sound?! That means I'm [redacted] reversing." This was completely unprofessional, I could see spittle from his mouth as he was yelling at my new neighbors aI literally had to "break up" this argument Just grossly unprofessional bI solved this issue by allowing him to move through the front rather than back This helped to calm down Brian H cBrian unprofessionally blamed his "flip-out" on being on the phone with his wife a few minutes ago and hearing his kids crying on the phone Unacceptable behavior At the end of the night, the foreman, Brian said around 11pm "Well, this is a lose/lose for me" because he was here late This was not our fault and was grossly unprofessional After we grew concerned noticing that only or guys were doing any work at any one time, we noticed they went much slower, as if they were trying to stretch the time to the hours re-estimate I think this is exactly what they were doing One mover, Victor, was playing rap music loudly on his speakerphone while we were moving out I cannot believe this is acceptable behavior from your foreman's point of view We had cleaning ladies over, one was young and pretty, and I could hear the guys hitting on her....saying things like "Hey, you need any movers?" Just weak and unprofessional behavior At the end of the night (Julia and I do not smoke), the foreman came back into our new condo to finish paperwork and brought with him a half-burnt unlit cigarette This stank and was so unprofessional We were offended by the smell and his brash attitude Had to argue with Brian to change the charge time from 4:to 11:45pm, to 4:to 11:15pm I don't know why this was an issue, the clock said 11:15pm when they finished Window they gave me was from to 3pm Movers finally showed up at 4:40pm and only with one person, the other two were still eating After Brian, the foreman, finished his own bag of chips at our old place, he threw the bag right on the ground in front of my wife He is lucky I didn't see this All did nothing but complain all day I 100% regret buying them all water and tipping each $ Especially in light of the missing items (see below) I called Brian the foreman about our missing box for help He was NO help and simply said "I ain't no thief bro" He wasn't helpful at all, which isn't helping his case of innocence here aHe also then threatened to play my voicemail for his boss (left from before he called me back), which I encouraged him to since I have NOTHING to hide Brian, the foreman broke a light globe in the hallway and quickly admitted to it This is one of the very few positive things I can say about our experience It does go to show how careless they were with the furniture though Nothing should have been broken, there was enough room Losses (Items that were moved by the ez-move crew, and did not arrive at the new place): Perfumes Our Jewelry Bose Bluetooth Speaker ($255) Total value estimate of loss: $2,
Customer used E-Z Movers for a long distance move for a pion 09/28/and a delivery of 10/11/ Everything up to the delivery portion of the move went very smoothly and the customer did not have any issues with the move At the time of delivery the customer contacted the office stating that there some things in a closet that she did not wish for the movers to move, she was going to move the items herselfThese items were not on the inventory list as a part of the move Customer informed our manager [redacted] that these items were stole by our moversAt this time she was informed that she will have to file a presentation of loss form in order to file a claim for missing/stolen items The driver from this particular job was interviewed that same day regarding this matterHe stated he did not move or touch any items he was not instructed to move by the customer and the moving truck was inspected after the move to make sure nothing was left behind from the customers shipmentThe truck is inspected by E-Z Movers personnel As of today the customer DID NOT file or submit any claims and has not contacted the office since the claimed situation occurred I have contacted the customer via email requesting that she fills out a claim form in order for me to look into this matter in more detailson 10/29/ Thank you
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, I would like to clarify a few points I already stated my count of items was not accurate; however, per the packer who works for E-Z Movers, the move coordinator should have, but obviously did not, provide additional assistance in rectifying any inaccuracies My estimate was accurate to the best of my abilities; but my understanding of E-Z Movers' process is that the coordinator is there to assist the customer to help mitigate against this issue One additional clarification - the company's response is not a truthful depiction of what occurred I received the following email from E-Z Movers on 06/27: 06/27/Dear [redacted] ,YVONNE, JobNum : [redacted] We are working very hard to have your belongings delivered as soon as possibleUnfortunately, we're running behind scheduleOur dispatch team is considering all options available and will have your shipment out for delivery shortlyWe apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this has causedE-Z Movers customer service team will be contacting you once more information becomes available On 06/28, I called E-Z Movers wanting an update The responder's depiction that I was provided with an estimate of July to is not accurate I was told by Steven (manager) "around the 4th, give or take a day or two" Any reasonable person would interpret that to mean anytime between July and July After I got off the phone completely frustrated with the nonchalant attitude, my husband called back It was only with the second phone call that the estimate of July to was provided This begs the question that since I received the 06/email that I would receive an update once it's known, how come that information was not provided until our third call to the company on 06/ (I had called earlier in the day and was told I'd get a call back That didn't happen; so I called again Then my husband called.) Truly a security blanket for when you want to move and not deal with the stress that comes with itEZ Movers did a great jobThe crew were level headed, focused and extremely efficientI was amazed by their hard workThe move was done without any damages and was finished before the quoted time, which saved me an extra bucks
Really stay away from this company, don't wast your time and money, they will give you a feel of silliness , they are biggest cheater and liar that I have ever seen in my life!!! There is no customer service, you will never got update about the pick up time and date, they are disorganized, they are gonna charge you for any feet that is more than 75', and they will seduce you don't tell anybody this extra charge which I paid 150$ by cash except the final price!!!I am planning to suit them, luckily we recorded the driver voice when he trying to make more money and we will submit it to the court Please find another company if you don't want a huge headache!!!
This company is unorganized with staff that is unprofessionally trainedI was told all lies with this company and now they have my stuff and told me they will give me options about retrieving it with no time frame or location of my stuff because they told me on the phone multiple times they could take a credit card for final payment and when I met the movers they demanded cash and said they don't take credit cards and the driver said he could take the credit card then he couldn't and would not wait for me to go get a money order, he took off with my stuff and now they won't tell me anything until I pay themThe driver had some of my stuff pulled out of his truck and already my boxspring was smashed and my lamp shade was shredded and they loaded it back up and took off with itWho knows what my other stuff looks like or its whereabouts because they told me yesterday I could pay with a credit card then gave me a run around upon deliveryThey were supposed to keep my stuff in storage for a month and called me hours in advance telling me my stuff is going to be deleiveredI had no time to do anything other than get a storage unit which defeated the purpose of using this company because they're suppose to reassemble everything they took apart and did not give me the month of storage to prepare for my belongings to get to meThey did not even give me a hour notice or anything and I had the manager Steven [redacted] screaming at me along with the foreign driver like it was my fault they didn't have my stuff in storage for the month as promisedI submitted a complaint form to the company prior to today and still have not received a call about issues that started from the beginning of the moveSteven [redacted] threatened that my stuff is now his stuff and called me a ***Now I have no idea where my things are and Steven said he won't tell me until I pay when I had the form of payment they told me they accepted ready to go then all the sudden they didn't accept credit cards and wouldn't let me go get a money order, instead they just took off with my stuffThis company is fraudulent and needs to be evaluatedIt is absolutely disgusting how Steven treats customers of coarse it's after they already received 75% of the payment then they just do not care how they talk to people and then threaten your important belongings are now theirsI am disgusted and I do not know how to handle this because he won't give me any information and now will not accept any paymentThis manager is an absolute disgrace and thief
They added tremendous stress to every aspect of the moveThey gave barely a warning before arriving for pickupThey did not lift a pinky hauling things down the amply-sized driveway into the house for dropoffThey did not assemble anything as was promisedPretty much all of the verbal promises were violatedNot sure yet if they took good care of the furniture as it is all sitting in a dark freezing garage, not assembled, and not being slept on
EZ Movers did a decent job in competing my move without any issuesThe true star of this company is the crew and they did not waste anytime with my moveStarted packing everything right away, ensuring everything is secured and completed the move earlyI couldn't be any happier with these guys and based off of my experience I would highly recommend EZ Movers

our sincerest apologies for the dissatisfaction regarding the clients move experienceWe make every effort to inform the client of all our terms and conditions, including delivery spreads and coverage optionsWe emailed a confirmation letter containing all of this information and the client signed and returned the document, acknowledgment their agreement and understanding of the content withinThe client was given a zero deductible coverage option, which the client waivedDuring transportation, we understand that damage is possible despite our many efforts to prevent it and this is the very reason why relocation insurance is importantUnfortunately, client opted for a coverage level that requires a deductible in case of damage rather than opting for the zero deductible optionThe client has made an insurance claim for the damage and compensation for the damage has been offered to the client according to their elected coverageEZ Movers regrets the client’s dissatisfaction with the move
On October 17th I hired EZ Movers to move my property to Iowa, the movers told us it would take up to days to arrive in IowaAfter weeks no delivery so we started calling EZ Movers and told us it will be in Iowa by Friday November 4th No delivery so we called again and was told it's been delayed and it's on its way, should be there by the weekend at the latest Now it's Monday November 14th still no delivery and was told should be there by Thursday November 17thWe have nothing and need our stuff!
