I received the second pair of glasses today and still experiencing the same symptoms as the other pair, blurred vision, out of focus, headaches and pressure around the eyes. I also want a full refund on this pair the total for both is $212.40. I will gladly ship the two pair of lenses back.

We issued a refund to the customer for the full price of the lenses that she was charged. Plus for the shipping of $3.00. There is nothing else we can do at this point.

involvement, Eyeglass direct mailed my glasses and they arrived today 6/**.  They are to my satisfaction. I believe Revdex.com expedited the process.

[Your Answer Here]I got my frames back only after a dispute was filed with [redacted] and a complaint with you and the Ney York Board of Licensing was also filed. The owner called me this morning and left no message so I called him to see what he wanted. He read that I call his local police department and he wanted to let me know that they are all his friends and quote from him " [redacted]" I will now file a complaint with IC3 because this is totally uncalled for and very unprofessional. As a business owner that works with the public, he is a joke! Please be sure to include this response so the public can read it! I got my frames back but I do not need any further contact from the so called owner. [redacted]! Language he would understand!

[Bottom line is your company should of handled my glasses with care, and your company should of made my lenses correct the first time, and your customer service should not of been arguing with me over how to make lenses and saying that the optometrists in California do not know what they are doing when in fact they do. Your company agreed to send my glasses back in the box that I provided. Your company has failed miserably in customer service and lied on multiple occasions. If you were a reputable company you would of attempted to fix your mistakes instead of arguing with me about it.

Hellol,The eyeglass were sent back to EyeglassDirect. A NY state licensed optician inspected the eyeglasses and found they needed a slight adjustment and they were sent back to the customer. There's not much we can do at this time.

When you check the box that you agreed to our terms and conditions that is sigining a contract. Ask any lawyer.

Hi,We will refund the second pair for $50.50 when w ereciev it back. The first pair was done over and shippped back to the custoner as per her request.

Do your research on this company. I didn't and I paid the price. The reviews on their homepage are not legit - they do not send real customers reviews to fill out. I did business with them and never got the chance to post a review. If you search for them on google you will see the "real" reviews. 
My sunglass endpieces separated from the frames. They tried gluing (big blob of glue) but the repair lasted less than a week. As for their warranty period - they claim it expired. Problem is the company had the sunglasses with them throughout the entire warranty period - from February through August. They sent the glasses back to me still broken.
Call me crazy but if you can't fix the glasses you should return the money paid. Simple. Not for them. Very dishonest company. Probably some guy in his garage trying to fix glasses.

Hello,Loosing a lens is not covered under warranty. We will put a new lens in for discount. Please have the customer call us.

We were very disappointed with our experience with this company. We had sent an email requesting a quick consultation for a pair of glasses that were going to be upgraded with progressive lenses. The reply email said "No problem". So we sent in the frames and paid for the lenses - asking that the lenses be made a little bigger to accommodate the progressive prescription.

After a few weeks we received the glass and the request had been ignored. When we called to speak, the [redacted] picked up the phone. He did not care to listen to the issue - stating that he had not received the email that they replied to. Furthermore, he maintained an adversarial tone throughout the call - and eventually put the phone down on us - after stating that they do not consult or read customer emails. Nor do they provide customer service support.

Having spent money on replacement lenses, we are now left with a less than usable product. Frankly surprised that they have a high Revdex.com rating - based on our call with them.

Review: ordered on 11/**/2015 paid and sent glasses. Got lens back late and had to be overnighted because the shipping labels were all wrong and never shipped. Got the glasses back and several days later went to clean the lens and they where making a clicking noise so I checked them and seen the lens were to big for the frame. They ask me to send in my old lens so they could trace them. That was done and still made to big for the frame then they sent me a return label to late that day to get them in the mail, so next day they got shipped and they got them on December [redacted] and to this day I still do not have them, tracking shows after I spoke wit Randy that he said he had them in his hands and would ship them on Monday [redacted] of December, Label was made but not shipped until Tuesday the **, of course not overnight but first class mail. Tracking shows that they should be here today January *,2016 and now they will not be here until the 7th if luckyDesired Settlement: They will refund me my money or I will file a charge dispute with [redacted] and then they can pay for the charge back fees along with the refund. Tired if the **

[Your Answer Here]The business has had my glasses sent back to them for the second time and a small adjustment is a joke. The lens were to big for the frames, they were not made right and did not transition. I filed a dispute with [redacted] because they were taking their sweet time in getting them done. [redacted] put a hold on the funds and told me not to release it until I have the glasses back. He has my glasses and does not intend on sending them to me until I release the hold via [redacted]. I am currently working with the local police and the Brooklyn Police along with IC3 complaints because the frames are mine and they cost over $200.00 and he was told to send me back my frames if he was not going to send the complete set then be paid. He refuses to send them out. He told me he was going to mail them yesterday 1/**/2016 and when I ask for tracking he said release payment. [redacted] is investigating him for theft of my frames. So I have no glasses or frames. He has them!
